Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I have serious anxiety issues and my heart rate is 90-100 normally. And I can't tolerate heat due to which I sweat much more. For the past 3-4 months I am not able to sleep well. I wake up after every 2-3 hours and it's hard for me to sleep no matter how tired I am. I have done Vitamin B12 test and thyroid tests. Vitamin B12 is 121 pg/ml which is well below normal range. And my T3 and T4 are in normal range but my TSH is 6.3 mCu/ml. The symptoms are of hyperthyroidism but that's not the case I am assuming. My physique is very good and I don't have fatigue or muscle weakness. I do have 2 head injuries on my forehead since I was 12-13 years and I think these injuries have affected my brain chemistry making me more anxious and that's how all these other symptoms came. What could be the case? What can I do about it?

your heart is increased (tachycardia) may be due to stress ,strain, anxiety neurosis. which is a temporary in nature it seems you are basically a worried type of personality you have to change your personality and lifestyle. have regular balanced diet with lots of leafy vegetables, cereals, fruits have lean meat like chicken instead of red meat if you drink alcohol drink it in moderation. go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises. things will change have lots of water by mouth..

I am now 42 having BP rate 100/150 is suffering from pain in both legs including knees since few months. Taken pain killer tabs like zerodol P whenever felt unbearable. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then Please inform me Contact your family doctor or nearest hospital for emergency help.

I am from Bhubaneswar study at trident academy of technology b. Tech 1st year branch civil sir I don't know why but I am not feeling well I have always a sweet pain in stomach and digestive system is also not good. Too many times I have loose motion and its happening any time any day. I have also pain in leg at knee after while sitting. When I run. while running a pain started in left side and then I have to take rest otherwise I can't run or walk. Sir please help me.

Kindly consult a physician. In the mean time you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. Hi, Take tab. Shallaki 400 mg 1-2 tabs 3 times a day depending on the severity of the pain. Take Balarista 2tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water and Maharasnadi Khadha 2 tsf 3 times a day, mixed with equal quantity of water. Apply Rumalaya liniment to the affected joints and massage in circular motion for 10-15 mins and then take hot water fomentation. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet pumpkin, peas, channa, recently harvested rice, jackfruit, etc. Which aggrevate the pain. You can even undergo physio- therapy for 10-15 days.

Normally there has to be gap in the disk then only it will act as a cushion. If the space is reduced then there is a problem. He needs rest, physiotherapy and exercises. If the pain radiates to the leg then he needs Mri scan.
