I get a loud cracking sound in my left knee when I bend it. Please advice is it serious.

I get a loud cracking sound in my left knee when I bend it. Please advice is it serious.
Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

I have pain on my right shoulder intermittently. Especially when I carry weight on that side or do checking of books for few hours. I got dry needling done for the same. That has given me relief but mild pain is there on and off on doing these activities. Please guide, so that it goes away completely. Thanks.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Kali phos 200x + Nat mur 200x 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

This is happening because of low electrolytes in your body to maintain the electrolytes of your body eat citrus fruits, drink plenty of water, drink nimbu pani, watermelon juice and coconut water daily.

I am 27 year old male residing out of india. I have a backache from past 45 days or so. I visited a doctor in here and he prescribed me some pills for musculr relief. The problem seemed to have improved but it still persists. I later went on to take an x-ray, to see if there is any problem in that, but the doctor said your report is fine and its just suggests that your lower back bone is little weak. But I dont understand it, because the pain isn't exactly at that place instead its around my waist on the lower right side. (this problem actually started 7-8 years before, but everytime I was relieved of pain after visiting a doctor and consuming the prescribed medicines). Kindly suggest me what to do! thanking you.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. See, normally there can be two reasons for lower pain, either it is from back region or it is from abdominal organ when it is causing flank rather than back pain. If you feel that your pain is not in back region, but more towards flanks, then you can get an usg abdomen with or without kub region to rule out and abdominal pathology. I have back pain from last year, which do not allow me to sleep straight if I did some how I don't feel comfortable, and also when I walking on the street that make s me bending my back, every people keep asking me why your bending, some think that I tied to acting some stylist but certainly not due to me back pain I don't feel comfortable to straight. My spine, what would I do?

Hello, medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain; you can take them. I will advise to check your vit b12 and vit d3 level. Hope this answers your query. Avoid long sitting, standing toward bending continuous work take heat fermentation twice a day and do stretching exercise in daily routine take calcium supplements.

I daily use jogging on treadmill since 2 years and previously player of badminton. Today after a span of six months I played two games of badminton. I got upper thigh pain from front side where leg joints to trunk. Please recommend remedy and possibilities of causes.
