Turmeric Mask, an Ayurvedic Skin Exfoliant

Turmeric Mask, an Ayurvedic Skin Exfoliant
TURMERIC MASK , AN AYURVEDIC SKIN EXFOLIANT :

Turmeric is an age old remedy for a wide range of skin problems. Ayurveda recommends turmeric to be used regularly for glowing, blemish free complexion. Turmeric does wonders to the skin as an exfoliant. Apart from removing dead skin and impurities, the turmeric mask also maintains the natural pH balance of the skin and imparts a healthy glow to it.
Any pack we put on the skin for 20 min or so gets absorbed into the blood stream. So what better option than the `yellow gold’, as Indians refer to turmeric to enhance beauty?

Make Your Own Turmeric Skin Exfoliant:

Turmeric 1 tbsp.
2 tbsp. flour (for vata use oatmeal, for pitta use chickpea and kapha use barley flour).
Make it into a paste by adding a little water and massage into face and neck. Rub into skin for 2 min and wash off.
For oily skinned beauties, add in some lavender blossom, coriander powder or few drops of lime.
For dry skin, add in some elderly blossom.
For normal skin, rose powder can be added for that extra glow.
Ideally do this before a shower so that you can deal with the yellow stain the turmeric mask leaves on the skin.

Dear Lybrate User, *An Ayurvedic face wash with the natural goodness of neem, Chandan(sandal wood) and honey. It gently removes the last traces of dust, grime and make-up residue, yet retaining the inherent moisture of the skin. Ayurveda states that Sandal Wood is moisturising and anti-inflammatory, Calendula acts as natural antiseptic and antibacterial agent with sun radiation protective properties. Ayurvedic ingredients such as Aloe Vera, Honey and Orange peel deeply moisturize leaving the skin with an amazing sense of freshness and a velvety sheen all day long

You have done so much sex by hand. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Avoid daily masturbation. You can do it once or twice a week, more than this harmful for future married. Follow this and be happy.

How I get rid of pimple and my whole body is fair but my face skin is become dark How I get fair skin.

How I get rid of pimple and my whole body is fair but my face skin is become dark How I get fair skin.
* Don't scratch or pinch your pimples. This will cause more damage---causes scars, pores and black spots. * Avoid fried and oily foods. * When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. *Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. Blocking pores by creams may cause more pimples. HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy .Homoeopathy has good treatment for your problems without causing adverse effects. To start with, take Pulsatilla 200—once daily in the morning and give feedback after 5 days.

Hello, Jis daag ki aap baat kar rahein hai woh hormones ka imbalance ho jata hai body mein, to daag (hyperpigmentation) ho jata hai. Fikr mat karen, kuch mahino mein kafi daag to apne aap chale jate hein, agar nahi jate hein to aap mujhe batayiye. Apna calcium aur iron ki tablets lena na bhulen kyunki baby ko jab tak aap apna feed dete hein tab tak to ye tablets lena zaroori hai. Apna khayal rakhe.

I have a oily skin since three years how to solve this oil in my face. Can you help me?
Hi! If you have oily skin, here are 5 tips to keep in mind, to keep your skin oil free. Oily skin is a constant problem in every season since even after washing the face properly it becomes very oily after some time. 1. Use a gentle face wash or cleanser at least twice a day to reduce the oil levels, and reduce the use of toner. 2. Keep your self hydrated- if not skin starts releasing oil 3. Try to avoid home remedies 4. Use cosmetics according to your skin type. 5. Consult a dermatologist for quick solution in case you have a concern of query you can always consult.

Mr. lybrate-user, please be realistic in expectations and imagination. You say you have piles since 7-8 yrs, I suppose you are symptomatic intermittently, and you think it is stage 4. You have pain now. You have changed your habits since 6 months- does that mean you have not consulted any doctor since 7-8 yrs, or have seen a doctor. Coming to solution- if you are able to push the mass inside by yourself- it is stage 3. Getting cure by Ayruveda- I cannot comment on. I would suggest you see a surgeon, get yourself evaluated and you would need a surgical correction, for relief. You would be surprised why you did not opt for this treatment earlier, as many of my patients tell me. What hinders you from seeking surgical intervention is fear, better get out of it, before you develop further complications of your Pile mass.
