Hi, there is no such medicine which helps to reduce weight. I advice you, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Don't take tension. Avoid late night dinner. Take small and frequent meals.

I am 31 years man with 5.9 inch height. weighing about 82 kgs. Can you suggest me how to reduce the weight. I am even doing the dieting.

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

I am at diet. Taking food only for two times in a day. Yet I can not loss my weight.

Hi, diet chart for obesity: morning: 6am: brisk walk for 45 min. Morning tea with 1 marie biscuit breakfast: 1 glass skimmed milk with 2 tsp cornflakes, 5 almonds: club sandwich with tomato, boiled potato, cucumber, ketchup or chutney (no butter or mayonnaise) 11am: orange or apple lunch: 2 thin chapattis, 1 katori yellow dal, mixed vegetable or any seasonal vegetable cooked in just 1 tsp oil, curd, citrus fruit. 4 pm: tea with murmura or roasted chana 7 pm: soup with club sandwich or dinner roll. (for soup take 2 tsp any yellow dal, 1 onion, 1 tomato and salt and add 1 glass water and pressure cooker it, sieve it, soup is ready) bedtime: 1 glass milk if hungry.

My dear your protein intake is less. How much is your height and weight? you may have to take 1.25 gms of protein per kg of ideal weight. One medium chapati which used to have 5 gms of protein earlier now has approximately 1 gm of protein because of soil depletion, mass production, techniques used to increase shelf life of flour etc. If you want to see immediate results, then you should contact me seperately. Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

The diet advised very correctly. For medicines, if there r joint pains then only medicines required otherwise dietary measures will suffice. If joint pains r there then take Febutaz/Feburic 40mg at bed time 1 tab for 3 months and recheck uric acid level after that and decide to continue the medicine or not depending upon the results.
