Lybrate-user, diet start karna easy hota hai par maintain karna hi sabse difficult task hai issi liye zaruri hai ki aap aisi cheezein apni routine main incorporate kijiye jo sustainable hain. Agar aap zada ambitious diet banayengi to chances hai ki aap usko follow nahin kar payengi issi liye pehla step hai ki aap apni diet ko dheere dheere change ki jiye. Aap apni diet ko teen mahine main sustainable way main change kar sakti hai agar aap yeh steps follow karein to 1. Changes to be made in the first month: pehle mahine main aap siraf commercial snacks give up kar di jiye jaise ki biscuits, cakes, chips aur high sugar wale drinks ko bilkul chorr di jiye jaise ki coke, pepsi, commercial juice. Fresh fruit juice ki intake bhi kam kar di jiye kiunkii ismain bhi bohot sugar hota hai. Apni water intake badha ke 8-10 glasses per day pe le aayen. Iske ilawa first month main kuch change nahin karna hai. 2. Changes to be made in the second months: doosre mahine main apni chaye, coffee ya koi bhi aur beverage jo aap consume karti hai uski intake siraf 3-4 times a day tak limit kar di jiye. Agar aap apni chaye, coffee ya milk main sugar daalti hai to is added sugar ki quantity ko half kar di jiye - 1 chamach ki jagah half chamach. Apne har meal ke saath aap ek katori raw vegetables start ki jiye. Raat ke khane ki quantity bohot kam kar di jiye aur raat ko sone se 3 ghante pehle tak kuch nahin khana hai. 3. Changes to be made in the third month: apni chaye coffee main sugar ki amount fir se half kar di jiye (1/2 chamach ki jagah 1/4 chamach). Apne meals main roti sabzi dal ki amount ko ghata kar raw vegetable ko zada kar li jiye. 3 baar khaane ki bajaye 4 bar khana khaiye par kam quantity main. Raat ke khaane main siraf raw fruits aur vegetables li jiye aur minimal roti/sabji khaiye. Agar aap is taraha se gradually apni diet change karengi toh teen mahine main aapki life badal jayegi.

Don't get depressed with your obesity as generally depression also leads to overeating at times which may further aggravate your problem. You can modify your eating and other general habits which can be helpful in reducing your weight. You can find the diet regimen from my previously posted threads. But for your convenience, I am re-posting it. These are the general guidelines. For customized diet plan and treatment you can approach a good doctor. 1. Eat a healthy breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast revs up your metabolism. If you skip breakfast you're likely to eat more calories by binging later in the day. Cooked oatmeal, whole grain cereals, whole grain breads, eggs and tofu with a salad are all healthy choices. 2. Stop counting calories and eat foods that nourish your body. A meal of fat-free, sugar-free, refined processed foods is also nutrient-free. Plus, it won't satisfy you for long compared to a meal of nutrient-dense whole foods like vegetables, lean meats, whole grains, and healthy fat. As you begin eating more nutritious foods and get a little more physical activity (if you aren't physically active now), your body will come to its natural healthy weight. 3. Always have some veggies and fruit washed and cut in your fridge. This way they're easy to grab when you're hungry and you can throw them in your bag when you're on the go. 4. Replace diet soda with unsweetened beverages. Diet drinks keep your sweet tooth craving sweets. Plus, they make you feel virtuous. Many people who drink diet drinks actually reward themselves with extra calories through the day. Instead, drink iced teas or plain or carbonated water with a slice of lemon or lime. 5. Use the" plate method" to make a healthy meal. Fill half your plate with low or non-starchy veggies like broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, string beans, mushrooms, peppers, or leafy greens and some fruit. Fill one quarter, with a whole grain like brown rice, barley or a starchy vegetable like corn or potatoes, or beans. Fill the last quarter with protein like broiled, sauteed, roasted, or baked (not fried) fish, chicken or turkey without the skin, lean cuts of meat, tofu or eggs. 6. Cut down on carbs. Refined carbohydrates (cake, candy, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, soda, fruit juice, syrups, chips, and most supermarket breads) you don't burn turn into fat. Even foods like fruit yogurt and many breakfast cereals have lots of added sugar. Replace fruity yogurts with plain yogurt, choose high-fiber, lower carb cereal and add small amounts of healthy fat to your meals with avocado slices, unsalted nuts, seeds and olive oil. 7. Shrink your lunch and dinner plates. If you and your family eat off a plate larger than ten inches, replace them with plates that are nine or ten inches in diameter. We tend to eat what's in front of us. Using smaller plates there's less food in front of you to eat. 8. When eating out ask your server to double the green veggies in place of the potato or rice. I always do this and benefit from more nutrition and less carbs. Also, share food at the table. 9. Keep tempting foods out of the house. Stock your fridge and pantry with healthy foods and you're creating an environment that will help make you successful. Enjoy treats occasionally when you're out. 10. Walk for at least 40-45 minutes. You can start with 10-15 minutes and gradually increase to reach your target.

Hair fall has many reasons. In your case it may b due to dandruff avoid salty and spicy food. Take healthy food on regular time. Do try to keep your hair clean with regular hairwash. You can start with avala powder 1 teaspoon twice a day as a hair tonic.

Dear , bipolar affective disorder, or manic-depressive illness (mdi), is a common, severe, and persistent mental illness. This condition is a serious lifelong struggle and challenge. The treatment of bipolar affective disorder is directly related to the phase of the episode (ie, depression or mania) and the severity of that phase, and it may involve a combination of psychotherapy and medication. I request you to know more about your disorder, understand it and please do not panic. I know several people who manages their bpad effectively. Management is as good as cure. I repeat, do not panic. You will be able to manage your problem with psychotherapy and medicines. Take care.

Dear lybrate-user, you must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. If the task is boring, it is natural that that person will sleep or feel sleepy. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Please search internet for" effective learning" techniques. Take care.
