Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Hi. Thanku for writing into lybrate. When we consider your height and weight your ideal weight should be around 65-68 kg so here by I am advicing few medication which helps to achieve your target. Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15 mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat 2. Tab obesidat-1 tab thrice a day after food. 3. Avipattikara churna-1/2tsp with warm water daily before food twice a day. Follow these medicationfor 1 month and revert us.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You are overweight by 13 to 15 kgs as per your height. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Calories calculator you will get on google download it.

The pelvic shift exercise is one of the best height increase exercises that targets and stretches the spine and lower hips, which is essential for increasing height. This is undoubtedly one of the easiest exercises for growing taller. Lie on the floor with your shoulder and arms placed on the floor, your knees bent and feet placed on the floor. Lift your hips and torso up off the floor by pressing your feet into the ground and form a straight line from the nape of the neck to the knees. Remain in this position for 30 seconds. Lower your hips slowly to the ground. Repeat this exercise 3 to 4 times. This is one of the most power packed mat exercises for abs, hips and thighs.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water..If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon...Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach....Do this daily for at least three months...

Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Change food habites. Avoid carbohydrates, rich protein, eggs, nonveg, cold drinks, sweets, fast food, over eating will help you to reduce weight. Go for fast walking in morning and after dinner go for walking slowly 1 to 2 km. Daily.

You have to find time for workout for atleast 39 minutes of jogging. Diet is the main focus after workout. -in the morning, take one glass hot lemon water with honey 8: 00 a. M. -take light breakfast like, poha/upma/plain idli /sandwich with one glass milk10: 00 a. M. -eat one fruit like banana/melon/apple 12: 00 -have butter milk and then take your meal.(eat either steamed rice or chapati, not both and eat lesser than you normally eat.) 2: 00 p. M. -take green tea 4: 00 p. M. -eat roasted chana/ khakhra, one digestive or marie biscuit with tea/coffee/bournvita/proteinex (you may add sugar if you feel the need) 6: 00 p. M. -eat dinner like boiled vegetables/baked vegetables/soup /khichdi (idea is to take dinner 3-4 hours before bed time) 8: 00 p. M. If you are starving with this diet, you can add few more healthy foods, but keep a gap of two hours in each. You may redo the timings with the same gap, according to your schedule.

as per your height your weight should be 60 Kg. for weight loss: 1. have small frequent meals at regular intervals instead of few large ones 2. eat slowly chewing your food well 3. drink 3 litres water daily 4. avoid junk/ processed/ fried/ sugary/ ready to eat foods, soft & hard & enrgy drinks, glucose 5. replace simple carbs- potato, sugar, maida, white rice, noodles, biscuit, white bread, cake with complex carbs- whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, bajra, oats, barley, brown rice, atta bread), whole legumes (sprouts, rajma, soyabean), whole fruits, vegetables, nuts, oilseeds. 6. exercise daily for 1 hr & walk instead of hiring transport
