avoid knor soup take freshly prepared soup as ready mix soups adds preservatives which increases weight. you can take oats with skimmed milk and fruits.

Hi Vihnesh., Medication:- 1. Tab Obesidat -1tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10ml with warm water daily before food twice a day. Tips:- 1.No salt intake after 7: 30pm 2.No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3.Restrict mango and banana. 4.Restrict potato and rice. 5.No artificial juices. 6.Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8.Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9.Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10.Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11.Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12.Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13.Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15.Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16.Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17.Bathing should be before food intake only. 18.Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided

Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months. Changing the toothbrush alone donot keeps your teeth clean. I hope that blood pressure and blood sugar levels are under control. Only thing bothering you is lack of sleep. Take a glass if warm toned milk with a spoon of honey added to it. Take care about rest of calories, you can balance by deleting other items worth 200 call in this milk food. Listen to soothing music, read good books, don't watch violence on tv. Meditation before sleep helps.

Lunch ? Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (Indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. Make sure you are using an antiperspirant rather than a deodorant. Antiperspirants can reduce sweating. Deodorants mask or stop body odor, but allow you to sweat. Apply antiperspirant to dry skin before going to bed.

It is slight high. Avoid eating food from outside, drink boiled water. Take vegetables in diet, maintain proper bowel moments. Chelidonium q (sbl), 7 to 8 drops in 1/4 th cup of normal water daily twice before food for a week. Then again do the blood test and revert.

I am very tired. I am a 11th student. I needs to wake up early for my tutionss. When I wake half way of my sleep. I become very tied in class I usually wake 8: 00 clock. Pimples or acne is caused when Hair follicles in your skin gets clogged due to oil, dirt, bacteria or dead skin. Acne generally occurs in people with oily skin but other factors like dead skin, dirt, pollution or hormonal imbalance can also cause acne in people with normal skin. Acne and their marks can be reduced or controlled by including some habits in your daily life style. 1. Keep your skin clean – Wash your face daily with an oil control face wash. You can also use a good AHA glow face wash that not only controls oil but also removes dead skin and bacteria. By shedding the old dead skin, your skin feels rejuvenated and clean. Apply a good toner, like tea tree toner after washing your face. After toning, apply an oil free and non- comedogenic cream on face. Last but not the least, apply a good sunscreen with minimum 30 spf daily. 1.Face packs – Occasionally apply good oil controlling face packs. Multani mitti + Lemon + yogurt is a good face packs for oily skin beauties. You can apply organic apple cider for 5 minutes after washing your face to kill the bacteria that clogs your pores. You need to know what caused it may be new soap or oil or cream or some time even a garment worn by may cause the same. Apply coconut oil or use anti allergen which does not cause much sleepiness.
