Sir Vertigo is a balance issue Can Take some time say days to weeks Need to go slow with it and avoid vigorous exercises and neck movements

I am having vertigo since 40 days. This happened to me after viral fever. I have consulted a Dr. Who has suggested-
1- gemvert
2- stemetil md (now discontinued and advised to be taken sos)
3- vertin 48 mg
how long will it take to cure this disease and the treatment will go. When can I get rid of this vertigo. Kindly advise.

Hello doc. I am having pain on left side on my throat beside adams apple and back of the tongue. Also mild pain on left side while swallowing. I am also having mild burning sensation while urinating. I do not have any cold or cough. 15 days back I was diagnosed with ear migraine and I am on taking vertin 16, tablet snap it and ciplar la 20 (propranolol) for that daily. I am worried if this can be throat cancer. The pain is mild not severe only on left side. It pains at back of tongue with movement. It feels like something have swollen up inside on left side but from outside the throat looks perfectly fine in shape and size. And also in morning when I wake up the cervical region of neck pains. Please help since its dangerous to go to ent frequently during covid. Also can it be a thyroid problem?

People are not that aware of the topic sore throat because what they feel is the common complaints that I have irritation in the throat, I have been feeling of dryness, I have a little bit of pain in my throat that really pains and when I swallow these are the common complaints so many a times reason not only associated with sore throat some of the patients have others some have actual infections from other things associated with that show not only the treatment is the same every time. So we need to consult a specialist to treat it the most common cause of sore throat as you call it pain in the throat is viral infection which in most of the case they do not need to treatment at all they can be mild infection in case of mild infection simple gargle simple home remedies will also help but yeah if you do not feel comfortable even after 2 days. You should go to the specialist then. The second most common cause is bacterial infections in those cases the patients will have fever and have small swellings Indian roads there are other associated symptoms like fever which is not responding to medication at all. All these symptoms can be associated with most commonly with bacterial infection. then apart from that sometimes these infections lead to abscess formation that is all the more grave because many times we do take medication from outside and they just keep continuing that and then the abscess builds up and then that leads to severe complications so whatever we take simple medicines we should try only for 2-3 days not more than that because after that it becomes difficult for patients as well as doctor.
