I had done minor surgery of pinodile sinus around 4 years back, during that time I had very bad back pain and after the operation it has reduced completely. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. •Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values, and that can offer additional support when you need it. Sleeping problems and body pain can be handled in other ways besides medication. Have a balanced diet and lots of water. Develop a healthy routine- exercise and do some breathing exercises. Indulge in positive thinking and keep yourself busy in things you like to do.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Don't carry any weights.*you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take arnica 200--once daily in the morning.

Hello 82 is a ave where your knee joint gets eroded a lot which leads to tremendous pain when you walk or climbs stairs. Hence you need to take care of your knee in order to decrease the joint loading by unloading it, the way to unload it, is to keep it hydrated by sitting at the edge of the couch/bed and tie a 2 kg weight cuff at the ankle and move/swing your knee in easy gentle low amplitude oscillations for ten minutes twice daily. Wear a knee brace with hinge daily when you are off the bed. Have lots of fresh fruits specially citrus fruits. Have anjeer four piece twice daily. Avoid lady finger, spicy foods, avoid peas, brinjal and tomatoes. Avoid mustard oil. Avoid tobacco in any form (if at all you consume) do knee strengthening (quadriceps, vmo, gluteus, tfl, hamsrings) exercises and hamstring and quadriceps stretching. Quadriceps drill. Partial squatting (30-40 degree bend) if your knee permits. If possible visit a skilled orthopedic physiotherapist. Hope it helps. Take care.

Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.

Hi * stop running completely or decrease your training. *apply ice to reduce inflammation. *gently stretch your achilles and your calves. *consider cross-training for a while swim, run in the pool or ride a bike. *when you return to running, increase your mileage slowly, no more than 10 percent weekly. *make sure you wear the correct running shoes do reply for detailed treatment plan. In this case, you should buy heel cushions (easily available in stores /online). Silicone heel cushions are small pads that slip under the heel on top of the normal insole in shoes. The main objective of the silicone seat cushion is to act as isolation pads whereby they absorb some of the shock that passes through as the foot hits the floor when activities such as running or walking are undertaken.
