Drink only sufficient water, drinking extra water will not get you extra glow. It works in the cases where skin is dull due to lack of hydration. Cleansing, moisturising, (scrubbing at times) are also required to make face glow. Proper nutrition, proper care and removing the already damaged skin or dead skin by clinic or salon based methods of at home are also required for improbpving the skin.

Hello, tanning is due to sun exposure, so use sunscreen- sunny's backson sunscreen before going in sun exposure. Locally apply aloe vera and honey+lemon juice alternately, gently massage hyperpigmented area with fingers. Continue till 2 months. Thanks.

Hi, don't let the area get any kind of friction like rubbing (rubbing even the cream or oil), scratching, pinching, etc. Any kind of friction makes the condition worse! increase the intake of vitamin a (green veggies, reddish or yellow veggies or fruits like carrot, papaya, water melon, egg yolks, etc.), vitamin c (citrus fruits like oranges, kinus, mausambi, lemon, etc. And amla, green veggies, tomatoes, green peas), vitmain e (nuts sp. Walnut, almonds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, fish) and protein (pulses, legumes, sprouts, non-veg, eggs, etc.). Take 10-12 glasses of water in a day. Medication: take petroleum 200 and natrum mur. 6x/ thrice daily for 1 month. Use bakson's face wash, schwabe's aloe vera cream and topi azadirachta regularly. And bakson's suncare sunscreen. Revert me back there after.

Dear send snaps of affected area. So that it can be treated accurately. B/w try the tips: rub a cut clove or clove paste directly onto the affected area several times a day. Eat 1-3 garlic cloves or take garlic oil capsule daily. Apply a paste of cinnamon and lime juice daily to the affected area.

Blood in stool, blood come after first poop then when I try to push further blood drops (fresh bright red), this happens only when I eat chicken, and blood reduces and complete stop within 4 days, this started 5 years ago when I consume meat for 2 days continuously, I assumed as piles and reduced eating meat, one time it come when I eat chicken from KFC and stopped within 3 days, 4 months ago It come again when I eat mango with green chilli on hot day and 300 km travel on bus, burning pain in anus and started to take banana blood stopped in 3 days, my father has piles, I'm 23 age, do I need test related to cancer, now when I eat meat I consume banana then there will be no blood but irritation in anus,

I found that my feet's skin is removing and causing very small pits and a bad odour from it. Generally I wear leather shoes for 9 to 10 hrs which also lead them more sweaty .plz as suggest any method for curing my feet.

Its understandable that its due to poor hygiene. You can start by soaking your feet in warm water either with salts or betadine solution once/ twice a week. You need to clean out your shoes by irradiation by sun. Use fresh pair of socks everytime. Keep your feet dry always. Any new symptoms you can consult me Regards.

Gastritis - How Ayurvedic Remedies are Helpful?

Your stomach is lined with a mucosal membrane known as the mucosa and due to a variety of factors, it may become inflamed. This inflammation may cause a lot of problems and complications which are grouped under gastritis.
Symptoms of gastritis

  1. Upper abdominal pain,
  2. Hiccups
  3. Diarrhea,
  4. Nausea
  5. Heartburn
  6. Constipation
  7. Reduction of appetite
  8. Blood in the stool amongst the others

Gastritis can be quite debilitating and limiting for the people affected by it.

The Ayurveda approach
Ayurveda is a holistic form of medicine which takes into account many factors rather than just the physical disposition and symptoms that strives to cure the patients of the illness in a well-rounded manner. To this effect, Ayurveda helps you treat this problem with multiple angles of attack such as herbal medications and special cleansing therapies among many others. Let’s take a look at some of the methods usually employed in various combinations among the patients.

  1. Changes in diet: Consuming any diet which has a lot of spicy and rich foods over prolonged periods may result in gastritis and other problems.   2. Natural remedies: Some natural remedies that can be very effective in dealing with the symptoms of gastritis are mentioned below
    • Ajwain and rock salt have been an age old remedy in treating multiple gastrointestinal disorders and can be effective in this case as well.
    • Lemon juice is also very effective in treating symptoms or gastritis and also reducing inflammation.
    • Take amla, ginger, and licorice either in a raw form or as a dried option or mixed with other things such as milk or honey. These help in regulating and reducing the acidity within the stomach.
  3. Ayurvedic medications: There are many specialized Ayurvedic medications which can be used to treat gastritis such as:
    • Amalaki choorna
    • Avipattikara choorna
    • Sootashekhara rasa
    • Sukumara Ghrita
    • Dhatri Lauha

However, you should consult a specialist Ayurveda doctor as they can prescribe the correct medications for you after studying your specific symptoms.

To remove chicken pox spots: * eat protein content food in your diet. Eat a bowl of cereal daily. Drink a glass of milk daily. * apply fresh aloe vera plant gel on your face for 2 to 3 minutes once in a week. * steam your face for 3 - 4 minutes once in a week. * do running and jogging exercise daily for 5 - 10 minutes. * do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes under the supervision of yoga expert.
