Hello! The milk production is under a hormone prolactin whenever it rises it causes galactorhea, it may also be due to some medications, chest wall surgery, stress hypothyroidism and even normal level prolactin. Get her fasting serum prolactin and tsh done.

Hello. Hepatitis B is highly contagious. It spreads through contact with infected blood and certain other bodily fluids. Although the virus can be found in saliva, it’s not spread through sharing utensils or kissing. It also doesn’t spread through sneezing, coughing, or breastfeeding. Symptoms of hepatitis B may not appear for 3 months after exposure and can last for 2–12 weeks. However, you are still contagious, even without symptoms. The virus can live outside the body for up to seven days. Possible methods of transmission include: direct contact with infected blood transfer from mother to baby during birth being pricked with a contaminated needle intimate contact with a person with HBV oral, vaginal, and anal sex using a razor or any other personal item with remnants of infected fluid. Sexual partners of individuals with hepatitis B should consider vaccination to prevent acquiring infections, says Fallon. Hepatitis B immune globulin — which works like an antibody, quickly fighting infection — can also be given to a partner who has been exposed to your body fluids within two weeks after exposure to prevent infection. Even after your partner has been vaccinated, you should always use a condom. Use condoms. Use a latex condom for any type of sex, and use a water-based lubricant to help reduce the chance of the condom breaking. A lubricant also decreases the chance of developing a friction-related sore on the penis or inside the vagina. The condom should be worn from the beginning until the end of sexual activity, and care should be taken when handling and disposing of the condom afterward. Don't mix sex and alcohol. Mixing alcohol or other drugs with sexual activity can impair your judgment, reduce your ability to communicate responsibly before sex, and interfere with proper condom use. These will guide you. Stomach Ulcers - Ways To Treat It!

Stomach ulcers are sores that develop in the stomach lining and the small intestine. They tend to form when the digestive juices in the stomach start to corrode the tissues of the stomach. A stomach ulcer is usually diagnosed using an endoscope, a fiber optic tube that is inserted into the throat. This device helps in viewing and identifying the ulcer. Stomach ulcers are easily cured, but they can become severe without proper treatment.

Certain factors and behaviors can put you at higher risk for developing stomach ulcers:

  1. Smoking
  2. Frequent use of steroids (such as those for treating asthma)
  3. Hypercalcemia (overproduction of calcium)
  4. Family history of stomach ulcers
  5. Being over 50 years old
  6. Excessive consumption of alcohol
  7. Symptoms of Stomach Ulcers-

The most common symptom is a burning sensation or pain in the area between your chest and belly button. Normally, the pain will be more intense when your stomach is empty and it can last for a few minutes or several hours.

Other common symptoms include:

  1. Dull pain in the stomach
  2. Weight loss
  3. Not wanting to eat because of pain
  4. Nausea or vomiting
  5. Bloating
  6. Burping or acid reflux
  7. Heartburn (burning sensation in the chest)
  8. Pain improves when you eat, drink, or take antacids
  9. Talk to your doctor if you experience symptoms of a stomach ulcer. Even though discomfort may be mild, ulcers can worsen if they aren’t treated.

Once the disorder has been diagnosed, the treatments are prescribed. For mild ulcers, medications are prescribed depending on the cause. For example – if the cause of the ulcer is a bacterial infection, then it can be treated with antibiotics. If medications do not help, then surgery may be required.

Initially, antacids may be administered that help in reducing the pain, but this measure only provides temporary relief. The aim of ulcer treatment is to reduce the quantity of acid in the stomach and strengthen the stomach lining. If the ulcer is due to a bacterial infection, then a triple therapy is generally used to treat the ulcer.

What is triple therapy?
The triple therapy is a combination of antibiotics and a proton pump inhibitor that is used in the treatment of ulcer. If medications fail to work, then surgical treatment may be required. In case of ulcer hemorrhage, the source is identified and then treated accordingly. Surgery can also help in reducing excess acid secretion by the stomach. Do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning to be mentally strong. Take proper balanced diet. Avoid garlic and red chilly, non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal as compared to your height as more weight has bad effects on reproductive system. Take lots of water to clean body. Your menses will come to normal by following these instructions.

Not getting your period on the expected date can make a woman nervous, especially if she is not planning a family. However, there is more than one reason for periods to be delayed or to be skipped. If this happens once in a while, you need not worry, but if your periods do not follow any sort of a schedule, you should see a gynecologist at once. Your body may be trying to tell you something. Here are a few of those messages that you may be missing.

  1. You may be too stressed out: In most cases, irregular menstrual cycles are triggered by high stress levels. Stress makes the body produce cortisol which has a direct effect on the production of estrogen and progesterone. It also interferes in the communication between the hypothalamus and the pituitary gland. This causes the hormone communication system in the body to shut down.
  2. You aren’t having a balanced dietYour diet also plays an important role in your menstrual cycle. If you have gained excessive weight recently or indulge in a carb heavy diet, the hormone levels in your body will fluctuate thereby, changing your ovulation date. In order to maintain a regular menstrual cycle, a woman’s BMI should be between 17-22 percent.
  3. You are exercising too much: Sudden weight loss, excessive exercising and being underweight can also affect the body’s hormone levels just as being overweight affects them. Some hormones are produced only in fatty tissue and a sudden drop in fatty tissues can lower the production of these hormones leading to irregular periods. A sudden spurt of excessive exercising can also drain your body of energy leaving it with no energy to menstruate.
  4. You may be suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome: Missed or late periods are often also a sign of polycystic ovarian syndrome or PCOS. Look out for other symptoms of this condition such as weight gain, dandruff or excessive hair growth to diagnose this condition. PCOS needs medical attention so it is best to get yourself diagnosed correctly by a gynecologist.
  5. Your medication may be interfering with your hormones: Many types of medication interfere with the body’s production of estrogen and progesterone. Even simple over the counter medication can make your periods late by a few days.
  6. You may be menopausal: Lastly, if you definitely aren’t pregnant and are above the age of 40, you may be turning menopausal. As a woman turns menopausal, ovulation becomes sporadic and in turn influences periods to be irregular as well.

Hello. If you don’t have any medical condition and if your diet is poor to begin with, it is even more important to make sure you have a healthy diet now. You need more vitamins and minerals, especially folic acid and iron. You need a few more calories during your pregnancy as well. Getting your diet right for pregnancy is more about what you eat than about how much. Limit junk food, as it has lots of calories with few or no nutrients. Eat a variety of foods from these different food groups each day: Milk and dairy products: skimmed milk, yogurt/curd, buttermilk (chhaach), cottage cheese (paneer). They contain calcium. Cereals, whole grains, dals, pulses and nuts: these are good sources of protein if you do not eat meat. Vegetarians need about 45 grams of nuts and 2/3 of a cup of legumes for protein each day. Vegetables and fruits: these provide vitamins, minerals and fibre. Avoid Papaya. Meat, fish and poultry: these provide concentrated proteins. Fluids: Drink lots of fluids, especially water and fresh fruit juices. Make sure you drink clean boiled or filtered water. Carry your own water when out of the house, or buy bottled water from a reputed brand. Avoid packaged juices as they have a very high sugar content. Fats and oils: Ghee, butter, coconut milk and oil are high in saturated fats, which are not very healthy. Hydrogenated vanaspati oil and ghee is high in trans fats, which are as bad for you as saturated fats. A better source of fat is vegetable oils because these contain more unsaturated fat. Foods to be avoided in normal pregnancy: Raw or partly cooked eggs, Raw or undercooked meat, Caffeine, Liver, Cold cured meats, Vitamin/fish oil supplements, papaya

अलसी लिनेसी परिवार से संबंधित हैं और वनस्पति रूप से लिनम् युसिटेटिसिमम् के रूप में जाना जाता है। अलसी हजारों वर्षों से भोजन के रूप में उपयोग किया गया है। अलसी छोटे, भूरा, सुनहरे रंग के बीज हैं। यह दुनिया में अल्फा-लिनोलेनिक एसिड (ए.एल.ए) नामक पौधे आधारित ओमेगा -3 फैटी एसिड का सबसे अमीर स्रोत है। 
ओमेगा 3 फैटी एसिड के अलावा, अलसी फाइबर, प्रोटीन, विटामिन बी 1, मैंगनीज, मैग्नीशियम, फास्फोरस और सेलेनियम का अच्छा स्रोत है। अलसी में विटामिन बी 6, आयरन, पोटेशियम, तांबे और जिंक की भी अच्छी मात्रा होती है। अलसी के बारे में एक और अनोखी तथ्य यह है कि वे मानव आहार में लिग्नांस का सबसे अच्छा स्रोत हैं।

अलसी के लाभ
अलसी के पोषण और स्वास्थ्य लाभ निम्नानुसार हैं:

अलसी के सबसे असाधारण लाभों में से एक यह है कि, इसमे उच्च स्तर में म्यूसीजियम गम सामग्री हैं। म्यूसीज एक जेल बनाने वाला फाइबर है जो पानी में घुलनशील है और आंत्र पथ पर इसका अविश्वसनीय प्रभाव है। म्यूसीज पेट में भोजन को छोटी आंत में बहुत जल्दी से खाली करने से बचा सकता है जो पोषक तत्व अवशोषण को बढ़ा सकता है। 
साथ ही, दोनों घुलनशील और अघुलनशील फाइबर में अलसी अत्यंत उच्च है जो बृहदान्त्र विषाक्तता, वसा हानि और चीनी की लालच को कम कर सकते हैं।
2. वजन कम करने के लिए: चूंकि अलसी स्वस्थ वसा और फाइबर से भरे हुए हैं, इससे आपको बहुत अधिक संतुष्ट महसूस करने में मदद मिलेगी ताकि आप कुल मिलाकर कम कैलोरी खा सकें, जिससे वजन कम हो सकता है। ए.एल.ए वसा भी सूजन को कम करने में मदद कर सकता है।

4. कैंसर के लिए: अलसी में एंटीऑक्सीडेंट कैंसर से सुरक्षा प्रदान करते हैं। हाल के अध्ययनों से यह निष्कर्ष निकाला गया है कि अलसी स्तन, प्रोस्टेट और पेट के कैंसर के विकास के जोखिम को कम कर सकते हैं। अलसी में उपस्थित लिग्नांस में प्रतिजन गुण होते हैं और ट्यूमर द्वारा नए रक्त कोशिकाओं के निर्माण को रोकते हैं।
अलसी की खपत स्तन कैंसर रोगियों में जीवित रहने की दर में वृद्धि कर सकती है।
5. त्वचा के लिए: अलसी और इसके तेल में कई त्वचा के अनुकूल पोषक तत्व होते हैं जो त्वचा के स्वास्थ्य में सुधार करने में मदद कर सकते हैं। लिग्नान और ओमेगा 3 फैटी एसिड के उच्च स्तर, स्वस्थ मल त्याग को बढ़ावा देते हैं और त्वचा रोगों को रोकते हैं। ओमेगा 3 फैटी एसिड त्वचा कोशिकाओं के स्वस्थ विकास के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हैं। अलसी में उपस्थित लिग्नांस शरीर में मौजूद डी.एन.एच.टी के स्तर को कम करके त्वचा की उपस्थिति में सुधार करने के लिए सहायता करते हैं।
अलसी की नियमित खपत, त्वचा की जलन, चकत्ते, सूजन और लालिमा को सफलतापूर्वक कम कर सकती है। अलसी में आवश्यक फैटी एसिड त्वचा को हाइड्रेटेड और मॉइस्चराइज करते रहें, इस प्रकार मुँहासे, जिल्द की सूजन और छालरोग जैसी त्वचा की समस्याओं को रोकते है।
6. बालों के लिए: अलसी में मौजूद ओमेगा 3 फैटी एसिड की उच्च मात्रा बालों के लोच में वृद्धि करता है और उन्के टूटने की संभावना कम करता है। अलसी के विरोधी भड़काऊ गुण रूसी, एक्जिमा और अन्य स्कैल्प स्थितियों की संभावना को कम करते है। अलसी खोपड़ी में सीबम के उत्पादन को प्रोत्साहित करते हैं, इस प्रकार फलक और रूसी को रोकते हैं।
यह किणयुक्त खालित्य को रोकने में भी उपयोगी है, एक स्थायी बालों के झड़ने की स्थिति।

अलसी के दुष्प्रभाव
1 अलसी में बहुत अधिक कैलोरी होती हैं और बड़ी मात्रा में उपभोग से रेचक प्रभाव हो सकता है। 
2 जब्ती विकार से पीड़ित लोगों को अलसी की खुराक से बचना चाहिए क्योंकि इससे हालत और बिगड़ सकती है।
3 अलसी में साइनाइड यौगिकों की थोड़ी मात्रा होती है, जिससे शरीर पर न्यूरोटॉक्सिक प्रभाव पड़ सकता है। इसलिए, इसका बड़ी मात्रा में उपभोग नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
4 अलसी के अन्य दुष्प्रभावों में खुजली, चकत्ते और सांस की तकलीफ शामिल है।
