hello lybrate user, nausea after eating, burping, vomiting could be the symptoms of gastritis (inflammation of stomach lining).Have healthy diet. Avoid spicy food. avoid soft drinks and junk food.Drink plenty of water, include buttermilk in meals.add fruits like banana in diet, Avoid stress. Take homeopathic treatment for gastritis. It is safe, natural and holistic way of treatment. Natural homeopathic medicine like, veret, ars, etc are highly effective in digestive troubles. your sister need constitutional homeopathic treatment, where medicine is selected individually on the basis of thorough details of patient like medical history, causes, routine, temperament etc; such well selected remedy gives complete relief and cure without side effects. Message back for online homeopathic consultation.

Hello I have a shameful problem. I have a big painful sometimes itchy lump on the hole of my ass, I don't know what it is or what to do about it. It's just 1 lump on 1 place, not around the whole it look more dark and red. Its thick round and big. What could it be and what can I do about it?

MS - General Surgery, MBBS
General Surgeon, Delhi
Most lumps at anal opening are due to piles. However other diseases like abscess or even cancer can present like a lump and you should have it examined. Dont feel shame as treatment is more important.

Dear lybrate user, get blood sugar studies done, if not done earlier. Diabetes is one of the important causes for this. Local examination by gynaecologist and ultrasound of lower abdomen are likely to give additional information in this regard.

I am 60 years old and suffering from amoebiasis for the last ten years. In stool there is mucous and some time blood also. Otherwise I am ok. Kindly suggest.

MS - General Surgery
General Surgeon, Pune
Amoebiasis is a parasitic infection. Stool exam may reveal presence of ameba cyst. Its a completely curable illlness with a course of a set of antibiotics. If you are getting the symptoms even after the full course of medicines, you either have reacquired the illness due to contamination of food and water or you have some other illness than amebiasis. Its not difficult ti differentiate or find out those other illnesses. Colonoscopy with or without biopsy will help you. In my practice I have seen villous polyps causing similar problems. Please meet your doctor armed with this new information.
