Hello, fat is accumulated by lack of activity, irregular eating or excessive eating pattern, hormonal imbalance. Thus having a well balanced diet at regular intervals of 3 hours, increase in fibre intake like salads, fruits, sprouts, wholegrains will help. Exercise for 45-60 minutes 4-5 days/ week. Have 10-12 glasses of water i. E 1 glass every hour will help.

Vitamin A is essential for various body functions, the most important are vision, immunity, skin and hair health and correct genetic transcription. Signs of vitamin A toxicity include bone pain, brittle nails, hair loss, fatigue, dry and fissured skin and abnormal liver function. Deficiency of Vitamin A leads to night blindness.

Some interesting fatcs about vitamin A:

Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin, thus requires fat for effective absorption.
Normal level of vitamin A required for proper body functioning is about 3000 mg per day. A person could also end up eating more of Vitamin A on a regular basis, which could lead to vitamin A toxicity. If it is consumed from natural sources, it is not harmful; however, if synthetic vitamin A is consumed, it may end up as a toxin in the body. 
Every 100 g of sweet potato contains about 19200 IU of vitamin A. Sweet potato can be consumed in cooked, baked, cubed, raw or frozen form. It can be used in multiple ways and is one of the most vitamin A rich foods.
Carrots is the most popular rich source of vitamin A. Every child knows that carrots are good for vision and eye health. Carrots can also be consumed in baked, cooked, raw or frozen form.
Green leafy vegetables are another rich source of vitamin A. This could be spinach, lettuce, beet greens, turnip greens, collards, kale, or other greens. Each of them contains sufficient amounts of vitamin A, and including about 100 g provides about 14000 IU of vitamin A. These can be used as salad dressings or cooked with lentils to make variety of dishes.
The liver from any animal is the most effective nonvegetarian source of vitamin A. Consuming liver 2 to 3 times per day gives sufficient amounts vitamin A for men, women and children. Cod liver oil, which are available widely in the market are also a good source, if meat is not available.
Dry fruits, such as apricots, which are sundried and used when there is no season for apricots, are another rich source of vitamin A. Dried peaches and prunes are also good sources for this vitamin.
Consuming about 2 egg yolks per day provides all the required vitamin A for your body. It does contain cholesterol, but the body does need small amount of cholesterol too for various functions.
Dairy products, such butter and cream from cow's milk which are especially fed on grass are again great sources of vitamin A.
Small amounts of vitamin A are also present in cantaloupe melons, pumpkins, squash fruits, beetroot, bell peppers and most importantly in seasonal fruits.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

It seems like you are going through a great loss and it makes a lot of sense that you are feeling very sad and have a hard time accepting that she is no more. Losing a loved one is a painful experience and it might feel like it's never going to be better. It was only less than two months since she passed away though, so give yourself some time. Allow yourself to feel sad, angry, hopeless - whatever feelings might be there - and then move on. Take your time. Things will change, even though it might not feel like it. Everyone deals with grief differently and there are no right or wrong ways, but there are ways to cope with the pain that might help you. Connecting with others might help you heal. Have you tried talking to others who have experienced something similar? There are support groups of people who are all experiencing a loss of a loved one who can help each other cope with their loss and grief. They often find that they are not only supported by others who can understand them, but also realise that others need them too. Goodmorning mam I have understood your question. Firstly you develop a good posture while sitting standing. Then when your sleeping make sure you put a pillow under your knees. That will reduce the stress and load on the spinal column. Secondly if your pain continues please go in for a session of ift treatment physiotherapy for your back. Please avoid extension of back. You should make sure of taking adequate rest for your back too. Do not worry your pain will come down slowly with all those precautions.

Hi, it must be the stress getting to you. Check your iron level. And definitely check for pregnancy once again. Sometimes a test may be falsely negative.

Yes insulin causes weight gain. Metformin causes b12 deficiency and gi disturbances. You can take b12 supplement tab. Diet & exercise is always a critical part in controlling diabetes.

You have not mentioned your BP range and duration nor any other associated co-morbidities. It will be better if you get yourself evaluated in detail with blood test like lipid profile, RFT, LFT along with Echo and get your medications reviewed. Also quit smoking if you do, decrease your Tea and Caffeine intake, and avoid taking extra salt (the smount needed to cook food is normal) or salt rich food like papad, sauces, bhujia, pickles etc and exercise daily for 30-40 mins like brisk walking or yoga.

If you are stressed, anxious, fatigued, worried etc, you cannot have a prolonged sexual experience. That means, to have a prolonged sexual experience, you need mental as well as physical stamina. Work on strengthening your PC muscle (that muscle you feel when you try to stop yourself peeing) simply clench it and release it 15 times, 3 times a day. As this muscle builds you can stop yourself coming by clenching this muscle. Also when you do "hand practice" before you come press down hard on the tube along the back of your penis, this will stop you from coming. Wait 30 seconds then keep going. Do this everyday and you can add 5 minutes to your sexual stamina per month. Over a long period this can give you fantastic endurance.

acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing. In the study, vitamin e either had no effect or made matters worse for 90% of the patients, and 33% who put vitamin e on the skin developed a contact dermatitis. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.
