Pl see that some trauma hasn't taken place or there's no infection. Some'vrushya' and vatnashak herbs should be used for giving strength to nerves responsible for not carrying sense signals.

It is true that levels of oxygen are lower at higher altitudes ,even within aeroplanes but with new technology the oxygen levels within plane are okay. low levels of oxygen do trigger a heart attack. let him carry a small portable oxygen cylinder with him and breathe oxygen within plane without asking the crew for it ,though they do have it as all of us are aware about emergency situations , oxygen masks are dropped but why bother. there should be no difficulty in taking permission but do make everything very clear so that he does not face problems at airport during clearance.

My grandfather is a CKD patient and he is in renal diet. Creatinine level is 3.0 n urea is 38. These were two months ago, now reducing. As per the renal diet we are giving him only rice, idli, dosage and ravaged upma. Only few vegetables n leaves. In fruits only apple and papaya. Recently he had a PBS test, there we came to know his sugar level become high, Which is 250 mg/dl. Blood was taken for testing an hour after the lunch. Am confused, if I follow renal diet his blood sugar level increases, if not creatinine n urea level increases. Could you please suggest me how both can be balanced? Thanks in advance.

M.Sc - Dietitics / Nutrition
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
Hello, in order to control both the levels you need to maintain a strict food diary. When you have CKD along with sugars, it becomes all the more important to keep a count on what and how much you are eating. In CKD, basically you need to cut down the total proteins from the diet and the minimum proteins that is given should come from first class proteins like egg white and milk, paneer. You could schedule an appointment to further know the details of diet.

Many persons, especially young boys and girls are worried about dark spots on the face. However they tend to ignore food habits, managing stress and pollution exposures as well as facial care. I would say that a lot of material is available on net and by careful selection of herbal combos and credentials of advising doctor can bring them relief. However, a lot depends on individual skin nature and conditions but there is not much detour.

Tips to Cure Dark Spots on the Face (Its only external applications. For oral medicine (Safe Ayurveda formulae) you have to consult for added advantage and speedy normalization of skin.

Lemon Juice:
One of the most popular forms of home treatment due to its ease and quickness is lemon juice. Lemons can be bought locally at your nearest store or you could be lucky enough to grow them in your own garden. Lemons are rich with essential vitamin C that can help lighten dark spots.
Squeeze some fresh lemon juice on to a cotton ball before gently rubbing it directly on to the black spots. Allow it to dry on your skin before washing it off with water. Continue to apply lemon juice to the skin for at least two weeks until you eventually see the dark spots fade.
Buttermilk is a great product that can help defeat black circles. Similar to lemon juice, it also helps to gently fade any red blemishes and also black spots.
Take just four teaspoons of buttermilk while adding two teaspoons of tomato juice into a bowl.
Mix the two ingredients together before applying the mixture onto your skin. After 15 minutes, wash off the ingredients.
Oatmeal powder is ideal for exfoliating the skin. This is why many individuals choose to apply an oatmeal mask onto their face in order to remove any dead skin and also any unwanted black spots.
Simply grind half a cup of oats before add four tablespoons of lemon juice in order to make a thick paste. Scrub the paste on to your skin and allow it to dry. Once dry, gently wash off the paste using warm water. It?s recommended to perform this treatment up to twice a week

What is the best technique to care of hepatitis patient and what food they have to eat.

General Physician, Delhi
Kindly avoid: Avoid alcohol and drugs avoid sweetener and fruit juices these beverages are high in concentrated sugar. Sugar is a shock to the liver, stresses the digestive process, stresses the pancreas, and it feeds the hepatitis c virus to take breakfast: breakfast should consist of bread with jam and milk. Fruits such as papaya (good for digestion), apple and many others can be taken. Mid morning: it should consist of thick soup and light snacks. Lunch: lunch should consist of cereals (depending on the habit it may be rice, wheat, maize etc.), vegetables (preferably mixed vegetables), egg, fish, white meat (poultry), salad, curd etc. Good protein diet lunch should not be heavy. Mid afternoon: fruit juice, fruit yoghurt and some fruits like banana (high energy fruit), apple, berries. Evening tea: home made orange juice, sandwich etc. Is preferred in the evening. Soup can also be taken in the evening. Dinner: dinner should consist of soup (vegetable or chicken soup) rice with vegetables (or maize, wheat etc.), bread, boiled eggs, fish/meat, salad, custard etc. Bedtime: a glass of milk without sugar should be taken before sleep. I Important points to remember during hepatitis hepatitis cause loss of appetite and patient should be encouraged to eat food should suit taste buds of the patient and well cooked diet should be blend and soft for easy digestion do not take large meals; instead take small meals more frequently avoid alcohol and also restrict at least for a year after hepatitis foods to be included in the diet are cereals, pulses, milk and milk products, eggs, fruits, and vegetables keep the likes and dislikes of the patient in mind while preparing food.

I'm suffering with small white color bumps on my penis shaft since long. Those are under the skin of the penis shaft & appearing more after erection. Please suggest how to cure those bumps. I'm very much feeling nervous when saw the bumps and getting negative thoughts on my strengths and abilities. Please suggest any homemade remedy for curing.

Homeopath, Sindhudurg
It is quite normal for some men to have bumps on the shaft of the penis and/or at the base of the penis head. However, it is important to keep in mind that various sexually transmitted diseases can cause changes to the appearance of your penis. That is why it is best to have them evaluated by a doctor to rule out any STD. A common type of STD that presents as small bumps and is sometimes mistaken for pimples is genital herpes. Herpes lesions can appear on the shaft of the penis as round blisters with clear fluid that sit on top of a red base. When the blisters break, they usually cause quite painful sores or have a burning sensation. Another common cause of pimple-like bumps on the penis is genital warts (HPV). They are transmitted sexually and usually painless but can be painful depending on the size and anatomic location. You can only be diagnosed after your doctor examines your bumps closely and gets a detailed history. After a physical examination, these STDs are typically confirmed with a swap test. If a STD has been ruled out, you probably don't need toworry about your pimple-like bumps. The most common tiny bumps circling the neck or middle area of the penis that can either be white, pink, or sometimes red are known as pearly penile papules. They may also be another harmless condition known as Fordyce's spots. These Fordyce's spots usually appear as numerous small pale or white bumps under the skin. Or, they may be just pimples, which do occur from time to time on the penis. Again, I advise speaking with a doctor. Only your doctor can distinguish the different types of penis bumps. Only then you can be diagnosed and treated.
