I have 24 years I am suffering head backpain since three years, I faced different health symptoms like 6 months back sight problem, after this reduce, last five months to I am facing legs pain, mostly foots pain, I can walk some more total legs pain, I feel energy less means I can not carry weight minimum five to ten kgs also. When I carried after I got very tired. My hands pulling. One more thing when I carry luggage on my shoulder left side I got quickly tired. Please I request a lot to doctors give me good treatment that are very important to me.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Your problem is due to age factor so do ex for knee. Roll bath towel keep it under knee press him hold 5 to 10 sec repeat 20 times ulternate bend and straight. Hot pack use with ointment avoid cross leg prolonged standing walking etc.

How to do Kegel exercises for men

It takes diligence to identify your pelvic floor muscles and understand how to contract and relax them. Here are some pointers:

Find the right muscles. To identify your pelvic floor muscles, stop urination in midstream or tighten the muscles that keep you from passing gas. These are your pelvic floor muscles. If you contract your pelvic floor muscles while looking in the mirror, the base of your penis will move closer to your abdomen and your testicles will rise.
Perfect your technique. Once you've identified your pelvic floor muscles, empty your bladder and lie on your back with your knees bent and apart. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for three seconds, and then relax for three seconds. Try it a few times in a row but don't overdo it. When your muscles get stronger, try doing Kegel exercises while sitting, standing or walking.
Maintain your focus. For best results, focus on tightening only your pelvic floor muscles. Be careful not to flex the muscles in your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. Avoid holding your breath. Instead, breathe freely during the exercises.
Repeat 3 times a day. Aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day.

joint pain during viral fever is common. however if there is swelling and severe pain in the joint then you need to consult an ortho surgeon to rule out infection in the joint. also make sure your serum uric acid is normal too.

Pain leg is common. Kindly rule out diabetes & vitamin d deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Proper physiotherapy will help. Medicines will also be needed. Antioxidants like caldikind plus (from mankind) 1 tab /day helps. Paracetamol 250mg bd/tds will also give you relief kindly make sure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients of the brands you are going to take.

Take Diet- rice, wheat,moong (green gram), kulatha (horse gram), Til (sesame), Cows ghee, Parwar, louki (white gourd), anar (pomegranate), garlic, milk Lifestyle-gentle massage with medicated oil, fomentation,rest Avoid- Diet -barley, chana,mutter, karela,supari, jamun,dried or frozen meat, stale food, pungent food, chilled water Lifestyle- stress, keeping late nights, curbing of natural urges, excessive sexual activity, exposure to dry n cold air Care - Appropriate rest necessary, avoid prolonged rest, always maintain a good posture, weight to be kept under control, avoid lifting heavy objects, repeated bending & twisting Indulge in moderate exercise or yogasanas under supervision, Avoid any jerks during exercise, or any physical activity, Avoid exercise if The pain increases with it, Normal activities to be increased gradually, Avoid extremely soft beds, Use appropriate pillow as well as bed to Balance The posture during sleep. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

It could be due to cervical spondylosis this is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Use of cervical collar will give you relief. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

I'm of age 20, but I'm suffering from serious knees pain. I don't know what's the reason but it pains me a lot while cycling and not at anything, even so if I walk for a distance it doesn't pain me too much but while cycling if I just ride for a short distance it pains me so much. Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

I have pain 2 to 3 inches above and below knee and back side of knee. It feels like muscular pain. Muscles get tired on climbing stairs but get better after 10 seconds of climbing. Is the related to muscle, ligaments or nerves? Which specialist shall I consult? My age is 33 years.

Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
