Hello ,as you have mentioned you had a fracture in proximal bone of tibia ,I would suggest to strengthen your thigh and leg muscles. Because cramps sometimes occurs due to weakness in muscles as due to fracture and immbilisation in plaster cast muscles get weak and may be stiffness in joints so I would suggest to go to a physiotherapy doctor first of all. Learn some exercises and proper rehabilitate your muscles, thank you.

Since 2 months my brother is facing some kind of neck pain. He says its paining on the nerves. When he turns around his neck. He has visited couple of docs. Did a scan. Physiotherapy is also done. But little relief frim his pain. Please give some solutions. Ty.

Orthopedist, Nagpur
Dear Abhishek, I have read your question and understand your concern regarding your brother. He has neck pain which is common problem these days. There are various reasons behind neck pain. He has pain on turning his neck. That indicates the problem is in muscles and not the nerves. Since you have mentioned he has not got any relief even after consulting 2 doctors and physiotherapy sessions, I would like to know which medicines and which treatment has he received to give proper solution. Follow these things and see if your brother gets relieved. Change pillow in such a way that neck should remain straight in line with body while sleeping. Do neck exercises gently. Apply hot Bag twice daily. This will give relief. In addition to this, avoid mobile use. Posture modification is necessary.
