I am 28 years of age I have sex problem even I cannot spent 2 minutes with my wife what should I do?
Aphrodisiacs improve nutrients in the body which in turn improve the quality of semen and breast milk. Food is important as it plays a role in mood changes ? like warm milk is said to induce deep sleep and food which contain antioxidants strengthen the immune system. In the same way there are foods which enhance sexual moods. The main factor found in such food is the presence of amino acids which build up protein and give a lot of strength to the body ? thus to sexual power too. Spices are very potent aphrodisiacs due to aromatic oils and aromas present. Romans believed in cinnamon and pepper, the Chinese in ginger and Indians sought nutmeg, cloves, cardamom and ginger to boost sexual health. Aphrodisiacs have anti inflammatory, circulatory and muscle strengthening properties, which aid sexual prowess. The white bark of the Arjuna tree is powdered and boiled with milk is an ayurvedic aphrodisiac. Ajwain or carom seeds and hydrophila seeds are popular. Honey with ginger and pepper makes a good stimulant. A glass of milk with crushed pepper and powdered almonds had at bed time is good ? incidentally this is traditionally given to a bridegroom on the wedding night.

Start pouring tap water from above some ht after you have lubricated glans and prepuce and try pulling slowly, every day, once or twice for a month or do. Light masturbation with intenntional pulling of prepuce down (but don't take risk of pulling forcefully. You may fall in emergency by paraphimosis). However best is circumcision.

Causes of Back Pain

D.P.T
Physiotherapist, Hyderabad
Causes of Back Pain

Typically, younger individuals (30 to 60-year-olds) are more likely to experience back pain from a lower back muscle strain or from within the disc space itself - such as a lumbar disc herniation or lumbar degenerative disc disease.

This article details a description of typical symptoms and their possible causes in younger adults. The next page details typical causes of lower back pain in adults older than age 60.

Possible Causes: Back muscle strain

A back muscle strain or ligament strain is one of the most common causes of acute lower back pain. Lifting a heavy object, twisting, or a sudden movement can cause muscles or ligaments stretch or develop microscopic tears.

Symptoms: Low back pain that travels to the buttock, leg, and foot (sciatica)

Sciatica includes any combination of the following symptoms:

  • Pain typically is ongoing (as opposed to flaring up for a few days or weeks and then subsiding)
  • Pain may be worse in the leg and foot than in the lower back
  • Typically felt on one side the buttock or leg only
  • Pain that is usually worse after long periods of standing still or sitting: relieved somewhat when walking
  • More severe (burning, tingling) vs. dull, aching pain
  • May be accompanied by weakness, numbness or difficulty moving the leg or foot

If any Doubts please feel free to contact me.

I am suffering from dry cough for the last 2 weeks. I have chest pain when I cough hard. Would you please suggest me ...
Hello there, for cough, take 2-2 teaspoonful of pranacharya kasantak by mixing it in hot water twice daily. Sitopaladi, praval and tankan bhasm churna taken with honey can also bring relief. Consume this 3 to 4 times a day for relief from dry cough; you can also drink tea with basil leaves or add ginger and black pepper in it. Salted hot water gargling also helps. And stay away from cold drinks and don't take milk when having cough.

Dear, These are the causes of acne: excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes.

Role of Diet in Acne

MD - Skin,VD & Lepxsy, MBBS
Dermatologist, Rewari
Role of Diet in Acne

Acne is a common skin disease, which happens when the hair follicles becomes full with dead skin cells and oil secreted from the skin. Acne is mainly characterized by vast areas of blackheads and pimples. The appearance of a person suffering from acne has often led to anxiety, and in extreme cases has caused depression as well.

Causes of Acne:

  1. Genetics is thought to be one of the main reasons for hair fall due to acne. This is supported both by twin studies and studies that have shown higher rates of acne among first degree relatives. Acne susceptibility is polygenic as the disease does not follow the Mendelian inheritance pattern.
  2. Another reason for acne is related to hormonal activities, such as those during menstrual cycle and puberty. During puberty, sex hormones called androgens increase, which causes the follicular glands to grow larger than normal. Many hormones like testosterone, dihydrotestosterone, dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate and growth hormone have been shown to have links with acne.
  3. Many bacteria like the anaerobic bacterium are suspected to be a reason behind acne. Infection caused by the parasite Demodex is also responsible for causing acne.

Role of Diet in Acne:
Different studies have been done to establish a relationship between diet and acne, but there is no evidence to prove so. Some tests have shown different degrees of acne intensity due to high glycemic diets. Another unproved study shows consuming dairy milk is linked to higher incidences and intensity of acne. One recent experiment has shown a relationship between acne and obesity, however, no relationship is found between acne and insulin metabolism. Vitamin B12 may cause skin problems similar to acne.

Cigarette smoking and acne has been a ground for high debate among biologists. Some medical records have shown that cigarette smoking increases the severity of acne. Some studies have also shown that stress or other psychological causes worsens acne. Acne severity is linked to high stress levels.

Symptoms:

  1. Scars are a common symptom of acne. Acne scars are caused due to inflammation in the skin dermal layer. The scar is made by an abnormal form of healing after the inflammation. These scars are classified on the basis of whether excess collagen or collagen loss is caused by the abnormal inflammation.
  2. Nodular acne lesions cause pigmentations. This often leaves a red, inflamed mark even after the lesion has been cured.

Treatment:

  1. A diet low on glycemic index is recommended for treating acne.
  2. Benzoyl peroxide is the first step in treating mild to moderate acne. This is because of its high effectiveness and mild side effects. The peroxide causes drying of the skin as a side effect.
  3. Antibiotics are very much used for treating acne. Oral antibiotics are highly recommended. This is because of their anti-inflammatory properties.
  4. Azelaic acid when applied at 20% concentration is effective for treating mild to moderate acne.
  5. Natural treatment methods include applying tea tree oil or bee venom to reduce the amount of lesions in acne.

I have dental problem. A very small hole in between two tenths which treatment I need.
•If your cavity in the tooth is caused by decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection.
