As I mentioned above I am an overweighted person. I was very anxious about it. Some times I felt uncomfortable & heavy when I was just sitting on a chair like I am not fit for the situation. So due to my chubbiness I decided to go for a jog in the evening. 4-5 days it was awesome but now when I complete half of the course my legs starts to pain a lot and when I come to home n rest for a night it becomes normal. Its like somebody is stopping me to do the workout. At the moment of the exercise it pains a lot but when I am just laying one the bed it is fine. Why is this happening to me?
The area under my eyes usually gets swelled up and I suffer from frequent pain in joints. Please suggest some remedy for it.

Hello, I am 18 years old boy, my height is 5'10" and weight 86, my legs have pain daily, from the knee to foot. And my foot size is also big and wide from others, its foot wear size is 10. I want to improve it. I also take tension always of little little things. And I cannot take part in sports activities and feel so under confident in all situation. Thanks.
Adopt a step position and posture as in the sport of fencing, with one leg stepping out in front .this way you can easily shift forward and back in various directions. As you step forward, you can reach forward with your vacuuming hand. Keep your pelvic 'bowl' level. Put your other hand on your hip or thigh to take weight off the low back and help you stay up. Attempt to change vacuuming hands every once in a while.
KNEELING AND HALF-KNEELING
These methods lower your center of gravity and automatically take some of the bends out of activity. Try the as alternative positions for a few minutes. They are really comfortable.
DUSTING AND POLISHING
Attempt kneeling or half kneeling when working on low surfaces. Prop your inactive arm on yourself or on the furniture to take more weight through your arms and less through your spine.
DOING THE LAUNDRY
Avoid overloading the basket. Avoid slumped or overarched alignment when lifting, loading, and carrying. Load with one hand while taking weight through the other. Use exaggerated good alignment when lifting and carrying.
DOING THE DISHES,
These tasks are similar to each other in that they involve sustained standing in a slightly forward- bend position. Place one foot up on a box or chair or inside the cabinet under the sink to help level your pelvic bowl ; and/or tense the muscles of your buttocks and lower abdomen to maintain your pelvis stable, level, and firmly up against the counter. For one-handed tasks, prop through your 'resting' arm to take weight off the spine
MAKING THE BED
AVOID SLUMPING OR ARCHING OUT OVER THE BED.
Lean up against the bed and bear weight through one arm when reaching
TRY SMOOTHING OUT THE SHEET AND TUCKING:
The corners while kneeling on a pillow. This makes the job much easier.
What Should I Do I Have Too Much Pain In My Both Legs I Tried Many Medicines But It Doesn't Work. Please Help me ?
Arthritis is painful inflammation of the joints caused by excessive amounts of uric acid in the blood. This causes friction in the joints and may cause inflammation among muscle tissues. This is a very painful condition and may even be debilitating for many people. One of the methods used to provide relief from arthritis pain is the hot and cold therapy. Let’s have a look at it in detail.
How does hot and cold treatment work’s?
The hot and cold treatments work on various joints or muscle areas and are very effective in lowering pain as well as providing more mobility to the affected areas. Both these therapies try to enable the healing forces within the body and hence improve on the conditions which cause arthritis pain.
Heat treatment therapy: Heat therapy uses the principle of the expansion of material when warmer. If heat is applied to an affected area, it dilates the blood vessels, improves and stimulates blood circulation and also reduces muscle spasms. Heat treatments are very effective in soothing stiff joints and tired muscles as they encourage the flow of blood to the areas being treated. Some of the options available for heat treatments would be:
1. Heats patches that are disposable
2. Heating belts made for specific parts of the body
3. Moist heating pads
4. Simple hot water in a tub
5. Paraffin wax and Mineral oil
6. Hot oil massages
7. Warms showers or baths
8. Warmed towels or clothes used as a hot compress
Cold treatment therapy: Cold uses the very opposite principle of heat therapy to provide pain relief to arthritis patients. Cold has the properties of being able to constrict blood vessels and slow the flow of blood, thus resulting in numbing the area and reducing pain. Cold treatment is also very effective in reducing swelling as it can fight inflammation very effectively. It is mostly useful in cases of acute and chronic pain and is a very good pain reliever. Some of the options available for cold treatments would be:
1. Cold compress by using ice in a waterproof bag with a towel covering it to protect the skin.
2. Buying a medically manufactured ice pack or bag
3. Buying ice gel packs from the medical store which can be frozen and then used
4. Making ice packs at home by mixing water with rubbing alcohol and then freezing it
5. Taking ice bath by pouring ice into the bath tub.
