How to remove tan quickly? Because my skin is tanned. And I want my skin to recover.
Hi, use this home remedy to get a tan free glowing skin. *orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally. * mix cucumber juice+ tomato juice, then apply this on your face. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone. Always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with spf 40 will help to prevent tan in the indian climate.

I have black moles and chickenpox spots on my face, few of marks left spots on approx 1 mm in diameter on skin.help me
Try these tips to treat chickenpox scars at home - 1. Tomato and lemon juice. These fruits have natural bleaching properties which greatly reduce and whiten black spot marks. To use, simply apply a small amount using a cotton applicator (q-tip). Apply the juices on the dark spots only and avoid touching the surrounding skin especially if you have a darker complexion. You don't want to bleach the surrounding skin. 2. Aloe vera. The aloe vera plant has one of the most effective natural remedy to remove black spots caused by chickenpox. Aloe vera efficiently nourishes the skin and enhances the regenerative properties of the skin. To use, simply apply the aloe vera gel on your skin. 3. Hydration. Drinking enough fluids (10 to 12 8 oz. Glasses) will make your body properly hydrated, which also enhances the functions of the cells in the body. Vitamin e supplement. Vitamin e greatly enhances the ability of the skin to regenerate and efficiently makes it healthier. A daily vitamin e supplement will help you remove the dark spots on your skin.

I have some small pores & blackheads on my nose. I want to scrub on my nose, I want to clear my skin. please tell me ...
These are the methods to treat black heads -.• Blackheads are formed due to blocking of skin pores. Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the blackheads three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of MAHAMANJISTHARISTA of BAIDYANATH company, meal it in a glass of water & take it once a day after meals Be healthy.

Hi, if you are talking about skin complexion then follow the below:-Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet . A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water , twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 4. Apply Bio valley's skin lightening cream 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your face. 7.Apply Multani mitti pack on the face, wash it off after it dries.
