Hi, Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room. Take tab. Sudershana vati sos for headache.

Yes. Ideally Masturbation should not be more than 2-3 times a week for any adult. It will keep you sexually active. Too much of everything is bad as always. Along with this schedule of masturbation you need proper diet which should consist of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging early morning every day. This will keep you fit for future activity also.

Common causes of headache are -- Fever, migraine, stress, cold, sinusitis, anxiety, tensions ,vision problem, high BP ,inadequate sleep. Avoid stress and tensions. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Hope this helps u .if required, consult.

Get relief from acidity and heartburn

Stomach produces hydrochloric acid, which not only acts as protective barrier to the mucosal lining of abdomen but also helps digestion. But when there is over production of the acid it results in burning sensation in the chest area which is called heartburn. Untreated acidity leads to peptic ulcers.

Increased intra-abdominal pressure in cases of obesity and pregnancy also leads to heartburn sometime.

What remedies can be adopt for treating it?

- drink 2-3 glasses of cold water soon after getting up from bed early in the morning. It dilutes and washes away the acid secretion of overnight.
-take small meals at frequent intervals i. E, 3-4 hours once.
-take cold milk whenever acidity persists.
-tea, coffee, smoking, alcohol, hot and spicy food should be restrictly avoided.
-reduction of weight lessens intra-abdominal pressure and hence, is very important.
-avoid lying down immediately after taking food.
-avoid hot foods and hot liquids.
-avoid white sugar strictly as it enhances acidity by increasing fermentation. Use jaggery instead.
-take measures to avoid constipation.
- drink at least 8-12 glasses of water in a day.
-avoid spicy, irritant foods.
-take bland diet with minimum salt, as salt is alsio irritant.
-take plenty of natural antacids like coconut water, sweet buttermilk, cold milk and ashgourd juice.
-the chlorophyll present in green leafy vegetable is also an excellent agent to neutralise acidity.
-avoid sour fruits, if not suitable.

You have premature ejaculation problem during sex. You need to take one month treatment only to make strong your pelvic floor muscles and make semen thick in consistency. You have to follow certain instructions for permanent solution to premature ejaculation. Dear Lybrate user. Sex is always enjoyed if it is done with love, passion and affection. The love making time is important. It should be within 30 minutes. The more you try to extent it, the more you and your partner will be stressed and therefore the pleasure associated with orgasm will be simultaneously reduced. Therefore, limit the sexual performance to less than 30 minutes. Sex is energy consuming and your body needs proper rest and nutrition replenishment after every sex. Also keep in mind that you should provide 24 hours gap between two sexual intercourses. Sexual intercourse is not advised in the cases of stress, anxiety, physical fatigue, cough, cold etc. Take care.
