Try Urine pregnancy test, though it's likely to be negative. She seems to be developing peri-menopausal abnormal bleeding and requires treatment and follow-up.

Why period is stop during pregnancy? and why is mc is essential for a woman? explain us meaning of mc plz?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
When periods (menstruations) come regularly, this is called the menstrual cycle. Having regular menstrual cycles is a sign that important parts of your body are working normally. The menstrual cycle provides important body chemicals, called hormones, to keep you healthy. It also prepares your body for pregnancy each month. A cycle is counted from the first day of 1 period to the first day of the next period. The average menstrual cycle is 28 days long. Cycles can range anywhere from 21 to 35 days in adults and from 21 to 45 days in young teens. The rise and fall of levels of hormones during the month control the menstrual cycle. Return to top What happens during the menstrual cycle? In the first half of the cycle, levels of estrogen (the ?female hormone?) start to rise. Estrogen plays an important role in keeping you healthy, especially by helping you to build strong bones and to help keep them strong as you get older. Estrogen also makes the lining of the uterus (womb) grow and thicken. This lining of the womb is a place that will nourish the embryo if a pregnancy occurs. At the same time the lining of the womb is growing, an egg, or ovum, in one of the ovaries starts to mature. At about day 14 of an average 28-day cycle, the egg leaves the ovary. This is called ovulation. After the egg has left the ovary, it travels through the fallopian tube to the uterus. Hormone levels rise and help prepare the uterine lining for pregnancy. A woman is most likely to get pregnant during the 3 days before or on the day of ovulation. Keep in mind, women with cycles that are shorter or longer than average may ovulate before or after day 14. A woman becomes pregnant if the egg is fertilized by a man?s sperm cell and attaches to the uterine wall. If the egg is not fertilized, it will break apart. Then, hormone levels drop, and the thickened lining of the uterus is shed during the menstrual period.

Should Ovarian Cysts Be Operated?

Diploma In Postpartum Depression, Formerly , House Job , Gynecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Delhi
Should Ovarian Cysts Be Operated?

Though ovarian cysts can be well-treated with surgeries but not all surgeries are good for operating them. Thus, you have to choose the safest option that can help you to avoid adverse impacts after surgery.
Laparoscopic method is the approved surgical method that can operate ovarian cysts in the best possible manner. This treatment is completely painless, and thus you will not suffer at all while conducting the concerned method.

What is the best surgical method for ovarian cysts?
If you are looking for the best surgical method that can treat ovarian cysts, then nothing can be a better option other than laparoscopic surgery. There are many potential benefits of this surgical treatment for which it is more preferred in comparison to the traditional surgeries.

  1. Improved treatment: This treatment is quite an advanced treatment, which is not invasive and moreover, the count of side-effects is quite lower. Modernized surgical equipments are used in this regard so that ovarian cysts can be removed with great ease and convenience. Moreover, the chances of medical malpractices or errors can be completely eliminated, and thus the patients remain safe.
  2. Needs short tenure: This treatment does not take a long time, and rather it can be completed within a short time. You do not have to stay at the hospital for long rather can get discharged on the same day treatment takes place. Thus, you can save a lot of medical expenses.
  3. Reduction in sufferings caused due to surgery: Sufferings due to surgery can be reduced or completely eliminated to a great extent, and this is one of the leading reasons why this treatment is preferred for removing ovarian cysts. You will not face any painful sensation and on the other hand, the trouble of blood transfusion is also avoided in this case.
  4. No exposure to contaminants: Internal organs will be protected against different kinds of contaminants by implementing laparoscopic surgery. If the organs get contaminated, then the possibility of postoperative infections will rise. Infectious diseases are very much dreadful.
  5. Small incision-size: Incision size is quite small, and this is really quite beneficial in preventing different unwanted symptoms like pain, excessive bleeding and others. You do not have to take strong medications for getting rid of post-surgery symptoms. Scar tissues often get affected by infectious diseases, but in this case, it does not happen, and thus you will remain completely safe and secured.

She is 100% not pregnant as she had her menses. Menses can come early after the pill treatment. Allso you used double protection with pill and condom both, so she can not be pregnant. Menses may come little irregular this month and next month it will be normal.

Breast cancer as the name suggests is cancer that starts in breast. It generally starts with a small lump in the breast. If not treated on time can progress to involve the whole breast and may even spread to other parts of body. No specific cause but increase exposure to hormones, not breastfeeding children, having late children, postmenopausal hormone therapy, obesity etc are some of the known risk factors.

In difficult vaginal deliveries, the area in between anus and vagina gets cut or wont heal after repairing also. This can be operated any time in life. The success depends on --how much it is cut and how bad and tough it healed; on the skill of the surgeon also. You can get operated now also. Success may be around 80-90%. If no success it can be repaired once more after 3 months

Super Fact of the Day: Human hair is practically never destroyed
Apart from it being non-flammable, human hair is to an extent non-disintegrative as it decays at a very slow rate. Ever wondered why hair clogs up pipes? it is because hair cannot be destroyed by cold, climate change, water, or any other natural force and it is even resistant to most acids and corrosive chemicals.
