Hi, As I'm suffering from PCOS and Obesity, I hv decided to try out Intermittent Fasting. I eat 2 meals per day in an 8 hr window, also I want to mention that I stay in a ladies PG. So the food I get here normal like rice, dal, buttermilk for lunch phulka, rice, dall and buttermilk again for dinner. Snacks I take some fruits or some carrots or curd. This is my daily routine. I could not see my weighing scale moving down. I'm frustrated. Please give me a detailed guide to get success in the IIFYM plan.

Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk.

You should eat a balanced diet and eat at regular intervals,eat atleast 2-3 fruits a day,with adequate protein as per your body needs and cut down on sugar and sweets,also cut down refined flour from the diet.Drink plenty water through out the day and exercise regulary.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily.

What Are The Risk Factors Associated With Liposuction?

Sometimes, even a strict diet and strenuous exercise regime don't give you the body shape you dream of. In such cases, liposuction can be the answer to the problem of excess fat you are facing. Liposuction is a surgical procedure of removing stubborn fat bulges from the body. Age is not a major consideration with liposuction as long as your skin is firm and elastic. Else, your skin may begin to sag in places from where the fat has been removed. It is important to note that liposuction does not remove cellulite but only removes fat. Thus, for people with cellulite, liposuction may not give them the results they desire. 

If you're thinking of undergoing liposuction, do not expect the procedure to give you a supermodel's figure. Be realistic in your expectations. Here are a few other things to keep in mind. 

Liposuction does not show instant results:
Recovery from a liposuction surgery is quick and you may be back to your normal routine within a few weeks. However, the treated area may still look swollen. This can take two to three months to subside. Hence, work backwards and time your surgery with regard to major life events.

The results are long lasting:
Undergoing liposuction surgery does not mean that you will not be overweight again, but it means that fat will not collect in the areas that have been treated. If you do gain weight, the fat will be redistributed to other areas. 

Smoking and alcohol must be avoided: 
Smoking and alcohol both inhibit healing. It also increases your risk of complications during the surgery. Stop drinking and smoking at least three weeks prior to your surgery, and avoid it until your body has healed completely. 

Can be beneficial for many parts of the body:
Liposuction can be performed on many areas of the body. The thighs, abdomen, breasts and buttocks are common areas where this surgery is performed. Other areas are the back, face and neck. 
Like any other surgery, liposuction has its risks.

While some risks are very rare, others can be quite common. Here are three minor risks that you should be aware of:
1.Excessive liposuction:
Removing too much fat can leave your skin looking unnatural and uneven. 

2. Skin discoloration: 
When making an incision for liposuction, the skin cells in the area may rupture and release melanin into the surrounding area. This can cause prolonged hyper pigmentation that can take 4-6 months to heal. Patients with a dark skin tone have a higher risk of hyper pigmentation. 

3. Swelling and bruising: 
When liposuction is performed on the lower part of the body, swelling and bruising are common side effects. This usually disappears within 2-3 days. Choosing open drainage vs. placing sutures on the incision sites can reduce the chances of this happening.

I have an obesity problem. No matter what I do I dnt seems to get thin anymore. I want to be thin like I was before some years ago. Is there a way where I can get thin by staying healthy? What exercises should I do to reduce my fat belly?

Do exercises like swimming, skipping, yoga, push ups, sit ups, squats etc. Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning. Eat small amount of food. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods. No sugar, sweetened juice including fruit juice, soft drinks, tea/coffee with sugar etc. Take water before meals bur not during meals. Eat more whole fruits, water dense vegetables, take fish, egg white, cottage cheese etc. Use healthy fat like olive, fish oil, refined vegetable oil in small amount. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Stay busy with works not with eating foods.

You are 20 kilos more than what you should be. With such an over weight, you will have snoring problem. You can fix up an appointment with bariatric physician (specialist doctor for weight loss) and under go the weight reduction treatment. It will reduce your weight through only fat loss, hence it will help you a lot in reducing the snoring.
