Hi, backache is caused due to gastric disorder, postural disorder, malnutrition, stress, work pressure. Go for meditation & yoga to nourish your cells, tissues including back muscle to ease your problem. Tk, plenty of wa red to eliminate toxins and hydrate yourself. You have to find the cause of pain by an examination and a USG . Unless the cause of pain is found no treatment can be done

I am suffering from hair dandruff since several months and I feel very disappointed when I see dandruff on my black apparels. I apply plain (sour) curd on my head as a home treatment but I see dandruff again after few hours. Please guide me how to prevent from this completely. I apply Ayurvedic hair oil by Parachute and Patanjali and wash hair with Patanjali Kesh Kanti. I apply hair oil two days in a week. I apply Brylcreem Hair Fall Protect for styling. My diet is simple Indian diet (Both Veg and Non-Veg). Hoping for your immediate and kind response.

Dear Lybrate for user, 1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soybean, sprouts, pulses and grains. 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

Stick to whey or a protein blend and make your own. Add carbohydrate and fat sources. Peanut butter, oatmeal, bananas, honey, milk - even ice cream and breakfast cereals are okay.

I have short hair. Can I use conditioner? As it is said that conditioner should apply on hair only. But if apply then it will touch to my scalp. Or if it touch my scalp then will it lead to hair fall? Please guide me as I don't know much on conditioner. 1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Hello, your back pain is not because of habit you noted hear, there may be some physical, mechanical or physical problem's that you have to find with investigations like xray, blood test and councling. In a physiotherapist view conservative treatment for your pain is first take rest on lay down on a bed for three days, start spinal strengthening exercises, after one or two weak start corestrengtning exercises, go for walking or swimming every day, check your knee muscle is having enough strength, weakness in knee muscle will give strain on your back, if there is weakness in knee you have to start with qudreceps exetsises by sitting on a tallchair straighten your knee for many times, again check any tightness in hamstring muscles (muscles in back of thyes, if its there you have to stretch your hamstring muscles. Avoid bike riding, avoid bending forward, avoid sitting this will help to avoid sprain to your back. Good luck
