Hello Deepak u can do light exercises n drink warm water with honey (the water should be more warm like tea )n take lemon tea n avoid fried food items .take more salad n fruits .u can ask for further information

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

Take diet rich in fibre and protein and low in carbohydrates and fats. Take plenty of water every day. Do regulacrunches, pushups, walking running, swimming any of these on a daily basis.

Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food rest as per your height weight is almost ok.

Do exercise like swimming,push ups,yoga etc.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Use small amount of food but do not skip meals.Use watery vegetables,fruits.Use unrefined foods but not much.These are common but for more details consult me on lybrate.

Do You Know Why You Are Gaining Weight Despite WorkOuts?
Why are your gaining weight despite working out?

Many people have a common workout woe that while they are working out for hours they are not losing weight. The reason on a broad sense is simply that you are undoing your workout. Let me explain the reasons here.

1. Calorie overload/dieting - A general opinion amongst a lot of people is that since they are working out, they can binge on their favourite foods. Another group of people are those who workout with utmost sincerity but do not eat post workout. Both are equally harmful and aide fat generation.
2. Not staying hydrated - While working out, our bodies lose a lot of water. Often, we confuse the feeling of being thirsty as being hungry. So after a workout, when one might actually be hungry, one ends up filling the stomach with food. Stay hydrated at all times, especially before and after workout.
3. Drinking alcohol - A lot of people workout during the day and drink in the evening. This is a strict no-no and if not adhered to, you will end up gaining more weight than losing. Usually it is recommended staying completely off alcohol while trying to lose weight because drinks have calories and high sugar content. If abstaining is difficult, restrict the quantity.
4. Not working out enough - Human mind can be fooled very easily into believing what is not. We often believe that we our workout is enough and we don’t need to increase the number of counts, level of difficulty etc. It is good to give yourself a pat in the back, but never too soon.
5. Rewarding yourself - Rewarding yourself after losing every kilo is a very bad idea. Set a big goal and reward yourself only once achieved.
6. Drinking energy drinks - Advertisements promote energy drinks as a must for people who are working out. What they conveniently hide is the fact that these drinks are full of sugar.
7. Not eating enough vegetables - Many people turn to protein shakes and unhealthy foods instead of eating regular home-cooked vegetables which are packed with nutrients.

How to lose fat from hips and thighs Dietary changes – •Check the oil that you are using. Vegetable-based and olive oils are good for you. Cut down on ghee, butter, cheese, paneer and margarine. •Limit your carb intake. Restrict yourself while eating potatoes, white rice, sago, pasta and other products made of refined flours. •Use only skimmed milk and skimmed milk curd. •Give up on all the fried foods until you get that shape. Nothing will come easily. Avoid fries, pakodas, samosa, fried momos, chips, and other fried snacks. •Increase your fibre intake. Eat whole cereals, oats, broken wheat / daliya, brown rice, brown breads, fruits with skin and a lot of green veggies. If possible mix bran into your flour. •If you are a non-vegetarian and enjoy fish, you will love this diet. Eat fish upto 4 times a week. Bake it, grill it but don’t fry it. You can have other lean meats up to 2 times in a week. And egg whites for breakfast are a good idea. •2 tsp of Triphala churn, along with ginger water is excellent way to help you liver to break down fats speedily and effectively. •Cut the intake of wheat. Extra carbs always end of on hips and thighs. Include other cereals like jowar, bajra, and mix these flours with horse gram flour and soya flour. •Go very light with your dinners. A plate full of salad made out of veggies, sprouts, fruits along with soups will help. Fill in with a very small portion of brown rice or daliya. In short have a fiber and protein rich dinner and go low on carbs. Eat dinner around 7.30 pm and having a small walk after it will only add up to your goal. •Consume as much of water as you can and eat different varieties of melons for better results. How to lose fat from hips and thighs through exercise •Walking is the best exercise for your hips and thighs. Walking up to 4 km per day will make your goal appear closer and closer. •If I ask you, “how to lose fat from hips and thighs”? You would probably answer cross trainer or the cycle at gym. Frankly you are not helping yourself if you are doing these to lose fat from hips and thighs. These exercises will only help you in tightening your muscles and then bulking them up. •If you have been walking already, but don’t see much result, then you might need to increase the distance by a km and the intensity of walks from the 30thminute onwards. Also check your diet to ensure you are following the tips above. •Lunges and squats will help you too. Remember to check your posture while you do these exercises. Wrong posture can cause pain. •Running and jogging, hiking and trekking will help you too. Now that you know how to lose fat from hips and thighs all you need to do is tailor the above given tips to suit your plan. You could slowly increase your exercise and go easy with the diets. Hello.... For lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread...... Drink lots of water......... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat....... If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........ Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight. Take atleast 5 cups of it daily......... Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym....... Avoid carbohydrate in diet.... Prefer protein..... Avoid junk food and cold drinks.... Avoid sweets and bakery products..... Eat 2 apples daily.. It burns fat very fast..... Avoid mango, banana, cheeku, cheese, extra oil....... Take homoeopathic medicine Phytolacca berry ( 10 drops three times a day in half cup of water ).. Take it one hr after meal..... Take it for one month...... Do daily physical activity for at least 40 minutes .do not use AC because it decreases our metabolic rate and avoid prolonged sitting. Drink lots of water (a glass of water every hour ).no juices.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: 1. Move. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. 2. Avoid all sugar and ‘hidden’ sugars like high-fructose corn syrup. 3. Keep your immune system in great health. 4. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. 5. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent.

Pain in anus is not usually due to haemorrhoids. It is usually due to cut or abrasion in the anal mucosa.(ref. Anal fissure). You must avoid constipation. Take plenty of fluids, fibre rich diet and fruits. Avoid non-veg and fried food. Take warm sitz bath twice a day. If the problem persists, you should consult some surgeon in person. Thanks.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

I think you are eating foods with a higher sodium content perhaps like salty snacks or fried salty food. By eating such things face always tends to get bigger when you eat more salty snacks.it does have a lot to do with fluid retention .So fromtoday onwards stop taking high salt diet and soon your face will be normal
