Neck PainThis is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression. Cervical spondylosis – chronic condition with radiating pain As your rightly said you have to go for traction and also you can do IFT. Please consult the near by therapist for quick relief. Since you have pain for more than 10 years it is suggestible to go for cervical muscle strengthening exercise. Use collar will definitely be helpful for him to maintain the good posture. Dear lybrate-user, to get relief from your problem you need to go for panch karma treatment, which will increase you joint and muscle flexibility and also make them stronger. Advised below; 1. Ayurvedic oil massage and steam 2. Janu basti - the knee joint is called janu sandhi in sanskrit; hence the name janu basti is given to the procedure done on knee joints. In this the knee joint is bathed with warm medicated oil or freshly prepared herbal decoction. Depending on the condition it can be practiced over both the knee joints or on one knee joint. It gives a magical relief from the pain and stiffness associated with knee pain. In many cases jaanu vasti provides a long standing relief. Indicated in: osteoarthritis of knee joints osteoporosis arthrosis of knee joints chronic pain of the knee joint kindly consult any specialist of ayurveda panch karma.

Leg exercise kijiye daily I hope you will fit and fine……………………………………………….Basic Leg Exercises The following Basic Leg Exercises should generally be performed 1 - 3 times per week provided they do not cause or increase pain. Ideally they should not be performed on consecutive days, to allow muscle recovery. As your strength improves, the exercises can be progressed by gradually increasing the repetitions, number of sets or resistance of the leg exercises provided they do not cause or increase pain. Swiss Ball Squats Begin this leg exercise in standing with your feet shoulder width apart, your feet facing forwards and a Swiss Ball placed between a wall and your back (figure 1). Slowly perform a squat, keeping your back straight. Your knees should be in line with your middle toes and should not move forward past your toes. Then slowly return to the starting position maintaining good posture throughout the exercise. Perform 1 - 3 sets of 10 repetitions provided the exercise is pain free Lunges Begin this leg exercise standing with your back straight in the position demonstrated (figure 2). Slowly lower your body until your front knee is at a right angle. Keep your front knee in line with your middle toe and your feet facing forward. Then slowly return to the starting position maintaining good posture throughout the exercise. Perform 1 - 3 sets of 10 repetitions provided the exercise is pain free Hip Abduction Sidelying Begin this leg exercise lying on your side in the position demonstrated (figure 3). Keeping your back and knee straight and foot facing forwards, slowly take your leg upwards tightening the muscles at the side of your thigh / hip (abductors). Hold for 2 seconds and then return to the starting position. Perform 1 – 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each leg provided the exercise is pain free. This exercise can be progressed by adding an ankle weight to your ankle for increased resistance. DEAR………. Shoulder pain Physiotherapy uses a number of different physical methods to promote healing. If you are referred to a physiotherapist, they should explain to you what treatment they will use and how it will work. Possible treatments include: •specific shoulder exercises – for example, if you have shoulder instability, you may be given exercises to strengthen your shoulder •massage – where the physiotherapist uses their hands to manipulate your shoulder Read more about some of the different techniques used inphysiotherapy. Shoulder exercises If you have shoulder pain, it's important to keep your shoulder joint mobile with light and gentle movement. Not using your shoulder can cause your muscles to waste away and may make any stiffness worse. Therefore, if possible, you should continue using your shoulder as normal. If your shoulder is very stiff, exercise may be painful. Your GP or physiotherapist can give you exercises to do without further damaging your shoulder. You may be given exercises to do on your own, or you may complete the exercises with supervision from your GP or physiotherapist. You may also have manual therapy, where the healthcare professional moves your arm for you. Manual therapy uses special techniques to move the joints and soft tissues in your shoulder. One review of a number of studies found that long-term physiotherapy was as effective as surgery for impingement syndrome (any type of damage to the tendons in the rotator cuff). I HOPE U WILL FITT AND FINE.

The pain in leg at your age is usually due to weakness of muscles. You should go for morning walk for at least 45 minutes daily, take high protein diet and protein supplements. Review after two weeks.

Probably you have congenital or infantile hemiparesis, or maybe hemiparetic type of cerebral palsy. If such is the case, exercise and physiotherapy are of utmost importance. If muscle spasm is too much, centrally acting muscle relaxants are needed.
