BHMS

Dear lybrate user definitely you have to leave your habit of masturbation, also follow a healthy lifestyle include more vegetables and fruits in your diet, exercise daily, drink plenty of water, sleep 7-8 hrs, apart from this your assimilation of food should be proper, a homoeopathic constitutional treatment will give you very good results.

I think My penis is too small to do sex. I find it very small when it is not in erecting position and after erection its not erecting fully. Help me.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money. 1. First thing we have to identify the cause for the erectile dysfunction. 2. The main reasons. First is mood / psychiatric disorder, second is vascular cause (blood supply) finally any underlying medical condition. 3. A counselling and ant penile doppler would help in diagnosing the problem. 4. If there is any underlying medical condition you need to treat it in the first place like diabetes and hypertension need to keep in control. 5. So get an appointment and get investigated and treated accordingly. Good luck. Anything to ask? do not hesitate. Thank you.

I have always problem in stomach digestive so what can I do for best tablet or tonic and yoga also suggest please.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello. Take Schwabe's Aplha-DP/ thrice a day after meals. The following yoga-poses will help you in improving your digestion (but don’t perform these on your own if you do have some medical condition which is contraindicated): 1.Pawanmuktasana: Lie down, relax and inhale, placing your hands on your knees. Exhale, and hug your knees to your chest. Rock your knees from side to side to maximize the stretch. Stay for five to ten breaths, and release your knees. Repeat this move a few more times. 2.Spinal Twist: Lie down, hug your knees and inhale. As you exhale, drop your knees to the left, using your left hand to push them down gently. Then, turn your head and stretch your arm out to the right. Stay for five to ten breaths. Inhale, and return your hands and knees to center. Repeat on the other side. 3.Bridge Pose: Lie on the floor and bend your knees. Keep your arms beside your body and your feet flat on the floor. Move your hips up to give your chest a good stretch. 4.Paschimottasana: Sit on the floor with your legs in front of you. Keeping your back straight, slowly hinge forward at the hips and lower your torso. Stay there for five to ten deep breaths. 5.Vajrasana: Sit down on your heels and lean back, placing your palms about eight inches behind you, with your fingertips pointing away from you. Press your hands into the ground, lift your chest and arch your back. You should feel your hips pushing into your heels. Increase the stretch by lowering your head behind you. Feel the stretch in your throat and chest. Hold for five breaths, and then sit up. 6.Balasana: Sit on your knees and feet with your legs spaced wide apart. Lean forward, stretching your arms in front of you. Then, keeping your back straight, place your forehead on the floor.

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology

A person with diabetes has to adapt certain life style changes like 1) regular exercise for more than 1 h a day, 2) take a balanced diet, but avoid direct sugar and sweets, deep fried foods and junk food, 3) use whole grain flour for breads, 4) consume more green vegetables and salads, 5) avoid alcohol and smoking. Apart from this primary thing is to take prescribed medication regularly without fail, and periodically get blood sugar checked. Nothing, that is normal. Every ejection has millions of sperms and finally only one has to reach up to meet ovum so even when semen is seen coming out, many still go inside.

Is masturbation bad habit? what's tha harmful effects of this? is hair loss one of them?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Stages of Masturbation Addiction and Hair Loss Progression After years of excessive masturbation, males will begin to notice different stages of hair loss, depending on the severity of their masturbatory activity. Problematic Hair Loss?During the problematic stages of over masturbation, males ages 16-30 will experience receding hairlines, while other common symptoms will include mood swings and fatigue Severe Hair Loss?During the severe stages of over masturbation, males ages 18-45 will experience sudden hair loss along with fatigue, back pain, sleep disturbances, mood swings and weak erections Very Severe Hair Loss?During the addictive stage of over masturbation, males ages 25-45 will experience orange-sized bald spots as well as fatigue, back pain, insomnia, anxiety, prostate and erection issues. Extremely Severe Hair Loss?During the severely addictive stages of over masturbation, males ages 30-65 will start to suffer from severe hair loss that may include associated symptoms such as fatigue, back pain, insomnia, anxiety, suppressed immune system, and prostate and erection problems Hair Loss Caused by Over masturbation Think of masturbation as a chemical reaction that unleashes a bevy of hormones, proteins and neurotransmitters. After an ejaculation, the body triggers a testosterone to DHT conversion in the prostate and testicles. And years of excessive masturbation result will result in an enormous DHT buildup that damages hair follicles and their roots?DHT will start to ? Attack hair follicles ? Interfere with nutritional supplies of hair roots ? Stimulate the sebaceious gland for an oily scalp ? Trigger a production of cortisol, which induces high levels of prolactin and reduces DHEA, HGH and testosterone production In addition, exposure to stress and steroid-related toxins likely increase the activity of 5-alpha reductase for greater testosterone-DHT conversion. Excessive amounts of the amino acid L-arginine, in conjunction with a high level of androgen hormone, can over excite the nervous system for excessive testosterone-DHT conversion that triggers a stress response.

Ph. D - Psychology, Professional Certified Coach
Psychologist, Ahmedabad
I strongly recommend you to go and see either a psychologist or a psychiatrist. You may need a regular weekly session to work both on your stress and anger. Initial support by a counselor or psychologist will help you understand what is going on with in you and it will also equip you with various tools and strategies you could use on a daily basis. You may try following things with support of your girlfriend as well. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. If you need help in exploring what works best for you and make this into your life style do let me know. As a trained wellness coach I could help you tailored your own holistic wellness program. Hope this helps.
