I have allergic skin and have facial hair growth please tell me what is the reason behind this.
These are signs of hirsutism. Hirsutism may be idiopathic (or without any known cause), due to hormonal imbalance, pcod or thyroid disorders, medications like topical steroids, etc. Your doctor may advise you to get a hormonal profile done, for proper diagnosis and treatment. Laser hair removal is a good option for long term hair reduction if hormonal imbalance has been treated.

Sir my Age is 28 I m suffering from pimples &scars&pores. Is there any treatment for that please sir give the soluti...
PORES TREATMENT 1.Wash your face before you go to bed each night. Going to bed wearing still wearing makeup, as well as any dirt and debris that may have collected on your face during the day, is a sure way to clog your pores. If your pores routinely look large, this could be part of the problem. Get into the habit of cleansing your face each and every night so your pores will be less likely to get clogged. Use warm water, rather than hot or cold, so your skin will be less likely to get irritated. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 2. Use a cleanser that doesn't irritate your skin. Many cleansers contain harsh ingredients that cause dry, irritated skin. When your pores are irritated, they look wider and more "open." In order to keep them closed, it's best to use a gentle cleanser that washes away dirt without causing your skin to dry out.( PREFERABLY USE CLEANSING MILK ( BAKSON) Choose a cleanser that's sulfate free. Sulfates are harsh cleansers that can strip the skin of its natural oils and leave it dry and itchy. Avoid using a cleanser with scrubbing beads on a daily basis. The beads could be irritating to your skin, and should only be used sparingly. 3. Try the oil cleansing method. It's becoming increasingly popular to replace soap with oil as a facial cleanser. It might sound counterintuitive to use oil to wash your face, but it's actually quite effective. The oil binds with your skin's natural oils and gently washes away dirt, sweat, and makeup without the need for harsh chemicals. Just smooth it over your skin and use a wet washcloth to wipe it off using a circular motion. Here are a few oil combinations to try out: For combination skin: Mix 1/2 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons olive oil. For dry skin: Mix 1/4 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons coconut or olive oil. 4. Splash your face with water in the morning. After getting a good night's sleep, it feels refreshing to splash your face with water. Since you don't wake up wearing makeup, there's no need to wash your face using a cleanser; in fact, it's better for your skin to give it a break and just use water. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 5. Exfoliate every few days. Dead skin builds up on the surface of your skin, mixes with sweat and dirt, and ends up clogging pores. Exfoliating your skin regularly will prevent your pores from getting clogged so quickly. The result will be closed, small-looking pores as opposed to clogged pores that look big and open. One of the best ways to exfoliate is by simply using a washcloth. Wet your face and scrub it gently using circular motions. ( Preferably USE APRICOT SCRUB ( BAKSON) Facial scrubs are also good. Try a mixture of ground almonds and honey. 6. UNCLOGGING PORES (A) Do a steam treatment. This is a great way to open your pores so you can get rid of the small plugs of dead skin and dirt that are making them appear large and open. Heat a small pot of water until it begins to steam, then hold your face over it and drape a towel over your head. Let the steam bathe your face for three to five minutes, then rinse your face with cool water. Steaming your face opens up your pores, allowing them to become unclogged. Rinsing afterward gets rid of the debris, leaving your pores fresh and clean. Use cool water to close your pores. (B) Use a MUD PACK. MUD is a natural element that draws impurities out of the skin as it dries. When you do a MUD mask, dry mud is mixed with water to form a paste, which you smooth over your face. Let it dry completely, then rinse it away with cool water. • Many Mud packs are avaliable in stores but I will prefer MUD PACK ( BAKSON) 7.TONING AND MOISTURISING (A) Always rinse and tone when you're finished cleansing. Whether you steam or use a mask, always remember to rinse away the dirt when you're finished. Follow up by using a toner on your face. Toner helps restore your skin's pH balance after cleansing, giving it a youthful, glowing appearance and helping to close pores. (B) Avoid toners with chemicals that could inflame your skin. Beauty supply stores carry many different toners. Look for one that works with your skin type, but avoid toners with excess chemicals, perfumes, and dyes that could irritate or dry out your skin. These toners will do more harm than good, and your pores will end up looking larger instead of smaller. Avoid toners that contain alcohol, which can dry out the skin. Avoid toners that contain glycerin and fragrances, since these can cause allergic reactions. (C) Try apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples, and is a gentle, natural toner for any type of skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water, then use a cotton ball to apply it to your skin after rinsing. Let your skin dry, then moisturize it. (D) Try a honey mask to tone your skin. Plain, raw honey is an excellent toner for skin. Simply spread some on your face and let it sit for about ten minutes, then rinse it away with warm water. Your pores will tighten up and your face will feel fresh and youthful. (E) Finish your routine by moisturizing. Using a good face moisturizer( ALOVERA CREAM ( BAKSON) is key to keeping your pores closed, since dry skin can become irritated and lead to large-looking pores. Chose an alcohol-free moisturizer that doesn't contain perfumes and excess chemicals so you make sure you don't irritate your skin. Homoeopathic treatment for hairfall HAIR GROWTH OIL ( Wilmar Schwabe India) Apply twice weekly at night.Leave overnight A.C.9 ( BAKSON ) Chew 1 tab twice daily ADEL 9 ( ADEL ) 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times a day 6-8 glasss extra water daily 2 glas milk daily Take nutritious diet Avoid junk nd spicy food, fast food, cold drinks

Avoid these kind of products. Instead use turmeric. Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Berberis aquifolium 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days. 2. Alfalfa tonic (sbl) (1tbs) twice a day for 15 days and revert. White hair is irritating and unpleasant. If you want to get rid of it and turn it into black then massage and oil your hair with a mix of lemon juice and coconut oil. This is an effective home remedy and it works wonders! You should do this each and every day to get desired results. This will surely treat your white hair problem and will also make your hair healthy and beautiful. Carrot juice is healthy as well as tasty. If you want to prevent and cure white hair then drink a glass of carrot juice on a daily basis. Your hair will not turn white and you will get rid of the problem too. It also helps in keeping your hair healthy and strong. You can make fresh carrot juice at home as well. Do not apply it on your hair because this works best when you consume it. Drinking carrot juice can be very health for your overall health as well. So, drink lots of carrot juice because it will not hurt you at all! if you want to take homeopathic treatment consult me.

My hair become thin. What can I do?

BHMS
Homeopath,
My hair become thin. What can I do?
Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

ANTI ALLERGY TIP TO CHRONIC SUFFERERS:

Everywhere there is misconception that allergy can not be cured except only by giving anti allergics. Yes there is good guidance in allopathy as well as in Ayurveda that cause should not be contracted or be removed. But barring few things can we avoid sun, dust, smoke, winds, changing weathers, pollen grains at all and keep these at bay !

No its not possible fully. Then what is possible is develop resistance in your body by adopting to age old and time tested simple Ayurveda Tips. Where's the hitch?

Its in the lethargic attitude of we people to believe in slow acting but safe herbals. Yes , you are right. Everything should be achieved rapidly - I agree.

But when your allergy doesn't go for years and decades and you fall prey to slightest allergens or changes and in turn keep on taking toxic drugs for unending periods, why you become adament not to try simple things which you can easily get and are economic and safe too.

For example curcumin and its ready made simple medicine Haridra Khand, Sahinjana and Neem, Kantkari herb and its ready made medicine, holy basil leaves etc.

There are innumerable other things. If you try with patience, the bouts of allergic attacks may reduce drastically in a given span of time. Do not think but try now.

Please write for specific guidance giving full history. OR meet your respective Ayurveda Consultants.

Facing pimples on face from past 3-4 years consult so many doctor but didn' t get relief.

MD - Alternate Medicine, BHMS, Diploma in Naturopathy & Yogic Science (DNYS)
Homeopath, Vadodara
Some don'ts: 1. Wash your hands frequently and try not to touch your face too often. 2. Keep your hair from falling on the face or forehead. 3. Avoid the use of make-up; try to let the pores breathe. 4. Don? t squeeze or pinch the pimples as the membrane gets ruptured and causes the sebum and bacteria spread. 5. Don? t wash your face more than twice because the more we wash the sebaceous glands become more active and produce more sebum. Remedies: 1. Instead of soap use powder made from dried orange peels or use a paste of fresh orange or lemon peels. 2. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on the pimples, it will soothe and heal the pimples. 3. Apple cider is extremely powerful cure to clear the pimple scars as well as pimples. Mix teaspoon in a cup of water. Apply gently on the entire affected area with cotton wool and leave overnight. 4. Garlic is an excellent cure for acne - a freshly sliced pod can be gently applied on the pimple or a juice of garlic can be used, and left on for at least hour. Although this stinks it is a pretty effective method. 5. The juice of mint leaves applied overnight for 2 weeks constantly will clear acne. 6. A blend of honey and limejuice can prove to help with constant usage. 7. Change your pillow cover every day so that the infection has no way of getting back to you. 8. Gently apply some ice on your face after a warm water bath so that the pores close.
