I have low AMH level (0.645). Prolactin is 31.38. On 3rd day of cycle, FHS is 10.27 & LH is 5.81. I am 27.5 year old and have been trying to conceive for past one year. I conceived naturally in Feb 2017 but it was an ectopic pregnancy which was managed by Methotrexate Injection. What are my options now considering low AMH?

Hi, Prolactin level seems high which can be due to anxiety or excessive breast handling. It can be treated with drugs. AMH is generally inconsistent and misguiding. It can be used for women more than 35 years or small /prematurely failing ovaries. You can keep trying but excessive stimulation of ovaries to produce more eggs should be avoided since it can exhaust the available egg reserves in the ovaries. Cause for ectopic is diseased tubes. So you will need need to check if the other tube is healthy and take antibiotics with your husband before trying for a baby. Best wishes.

Yes, don't use much of OCP's as it will result in infertility , irregular bleeding or periods and also unwanted weight gain and other problems. Instead assort to some others means of contraception.

1. Low calorie food; stops cravings.

A cup is only 130 calories! it also stays in your stomach longer, making you feel full longer. You will have less hunger and cravings.

2. Provides high levels of fiber, low levels of fat, and high levels of protein.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a condition in which a woman’s levels of the sex hormones estrogen and progesterone are out of balance. This leads to the growth of ovarian cysts (benign masses on the ovaries). PCOS can affect a women’s menstrual cycle, fertility, cardiac function, and appearance. Cause of PCOS is unknown, doctors believe that hormonal imbalances and genetics play a role. Women are more likely to develop PCOS if their mother or sister also has the condition. Normally if couple has intercourse 2 days after period then chance of pregnancy is low. White thick discharge is different thing for that if there are associated complaints then meet Gynecologist.
