Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

I am 67 years old and was working after retirement also till a few months ago. Immediately after retirement I started feeling some sort of anxiety and depression for which I consulted a psychologist who suggested to do blood test and after that prescribed thyronorm50 tablet for sometime and some sleeping tablets since I was having sleep disturbance also at that time. Since there was no relief after 3 months ,I contacted him again and he referred me to a psychiatrist who prescribed Nitravet 10 and Symbal20 which I started taking and the things improved and as per the Doctors advice I withdrew it slowly. For next 6 months I was O.K but again started having the same symptoms. So I consulted the Doctor who advised me to start taking the medicine again which I did. This process is going on for the last 7 years and kindly advise me a permanent solution for withdrawing the medicines and live a normal life. I was having sleep disorders and I am continuing it for the last 7 years eventhough in between we stopped the other medicine except Thyronorm which is now increased to 75 mg after seeing the 6 monthly blood tests. Kindly advice.

The psychologist who prescribed medications is a quack, he has no business prescribing thyronorm and sleeping bills, report him to the authorities. You might be having chronic depression, follow your psychiatrist advise, and if needed meet a clinical psychologist with rci (rehabilitation council of india) registration for counselling.

Diet Tips: You may not eat or drink the following : Alcoholic Drinks. Butter, Margarine. Cakes, Pan Cakes, Cookies, Doughnuts, Pastries, Pies. Candy, Chocolates, Nuts. Creams, Cheese. French Fried Potatoes, Potato Chips. Pizza, Snack Foods. Gelatin Desserts, Puddings (Sugar-Sweetened). Gravies and Sauces. Jams, Jellies, Sugar and Syrup. Ice Cream, Ices, Ice Milk, Sherbets. Muffins, Waffles. Soda (Sugar-Sweetened). Cut down on salt and sugar. Eat from a small plate. Do not skip meals ? else being hungry you will overeat at the next meal. Hii. First of all you can do scalp massage with coconut oil. Shampoo atleast thrice a week. And you can use shampoos with ketoconazole and salicylic acid. Dat will be of great help.

Sometimes shades of our teeth are like that. We called it hue of the teeth. It is natural and may b different in other individual. But you must b sure that there is no gum bleeding or infection in your mouth.

from Your height and weight mentioned your BMI is 29.3,whcih is classes as over weight. So first thing should be proper weight management with diet and regular exercise, because it can have effect on your asthma also. You should carry your inhalers. should be regular in its use if symptoms are present. avoid any trigger factors that you can identify that increase your asthma symptoms. Many a time changing geographical area changes your disease pattern as well due to change in vegetation's and allergens, so who knows you may remain well there than here

1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

Hi. I am 20 years old. One year ago I went to gym for four months to gain weight and muscular body. But that didn't work out very well. So I decided to gain some weight first and then start gym. HI 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, E) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

I am 29 years old person, my weight is 78 kg. I want to loose 10 kg of my weight. Can you suggest a proper way, by which I can loose it within 1 or 2 month?

Not possible to loose 10 kg in two months, slow reduction in weight is good for health. Avoid fat, fried, high carbohydrate- reduce sugar, salty, fast food, preserved diets. Do physical activity, get plenty of fiber rich diet, go for whole grains if interested in ayurveda treatment let us know.

The back comprises bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons and disks. Disks are the cartilage-like pads that act as cushions between the segments of your spine. Back pain can arise from problems with any of these component parts. In a few cases specific reason may not be there. T occurs mostly due to trying to move your body suddenly when your body is in an awkward position lifting heavy weights. Back muscles and joint ligaments being strained. Night Time Cough - 5 Tips to Manage it

Coughing during the night can really wreak havoc for your sleep and cause inexplicable discomfort in the throat and chest region. Thankfully, you can manage it by soothing your tickling throat as well as sensitive airways before you go to bed at night. 

  1. Drink herbal tea: A mugful of non-caffeinated tea mixed with a teaspoon of honey before going to bed can help you to a considerable extent. This is because any warm liquid has the power to break down the formation of mucus in the throat region and with a bit of honey, the herbal tea becomes even more powerful.
  2. Try to sleep in an inclining position: Gravity is your greatest enemy while combating night-time cough. When you lie down flat on your back at night, all the mucus and dust particles, which you have swallowed all through the day, would accumulate in the throat area and aggravate it making more cough. But you can easily defy gravitational force by piling up some pillows and prop yourself on them while sleeping. You may also keep a wooden block of 4 inches height under your head, which would keep the acids in the stomach so that they don’t come up to irritate your throat.
  3. Make sure you use the steam cautiously: When your airways are dry, it can make you cough harder. Therefore, you may find relief if you take a warm shower or a bath before going to bed. But you have to be sure that you don’t have asthma as steam can prove harmful for you.
  4. Check the level of humidity: Humidifiers are known to soothe the problem of persistent coughing when the surrounding air is dry. But too much of moisture during the night can also make you cough. This is because dust mites, mold and other allergens thrive well in the damp air and they could conspire to make your cough even worse. So, pick up a cheap hygrometer from a hardware store and see that the humidity level stays within 40 to 50 percent.
  5. Equip yourself at night: Keep all the things from drops to water to cough syrup or anything that soothes coughing at your bedside so that you can help yourself in case you wake up in the middle of the night and start coughing.

By following these few tips every day, you can manage the night time cough and have a good night’s sleep without any interruptions. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.
