Weight reduction is the prime condition for your ailment. Walks and light food, some routine changes in food and of course some medicines. Please mind that pain killers is no remedy to knee pain. Also in ayurveda there are no direct pain killers to give immediate relief. Heart ailments history will needed to be considered for selecting any med. So please Inform fully.

If you have unilateral leg pain it can vary from a simple muscular cramp to varicosity to dvt to stress fracture or plain arthritic knees or ankles. However it needs investigation if it is disturbing you. If it is a muscular pain it should be relieved with paracetamol. However any other pain will need investigation. Hello knee pain is not a major problem to you unless it is affected by some causes. Try to find out the cause behind after investigation. If its normal then take knee cap be used 8 hrs daily. Have massage of rumatil oil or orthofit oil. Take pain killers as required. The pain will come to end.

Hello, start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) wear comfortable shoes do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Dear lybrate user, sperm cells are being continously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. Hello. Excessive masturbation causes health problem in future life like debility, decrease in sperm quantity, structural defect in penis ed, pe etc. Masturbating once or twice in a week is okay.
