I am 19 years old. I am obsessed with female breast. My mind always look at them. I want to get rid of my mind habit. I do not know how it has developed over the years. Twice in week I have an irresistible urge to check net about females breast. I know its a milk feeding organ which woman develop during stages of puberty. My obsession has become a distraction. And I am unable to concentrate. What would happen if I get married and gave birth to a female child. What will the child think of his dad. How to treat it, please tell.

Attraction to female breasts is inherently built into male psychology so its not much of a wrong thing. But you should concentrate on your work and do not watch porn. Its more like addiction although there is nothing wrong in watching porn stuff. Once you get married and as your age increases with responsibilities coming in most of these urges will go away.

Get a pap smear and endometrial biopsy done to rule out cancer, there is no risk if blood tests are performed prior to both the things so that the counts are checked and risk of spreading carcinoma if any is ruled out, medicines for TSH 9 can be taken ,alternatively diet and physical activity can be modified to bring the TSH down, hope that answers your quer

Hello your weight is on higher side and you can go for a sonogram and hormonal status checked. Get your blood sugar levels also checked. For losing weight, diet and exercise are the best answer. You should take plenty of water and liquids. Avoid junk food and fats in the diet.

I am 24 and I am pregnant snd I would like to know the sleeping position from four months to nine months.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

I am 24 and I am pregnant snd I would like to know the sleeping position from four months to nine months.
1.After your forth month, your back is definitely not best. Sleeping on your back puts extra pressure on your blood vessels (aorta and inferior vena cava ) that run behind your abdomen and carry blood back to your heart from your legs and feet. Pressure on these vessels can slow blood circulation to your body -- and your baby. 2.Not back or stomach. You might find it harder to breathe while lying on your back. And because your belly pushes down on your intestines when you lie on your back, this position can also lead to tummy troubles. How about sleeping on your stomach? That's not a great idea, either. When you lie face down, your stomach presses on your expanding uterus -- not to mention your increasing breasts. Left is best. Right now, side sleeping is safest for your baby. Plus, it's more comfortable for you as your abdomen grows.I recommend lying on your left side is more comfortable than lying on right side. It improves circulation, giving nutrient-packed blood an easier route from your heart to the placenta to nourish your baby. Lying on the left side also keeps your expanding body weight from pushing down too hard on your liver. While either side is okay, left is best.

Hello, as long as the menses are regular in their cycle, there is no actual need to worry. First day generally it starts with a discharge and then in next 2 days flow starts. In your case there may be no immediate withdrawal of progesterone but it occurs in next 2 days, so medication is not required.

Causes, Symptoms and Treatments of Vulvodynia

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Delhi
Causes, Symptoms and Treatments of Vulvodynia

Vulvodynia refers to a chronic pain in the vulva, a condition suffered by most women. Triggered generally by an unidentifiable cause, the pain was not considered as a real pain syndrome until of late. The ambiguity of the condition is such that many who do suffer from it fails to realize its complications.

There are primarily two types of Vulvodynia:

  1. Generalized Vulvodynia: This is when the pain is all over the vulva, however different parts may pain at different times. It may be a constant pain or may occur occasionally.
  2. Vulvar vestibulitis syndrome: The pain is in the vestibule area or the entrance of the vagina is known as vulvar vestibulitis syndrome. This kind of pain mostly exhibits a burning sensation and is triggered even by a slight touch. During intercourse the pain manifolds to extreme severity.

Although the cause of Vulvodynia is not known, doctors suspect the following reasons to be the contributing factors:

  1. Nerve injury
  2. Heredity
  3. Yeast infections
  4. Sexual abuse in the past
  5. Muscle Spasm
  6. Hormonal changes

Symptoms

  1. Burning sensations
  2. Aching or soreness
  3. Itching

Treatment

No well versed cure is available for Vulvodynia, although certain self care treatments can bring relief. Among the many, you need to figure out which method suits you best and choose accordingly. To discern the best method, you might have to try various different combinations. At the same time, it is extremely important to educate yourself about Vulvodynia and have a thorough knowledge about what it is all about. It is advisable that you maintain a record of the treatments which according to you suit you the most in order to avoid confusion. Some of the methods are given below:

  1. Avoid products which might act as potential irritants near the vulva.
  2. Do not put much pressure on the vulva. Avoid activities which might exert direct pressure on it.
  3. Whenever it pains, try to soothe the area by soaking it in lukewarm water or applying ice on it.
  4. Use medications like lidocaine to relieve pain.
  5. Certain exercises might also help relax the area.
  6. Biofeedback also helps relax the vaginal muscles and bring some relief.

How many months I can do sex duration pregnancy?

MBBS, MD
Gynaecologist,
How many months I can do sex duration pregnancy?
In a normal pregnancy, it is safe to have sex in the second trimester (middle 3 months). It is better to avoid sex in the first 3 months and the last 3 months. Because there is a slight increase in the risk of miscarriage and rupture of the bag of water leading to premature labor in the 1st and 3rd trimesters respectively due to it. And if there is any vaginal bleeding or abdominal pain or leaking of watery discharge or placenta previa (placenta inserted in the lower portion of the uterus) or std in partner, sex should be avoided. One point to remember by both partners is that during the act, direct pressure should not fall on her abdomen, and positions are to be adjusted accordingly. After birth of baby by normal route or caesarean section, it is recommended to wait for approximately six weeks before resuming intercourse.

What is the cause of irregular in menstrual cycle? What precautions should I take. please sugest some good medicine.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
What is the cause of irregular in menstrual cycle? What precautions should I take. please sugest some good medicine.
Your menstrual cycle can be disturbed if you change your method of contraception or you have an imbalance of the hormones oestrogen and progesterone. It's not unusual to have a hormone imbalance for a few years after puberty and before the menopause. This can cause your menstrual cycle to become longer or shorter. Your periods may also become lighter or heavier. If your irregular periods are caused by these age-related factors, you won't usually need to see your GP. Lifestyle The following lifestyle factors can also upset your balance of hormones and cause irregular bleeding: • extreme weight loss or weight gain • excessive exercise • stress Contraceptives An intrauterine system (IUS) or contraceptive pill may cause spotting between periods. An intrauterine device (IUD) doesn't cause irregular periods, but can cause heavy bleeding or painful bleeding. Small bleeds, known as breakthrough bleeds, are common when the contraceptive pill is first used. They're usually lighter and shorter than normal periods, and usually stop within the first few months. Polycystic ovary syndrome Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) occurs when very small cysts (small, fluid-filled sacs) develop in the ovaries. The usual symptoms of PCOS are irregular or light periods or no periods at all. This is because, in women with PCOS, ovulation (the release of an egg) may not take place as often as normal. The production of hormones may also be unbalanced, and you could have higher levels of testosterone than normal. Testosterone is a male hormone that women usually have a small amount of. Gynaecological problems Irregular bleeding can also be caused by an unsuspected pregnancy, early miscarriage, or problems with the womb or ovaries. Your GP may refer you to a gynaecologist (a specialist in conditions of the female reproductive system) if further investigation and treatment is needed. Thyroid disorders A thyroid disorder is another possible, but rare, cause of irregular periods. The thyroid gland, found in the neck, produces hormones that maintain the body's metabolism (the chemical processes your body uses to turn food into energy). Your GP may test for a thyroid problem by taking a blood test to check levels of thyroid hormones in your blood. Ruling out pregnancy If you have irregular periods, your GP may recommend a pregnancy test and ultrasound scan to rule out a possible pregnancy, particularly if you're in pain (which could mean you're having an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage).

Eat more in the first half

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda,
Eat more in the first half

Your metabolism is not the same in the evening as it was in the morning because you are not as active at night. The level of activity decreases as the day progresses, as does your metabolism. If you must stray from your healthy eating plan, eat more in the first half of the day, during lunch and brunch.

It depends on type of ovarian cyst. Looking at your age, it must be functional cyst only and may require hormonal treatment. Still need to know more things about the cyst, your menstrual problem and family history. So better you consult your gynaecologist or me privately.
