Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months. .take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Dear Lybrate user there can be several factors behind hair loss & dandruff such as environmental effects, aging, stress, nutritional deficiencies, genetic factors, scalp infections, use of wrong or chemically enriched hair products, certain medicines and medical conditions like thyroid disorder, autoimmune diseases, anaemia etc. Drink once in day spinach & lettuce juice for healthy hair growth. Apply soaked fenugreek (overnight) seed paste to hair and rinse after 30 minutes. Follow it for month. Usage of aloe vera to hair may reduce hair from scalp and itching. Take homeopathic medicine kali carb 6x thrice a day thanks.

Dear lybrate user baryta is a constitutional medicine and if it completely matches your constitution then single dose early morning empty stomach before brushing teeth you can take but don't ever repeat the medicine, if it is curative to you single dose is enough ,continuous repetetion is strictly not recommended

Yes but medicines may or may not be needed. All men/women are different in their sexuality and health. You need to go for check up with sexologist to know the cause and get guidance/treatment for improvement. If you value your sexual health and want to enjoy quality sex in marriage then understanding and learning about sexuality is needed. As we all believe that what we know by hearsay or porn watching is great but in fact what we all know and understand is only penetration and that's not quality sex.

No sleeping pill will be made available without doctor's prescription. You have to get yourself examined by doctor to find out the reason of insomnia and follow advice and treatment accordingly.

Continue same treatment. This drops is safe for small babies and has no adverse effects as it is only saline drops and not any medicine. But if your baby has yellowish or thick mucus or have fever consult a pediatrician for further treatment.

अपने देश में विशेष रूप से उत्तर भारत में रोटी और चावल दोनों ही मुख्य भोजन के रूप में इस्तेमाल किए जाते हैं. इसका ट्रेंड कुछ ऐसा है कि रोटी का इस्तेमाल सुबह नाश्ते के लिए जबकि रात्रि भोजन के लिए चावल का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. कई ऐसे भी राज्य हैं जहाँ या तो रोटी या फिर चावल पसंद किया जाता है. जैसे कि पंजाब में रोटी ज्यादा पसंद की जाती है तो वहीँ बंगाल के लोगों को चावल अच्छा लगता है. ये तो बात हुई पसंद-नापसंद की लेकिन अब सवाल यह उठता है कि इन दोनों में से किसका सेवन हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए ज्यादा ठीक रहता है.

जहाँ तक इनमें पाए जाने वाले पोषक तत्वों की बात है तो इन दोनों में कार्बोहाइड्रेट्स और कैलोरी की एक समान मात्रा मौजूद होती है. लेकिन अब हम इन दोनों के पौष्टिक महत्व भी देख लेते हैं. इनमें पाए जाने वाले पोषक तत्वों की बात जाए तो इसमें रोटी के सामने चावल कहीं नहीं टिकता. क्योंकि रोटी में प्रोटीन और फाइबर की भरपूर मात्रा पाई जाती है. जबकि चावल में ये नहीं होते तो आइए समझने की कोशिश करें कि रोटी और चावल में से कौन हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए ज्यादा बेहतर है.

1. मिनरल्स के स्रोत के रूप में
हमारे शरीर को स्वस्थ बनाएं रखने और इसके बेहतर संचालन के लिए मिनरल्स की आवश्यकता होती है. मिनरल्स हमारे शरीर को स्वस्थ रखने के साथ-साथ हमें कई तरह की परेशानियों से भी बचाने का काम भी करते हैं. ये मिनरल्स हमें चपाती या चावल खाने से मिलते हैं. रोटी में आपको कैल्शियम, फास्फोरस, पोटेशियम और लोहा जैसे मिनरल्स प्राप्त हो जाते हैं. जबकि चावल में हमें सिर्फ लोहा ही मिलता है. इसमें मैग्नीशियम, पोटेशियम और फास्फोरस हमें नहीं मिल पाते हैं. यही नहीं चावल में हड्डियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण माने जाने वाला कैल्शियम भी नहीं पाया जाता है.

2. वजन कम करने के लिए
चावल में स्टार्च की भरपूर मात्रा पाई जाती है. जिसके कारण चावल को पचाना हमारे शरीर के लिए काफी आसान काम है. लेकिन रोटी में स्टार्च न पाए जाने के कारण यह बहुत धीरे-धीरे पचता है. अपनी धीमी पाचन के कारण ही रोटी खाने से हमें लंबे समय तक भूख न लगने का एहसास होता है. इसलिए जिन लोगों को अपने वजन घटाना है उनके लिए रोटी ही बेहतर विकल्प है. लेकिन यदि आप चावल खाना चाहते हैं तो आपके लिए ब्राउन राइस एक बेहतर विकल्प हो सकता है.

3. फोलेट के स्रोत में के रूप में
फोलेट भी हमारे शरीर के लिए आवश्यक पोषक तत्वों में से एक है. पानी में घुलनशील विटामिन बी को ही फोलेट के नाम से भी जाना जाता है. फोलेट के स्रोत के रूप में चावल ज्यादा बेहतर है. हालांकि रोटी में भी पलट पाया जाता है लेकिन चावल की तुलना में कम होता है.

4. पोषण के लिए
रोटी में पाए जाने वाले माइक्रोन्यूट्रिएंट्स, सोडियम, प्रोटीन और फाइबर हमारे शरीर को पोषण देने और इसे स्वस्थ रखने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं. लेकिन चावल में सोडियम नहीं पाया जाता है. इसलिए यदि आप अपने डाइट में सोडियम भी लेना चाहते हैं तो आपको रोटी परेफर करना चाहिए.

5. शुगर के लिए
गेहूं और चावल का ग्लाइसेमिक इंडेक्स एक जैसा ही है. इन इन दोनों खाद्य पदार्थों के सेवन का रक्त शर्करा के स्तर पर एक समान ही प्रभाव पड़ता है. यानी शुगर के मरीज रोटी और चावल का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं. लेकिन इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि इसे नियंत्रित मात्रा में लें. यानी नियंत्रित मात्रा में लेने से इसका ज्यादा असर नहीं होता है.

5 Ways To Deal With Separation Anxiety In Children!

It is obvious for your little ones to feel anxious and uncomfortable when they have to bid a temporary farewell to you. Though you may be at your wits’ end in dealing with the tantrums, tears and clinginess of your kids, this is a normal stage in the child’s mental growth. With the help of coping strategies, you can help your child come out of the disorder quite easily.

Helping kids deal with separation anxiety:

You can easily aid your kids overcome the separation anxiety by making them feel comfortable and safer. You should try to create a sympathetic ambience at home to make your child feel at ease and talk to the school authorities if they can be a bit compassionate about the child.

  1. Learn the reasons behind the anxiety: When you are aware of what makes your child feel anxious when he or she is separated from you, you will be able to offer better solutions and empathise with your child’s struggles.

  2. Listen to what your child says: As a responsive parent, you must listen to what your child is feeling and have respect towards it. If a child is feeling isolated, he or she can be healed back to a normal state when they are listened to with proper care and sympathy.

  3. Discuss about the issue: A child feels much relieved when he or she knows that there is someone to talk about his or her anxiety and fears. You should refrain from telling kids to stop thinking about it, and instead, tenderly remind the child how bravely he or she survived the last separation without any harm.

  4. Anticipate the difficulty faced by your child: you should be prepared for transition moments in which your child may feel immensely anxious, such as going to school or meeting friends for playing. In case your child feels more comfortable separating from the other parent than you, it is wise to let the other parent handle the separation moment.

  5. Offer a consistent schedule throughout the day: You must never underestimate the significance of predictability for your child with separation anxiety issues. When you offer them a consistent schedule pattern for a day, they can easily cope with the anxiety with the passage of time. In case there are going to be any alterations in the schedule, you must speak with your kids about it ahead of time.

With these small steps, you can help your small child deal with separation anxiety. But in case you feel that the situation is out of control, and you are unable to control your kids, it is probably time to seek professional help. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychologist.

My stomach has pain, doctor suggest me ultra sound, I did then doctor said your lever has mild enlarge and he test me a blood report then found that platelets are 80,000 I am tensed and do not know how I increase it. My age is 25 and weight is 67 kg Is there serious problem regarding platelets.

You have to repeat the test after few days. If it keeps decreasing then it is serious. And you may want to consult. If it is serious then you don't want to take blind treatment.
