Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp...Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning....

Follow these methods to clear dark circles fastly: • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. • Do yogasana specially SINHASANA & Bhramari Pranayam. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. • • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it. • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. Drink a glass of milk daily.

I'm not too sure if its prolonged depression or borderline or bipolar. I get mood swings. It shifts from extreme happy to extreme sad. I take things personally n it affects me a lot. I don't like to socialise, prefer being alone. I'm an empath. And I take on others energies /problems as my own. I overthink a lot too. I'm taking zaptra 12.5 mg since June before that had tried homeopathic med too. I still get highs and lows. I have tried to harm myself and also in extreme anger I cry n slap myself. I used to be a very fun loving n ambitious girl. I feel lethargic now. Little things affect me and I cry a lot. Very tired of feeling this way .Can someone help me online?

In borderline personality depression will be there as you feel emptiness, loneliness, seek of self assurance, mood swings, shallowness, etc. When there is a personality issue you need to try not to convert it into a disorder by self analysing the situation you react and the way you handle every life situation. Personalizing, taking everything straight to heart form part and parcel of cognitive error which is common in depression. Along with medication seek help for CBT with a clinical psychologist nearby, which might help you.

If you have faith in Homeopathy you can apply: Can notharis Q 5% & Ceanothus A Q 5% in Extra Virgin Olive oil daily and have a head wash with Amla & Reetha Water {put some whole dried Amla (Indian gooseberry) & whole dried Reetha (the soap nut) in bowl of lukewarm water in evening and use its liquid to wash head} Internally you can take - Lycopodium 30 & Thallium M 30 (each thrice daily) under supervision of qualified homeopathic consultant Also take some vitamin and mineral supplements with herbal medicines.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. First you need to under stand some thing that the height a person attains is mostly decided right from the time a person is born, by his genetics. Height is mostly hereditary and a persons height is determined by the height of the father or mother. Still some inches of growth is possible by taking some healthy steps which you should always try. Try taking a healthy food and never skip a break fast. Sleep adequately. Growth hormone is released at night in sleep and you should give sufficient time to sleep. Do regular exercise. Preferably stretching exercises like skipping, hanging from the bar or standing tall on ones toes. Also sports such as badminton and basketball also increases the height. Adequate weight control is essential to divert your energy to increase in height. You can try all of them regularly and just hope for the best. Don't fall for all the super natural remedies claiming to increase height in 2-3 weeks.

I used to smoke but I have quit one year ago I don't drink. My age is 25, I pee for Every one or one and a half hour in a day I pee usually pee 10-12 times a day. Hi for reduced cholesterol you should take meal on time 2. Take heavy breakfast, then lunch at every day fix time, eat something light food at at evening and then have dinner at 8.00pm and sleep after 2-3 hr of dinner 3. Avoid junk food, bakery product, spicy, late night dinner and sleep 4. Do exercise at morning at least 45 min every day till you sweat 5. Take following remedies a] triphala kadha at night 30 ml b]arogya vardhini vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner.
