1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, Hypertension or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache 7.consult for further advice

Mostly asymptomatic hemangioma are harmless. If it gives any symptoms, then treatment are available for it.

Follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever Get your CBC test done and review with reports

Chest pain which is on exertion, relieved by rest, can be due to a heart cause. Better consult a cardiologist. Decrease food intake during dinner and keep a gap of 2 hours between sleep and dinner.

Stop all foods and consume only fruit juices made from fresh fruits. Take an enema every day. If temperature goes beyond 101 apply cold packs on fore head and lower abdomen. Sip cold water. If temperature crosses 102 sponge the whole body with cold water. If the patient is too week for sponging give him small ice pieces to suck. By these measures the temperature will remain in control. Continue till the temperature comes to normal. Wait for a couple of days. Then come back to normal food and routine in 4 to 5 days. You should start with very light food like dalia sandesh etc and start with chapati/rice on 3rd day only after normal temperature.

Erectile dysfunction occurs due to 1. Fatigue, stress, depression, 2. Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 3. Alcohol consumption, smoking, consumption of tobacco, 4. Obesity, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, 5. Thyroid, kidney problem, enlarged prostate, parkinsonism etc 6. Consult doctor to rule out these diseases. 7. Go for regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight 8. Stop smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption9. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Take water melon, pomegranate, dark chocaolate 10. Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion. Take adequate rest 11. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress12. Topical androgel/testosterone replacement/ zinc supplement can help. 13. Do serum testosterone examination and if low take testosterone injection after consulting physician 14. If no relief consult sex therapist/ sexologist.

If you people have not been taking care about diet after surgery in 2007, start now, avoid oily food, take lots of fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits, a glass of warm water with lemon juice + spoon of honey every morning on empty stomach. Some good fats like a katori of assorted nuts + a spoon of desighee/ butter every day to boost up good fats and to reduce bad fats, stay away from transfats like namkeens, burgers, pizzas, tinned food and make it a habit to take less salt, avoid chutneys, pickles, papads etc as salt is used as a preservative in all packed foods bought from market.

You may be having essential tremor essential tremor. 1.The cause of the tremor is unknown. in some cases it is hereditary and runs in families. 2. it is exaggerated due to stress/anxiety/panic/nervousness/Physical exhaustion/low blood sugar/ excess tea, coffee/ inadequate sleep 3. There is no definite treatment, unless it is very severe 4.Avoid stress/anxiety/nervousness/ panic etc 5. avoid excess tea/Coffee/ smoking/alcohol 6.take good nourishing diet 7.Have adequate sleep. 8. Hello. Your symptoms could be suggestive of low blood sugar, thyroid abnormality or hypotension as you said your bp was low. Or because of some stress work or exam related. You need to check your blood sugar levels. Fried and spicy foods tend to cause gastritis causing heartburn which present as central chest pain. Avoid eating such kind of foods, drink plenty of fluids, avoid coffee and tea between meals.

I would still advice you to do a urine pregnancy test. If negative then take progesterone tablets to induce a withdrawal bleed.

How To Get Better Sleep?

Exercise Regularly
