Is it normal to get angry at things that have not happened? Like I will be thinking of my friend complain about her boy problems (when she has not, yet) and getting angry enough to where I wanna claw at her face and it shows on my face. Another example is that I was thinking of a certain kid insulting me and biting back in my head with words that'll ruin him. Is this normal?

Dear lybrate user, Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. Take care.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. Y * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Hi, there are two types of insomnia: primary insomnia and secondary insomnia. Secondary insomnia: secondary insomnia means that a person is having sleep problems because of something else, such as a health condition (like asthma, depression, arthritis, cancer, or heartburn); pain; medication they are taking; or a substance they are using (like alcohol). Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1 month.

Hello, Practicing yoga helps you in releasing the stress from your body. Brisk walk in a park will help you inhale more fresh air and oxygen for good functioning of the cells and tissues of the body. Yogasanas: practice the following poses if you don’t have any medical condition or pregnancy or else take an advice from your concern doctor and then only perform these. 1.Shashankasana: Sit in Vajrasana with hands on the thighs. The upper body is straight and relaxed. Inhaling raise both arms above the head. Exhaling keep the back straight and bend upper body and arms forward from the hips, until arms and forehead touch the floor. The buttocks remain on the heels. Breathing normally remain in this position for a while. Relax the whole body, especially the shoulders, neck and back. Inhaling keep the back straight and raise the upper body and arms. Exhaling return to the starting position. Practice the exercise 3 times in total. Remain bending forward for sometime and consciously perceive the movement of the breath on the spine. 2.Virasana: Sit in Vajrasana. Hands rest on the thighs and the body is relaxed. Bring the left foot beside the right knee with the sole of the foot flat on the floor. Place the left elbow on the left knee and rest the chin in the hand. Right hand rests on the right thigh. Tuck the toes of the right foot under. The right knee remains in contact with the floor. Transfer the weight onto the right heel. Concentrate on a fixed point in front. Breathing normally remain in this position for as long as comfortable. Return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side. 3.Sit in Vajrasana. Body is straight and hands rest on the thighs. Relax the whole body. Inhaling stretch the arms above the head, then bring them behind the back and grasp the left wrist with the right hand. Exhaling bend the body forward from the hips, keeping the back straight, until the forehead touches the floor. The buttocks remain on the heels. Breathing normally concentrate on the whole body and relax. Remain in this position for as long as comfortable. Inhaling slowly bring the body upright. At the same time stretch the arms above the head. Exhaling return to the starting position. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night.

All what the agni (digestive enzymes) weakens, is a direct cause of its emergence. Prolonged causes include irregular eating habits, excessive intake of difficult to digest foods, food intake which one is allergic to, too few nutrients, against, overeating, eating at irregular intervals, too much effort, the cessation of the natural urge of urination, unburden, hunger, thirst, regurgitation, excessively sexually active, the contents of intestinal gas and the excessive consumption of spicy junk food. For its treatment take grahini gajendra ras and chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab two times a day after lunch and dinner. Take fresh butter milk with asofoetida empty stomach early morning. Avoid tea. Coffee. First of all do yoga and pranayam daily. Eat garlic clove daily. Include flaxseed, basil, cinnamon, whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Reduce stress and anxiety. Go for brisk walking 45 minutes daily.

This is usually because they have a high body metabolism rate which doesn’t allow fat to accumulate, resulting in faster burning of calories. Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Along with keeping a track of your measurements, it is also necessary to keep track of the foods you consume and the kind of exercise that you might have to indulge in to help pile on the pounds. Prepare a nutritious diet plan When trying to increase weight, you simply cannot start by consuming fatty foods. You bath with peares soap. Use neem face wash. For hairs use protein shampoo (both product mfg. By sri sri ayurveda company) change food habites. Use oily food in daily life. Take 2 to 3 litter water in summer.

Dear lybrate user. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 2) sleep upto 10.30 pm 3) avoid coffee and tea. 4) avoid use of any hair oil, soap for 15-30 day a) take 30ml of audumbaravleha and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2-2 tablets of lakshyadi guggul with audumbaravleha c) take 2 tsf of flax seeds along with 2 tsf of jiggery and 2 tablets of leelavilas rasa after meals d) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and aloe vera juice on the roots of hairs leave it for 30-45 minutes after that wash hairs with rootz shampoo (rajah ayurveda) two times in a weeke) take 3 tsf of shatavari kalpa along with 250 ml of lukewarm milk early in the morning instead of breakfast do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective.
