I am a student of 12 class and my problem is I found some stone like hard material inside my breast it does not create any pain its size is approx 3 cm. What is this how can I cure this I am very about that? Is it take surgery?

MD - Radiothrapy, MBBS
Oncologist, Pune
The most common reason for this condition in your age group is fibroadenoma of breast. It is a benign - non cancerous tumor. Most of the time it does not require any treatment. Rarely there is a possibility of cancer. You should get breast examination done by oncologist.

This started happening when the climate a day in Mumbai was too humid which brought me into allot sweat and later on it started with this and still not going. ALTHOUGH it been more than a week and moreover from that day I am getting boils on face as well which use to go earlier within a day or two but now it's not happening. wherein my water intake is 2 litres a day. Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment. So, please send photos of the affected area by direct online consultation for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

lybrate-user. Normaly pt. Remain alright after operation but you have to take care of your eating habits. Are you diabetic. If not please Take three full meals with lot of vegetables, fruits, salad, plenty of water so that you pass semi solid stools without straining or you can add stool softener in your daily routine. Sit in warm water for 4-5 mints 2 time a day. Ihope problem will improve.

Hello I have a shameful problem. I have a big painful sometimes itchy lump on the hole of my ass, I don't know what it is or what to do about it. It's just 1 lump on 1 place, not around the whole it look more dark and red. Its thick round and big. What could it be and what can I do about it?

MS - General Surgery, MBBS
General Surgeon, Delhi
Most lumps at anal opening are due to piles. However other diseases like abscess or even cancer can present like a lump and you should have it examined. Dont feel shame as treatment is more important.

My face is so oily and I want oil free skin and glow on my face so what can I do for it.

My face is so oily and I want oil free skin and glow on my face so what can I do for it.
Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.
