Hi lybtrate user, at 5 1/2 month this much of weight is good (although I want to know about -birth weight of baby, hence it proves that you are properly for feeding the baby. After 6 month you can start with weaning food.

If you workout for an hour you hardly burn 500 calories, a packet of wafer has approx 500 calories! even a single wrong meal can ruin your workout! Take more vitamin c and vitamin e in your diet. Take multi vitamin tablet everyday if your age is above 30 years. Cleansing toning and moisturising, daily before sleep. Use sun screen when outdoors, keep your face and skin covered. Go for regular face clean ups and apply lemon juice regularly on the areas that are tanned.

Take phytollaca mt and garcinia mt. Take regular breaks from desk. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan.

Poor lifestyle can cause many health problems apart from obesity like heart diseases, diabetes, gastric complaints etc. I understand that you can not change your work profile so start working on improving your life style. Here are few tips which can help you in improving your metabolic rate. 1) Do regular exercise 2) soak half tbs of cinnamon powder /cumin seeds/fenugreek seeds at night. Drink the water in morning after boiling. This will increase your metabolism. You can have cinnamon tea in evening also. 3) try not to sit for atleast half n hr after meals n drink half cup warm water after 1 hr of your meal. 4) Use staircase instead of life where ever possible. Take atleast 20000 steps a day.

Reducing fat around chest is dependent on the physical activity. You should perform exercises like push up, planks and light weight lifts to help your chest muscles tone up. Once the muscles are tone you will feel more confident.

Everyone has different lifestyle and body. There is no fit for all diet chart. You need customized diet plan along with proper workout schedule. Mean while few tips for you are- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast. Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water. Avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks. Avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products. Try to eat home made food as much as possible. Move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 45-60 minutes workout in your routine. Take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours. Quit smoking and drinking if any manage stress keep positive frame toward life appreciate yourself as it is not going to happen overnight. Consult me online for better results.

This can be due to many reasons such as hormonal imbalance, disturbed lipid profile, improper sleep, certain deficiencies in the body and many more, get your tsh, t3, t4 and lipid profile profile test done so to know the exact cause. Take proper sleep and drink lots of water and take balanced diet.
