Hi yash.. didn't understand your problem.. whether there is a dark spot or not... though you may try homoeopathic cream Topi berberis.. it will remove the dark spot... but to cure pimples you should consult for proper homoeopathic treatment...

Hi I am 20 years old. I want to quitting smoking and alcohol but can't do this. Everytime I try to.

Giving up both is going to be a difficult task but not impossible: they support each other as addicting substances and while one may be given up the other will keep pulling at your enslavement. Since you have probably tried and found it extremely difficult I suggest you do one of the following: It sounds like you are in an advanced stage of alcoholism and tobacco use and need admission to a rehabilitation center to ideally help deal with this problem. There are no guarantees about stopping one?s addiction. But that does not mean we should not keep at it, over and over again until we succeed. Now it is difficult to give up all by yourself because you have become addicted to alcohol and tobacco and there is so much to do. Under such circumstances it is best that you admit yourself into a de-addiction center and stay there for at least 6 months and after that you can attend counseling with a professional. There are medicines that help with the drinking just to ease the initial craving and to act as an antabuse i.e. you will have a serious reaction, if you consume even a small quantity of alcohol or alcohol based substances. It has to be carefully monitored to see that you do not only consume the medication but you are also avoiding alcohol. Ultimately, it is your will power and the support that you receive from the medical fraternity and your close and dear ones. You must also learn to substitute and deal with the oral need, a rigid value system, the script issue, and of course take a look at all the genetic factors to plan a strategy not to get into what is called ?cross addictions? i.e. another form of addiction that may appear alright but is in fact as bad as the primary addiction. The center or hospital and the counselor will advise and guide you on several measures and precautions you will need to take to stay with your resolve. Even after the rehabilitation you must attend AA meetings and continue this support for a long time. The family will also need to attend some sessions and go for Al-anon meetings for their co-dependency issues. You cannot be treated in isolation because the family has gotten used to your drinking in particular and have made some unhealthy adaptations to somehow cope. Make a serious plan with whoever else?s support you can get and act on it fast. If you are not cooperative, there are some centers that will come and pick you up, after you are completely drunk, and admit you by force. This will however, require the family?s consent. Do not delay for any reason and stop fooling around with half decisions. This must be your last and final attempt and make it a successful one.

I am having red color in my eyes in recent days. Always looks like I just woke up from a sleep, what should I do?

I am having red color in my eyes in recent days. Always looks like I just woke up from a sleep, what should I do?
Hello, Bloodshot eyes appear red because the vessels at the surface of the white portion of the eye (sclera) become swollen. Vessels may swell due to: Eye dryness Too much sun exposure Dust or other particles in the eye Allergies Infection Injury Eye infections or inflammation can cause redness as well as possible itching, discharge, pain, or vision problems. Other causes of eye redness include Colds or allergies, Acute glaucoma, Corneal scratches: Injuries caused by sand, dust, or overuse of contact lenses. Sometimes, a bright red spot, called a subconjunctival hemorrhage, will appear on the white of the eye. This often happens after straining or coughing, which causes a broken blood vessel on the surface of the eye. Most often, there is no pain and your vision is normal. It is almost never a serious problem. Because the blood leaks into the conjunctiva, which is clear, you cannot wipe or rinse the blood away. Like a bruise, the red spot will go away within a week or two. Management: - Try to rest your eyes if redness is due to fatigue or eye strain. No other treatment is needed. - Wash your hands, hold clean water in your hand, keep your eyes closer to the water and wash the eyes by blinking the eyelids frequently in the held water in hand. Repeat it for 3-4times again. - Avoid watching T.V., working on computer or mobile, reading. - In case there is itching, use a clean napkin or a tissue to wipe the tears and cleaning the eyelids gently. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe’s Belladonna 30 and Euphrasia 30 - both thrice daily for 4 days. Use Euphrasia Eye drops twice daily. Revert back thereafter.

My days never goes in a normal straight graph every day is a big battle for me, I constantly Keep pushing people I car about away and then holding on to them when I feel they are giving up on me, I get obsessed with people and situations, I don't like changes on one hand and on the other hand I want changes and like not to get too attached with others. It's like a constant battle with myself with views that are contradictory to one another. I also get paranoid and have trouble trusting people. On one hand I don't want to end up alone and on the other hand I like being alone. I have trouble in maintaining healthy relationship with my family and friends. I feel all my emotions are too intense to b handled by others due to which I have been called as being a "difficult "person. These days I have frequently resorted to self harm and I feel alright for few hours with temporary sense of well being after which I relapse again .I had a mental breakdown last year. It's like I have so many things that I want to say but there is no one to talk with, either they don't understand me or they don't want to.

You seem to be suffering from Borderline Personality or Emotionally unstable personality. The cause is unknown but research suggests there is an interaction between adverse life events and genetic factors. Neurobiological research suggests that abnormalities in the frontolimbic networks are associated with many of the symptoms There is a pattern of sometimes rapid fluctuation from periods of confidence to despair, with fear of abandonment and rejection. There is a particularly strong tendency towards suicidal thinking and self-harm. They have love-hate relationship with close ones. Transient psychotic symptoms, including brief delusions and hallucinations, may also be present. It is also associated with substantial impairment of social, psychological and occupational functioning and quality of life. People with emotionally unstable personality disorder are particularly at risk of suicide. Its course is variable and, although many people recover over time. Kindly consult a psychiatrist for remedy.

Your sperms did not come after masturbation. The reasons for this could be stress or excessive masturbation habit. I advise you to tell me your eating habits and any addiction to alcohol or cigarette, for better guidance and proper treatment.
