My age is 34 I am suffering from feets or fainting from last 10 years. Earlier I used to consume oxytol 450 now I am consuming topomac 100. So how much time is left for my death. Can I drive a vehicle or can I marry. When I faint I crush my tongue between my teeth so blood comes from my mouth and I go in deep unconsciousness for around an hour. So what should I do. Please guide.

Dear, I do understand your distress. What you are suffering from is epilepsy and your are having episodes of seizures. It is unfortunate that you are stil having these episodes. The goal is to have you seizure free. For that we need to classify what type of seizure you are having and what could be the cause. Please get a contrast enhanced mri of your brain with seizure protocols and an eeg done. If you have already done it then you can upload the same. And yes you can marry. But do not drive till we get your seizures under control.

Dear hello, only gemcal won't help. Take dvion once a week, neurobion plus twice a day and a protien powder for 3 months. Go for morning / evening walk for 45-60 minutes. Do genral exercise and specially for the back (learn the exc. From a qualified physiotherapist. Take care.

While 85% of women were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis men were less sure of themselves.1  45% of men believe they have a small penis.  It has been concluded that flaccid lengths range around 7 to 10 centimetres (2.8-3.9 inches).  Flaccid circumferences range around 9 to 10 centimetres (3.5 to 3.9 inches).  Erect lengths range around 12 to 16 centimetres (4.7 to 6.3 inches).  Erect circumference is around 12 centimetres (4.7 inches).  A higher BMI and older age appear to be weakly associated with a shorter erect penis length.  Male concern about whether penile size lives up to the desires of females seems to be Largely misplaced.. One study suggested that while the majority of women, some 85%, were satisfied with the size and proportion of their partner's penis, men were less sure of themselves.1 Almost half of men in the study (45%) believed they had a small penis - yet the researchers reported that small penis size was actually rare. The size is determined by an individual’s genetic build and length actually has no relation with sexual pleasure or satisfaction as many wrongly believe. Be happy with your individual qualities nature has bestowed on you. At present, there is no proof of any non-surgical technique that permanently increases either the thickness or length of a normal penis. Some general research has been done regarding the safety and efficacy (or lack thereof) of the ingredients of various pharmaceutical or quasi-pharmaceutical preparations, but thus far, nothing has emerged to cause mainstream medicine to adopt any of them. There are also risks inherent in some of the more invasive procedures, with negative outcomes ranging from the tearing of skin and scarring, to permanent loss of sexual function.

A pneumothorax (noo-moe-thor-aks) is a collapsed lung. A pneumothorax occurs when air leaks into the space between your lung and chest wall. This air pushes on the outside of your lung and makes it collapse. In most cases, only a portion of the lung collapses. A pneumothorax can be caused by a blunt or penetrating chest injury, certain medical procedures, or damage from underlying lung disease. Or it may occur for no obvious reason. Symptoms usually include sudden chest pain and shortness of breath. On some occasions, a collapsed lung can be a life-threatening event.

Hi. Hyperhidrosis is a condition characterized by abnormally increased sweating, in excess of that required for regulation of body temperature. It can be associated with a significant quality of life burden from a psychological, emotional, and social perspective. Hyperhidrosis can either be generalized, or localized to specific parts of the body. Hands, feet, armpits, and the groin area are among the most active regions of perspiration due to the high number of sweat glands in these areas. When excessive sweating is localized (e. G. Palms, soles, face, underarms, scalp) it is referred to as primary hyperhidrosis or focal hyperhidrosis. Excessive sweating involving the whole body is termed generalized hyperhidrosis or secondary hyperhidrosis. It is usually the result of some other, underlying condition. The cause of primary hyperhidrosis is unknown, although some physicians claim it is caused by overactivity of the sympathetic nervous system. Anxiety or excitement can exacerbate the condition for many sufferers. A common complaint of patients is they get nervous because they sweat, then sweat more because they are nervous. Other factors can play a role, including certain foods and drinks, nicotine, coffee-intake, caffeine, and smells. Overweight people sweat more profusely than normal-weight individuals because fat acts as an insulator that raises core temperature. Some things are in your control when it comes to sweating. Not all excessive sweating is weight-related. But even if your sweating has another cause, getting to a healthy weight is a good idea. Other causes are: a hot and humid environment and exercise are the most obvious causes of sweating. Additional factors that contribute to excessive sweating include alcohol, caffeine, medications and spicy foods. Conditions such as fever, menopause, overactive thyroid, low blood sugar and cancer can lead to excessive sweating. Emotional triggers such as stress, anxiety, anger, fear and embarrassment can contribute to this condition. Diets that include spicy food also might have lots of calories and fat, contributing to both extra pounds and excessive sweating. Being overweight often leads to low self-esteem and lack of confidence in social situations, which can lead to higher stress levels and more sweating. Losing weight can help correct the emotional affects and higher sweat levels. Don't assume your excessive sweating is attributable solely to excess weight. Sweating can be a sign of medical problem, so get yourself thoroughly examined by a doctor with required investigations to be done. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine- silicea 30 and bacopa monierri 1x - both thrice daily for 4 weeks.

Dear there are many reasons for breathlessness like anaemia, hypothyroidism, heart disease, lungs disease...Pls elaborate ur question.. Get ur HB% checked. or consult a general physician for clinical corelation..B/W U can try tips below for a week.. Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day

Stammering could be because of ENT cause or psychological. However even if it is purely ENT also, nervousness, fear of embarrassed make it worse. You need therapy like desensitization to get over it. Try speaking in front of mirror, select the words which are difficult for you ,try replacing with alternate words, give pauses, try speaking like a newsreader etc. Finally, it is something which is not your fault so be fearless. You can also choose a career where speaking is not so important. Try also to use body parts to increase effect of communication.

Penis size is genetic don't worry 4 inch penis size is enough to satisfy any girl if you have a good stamina and power and vagina outer 2 inch is most sensitive, the inner 4 inch being insensitive to arouse a female one needs to stimulate only the outer lips and the outer 2 inch of vagina so man needs 2 inches of erect penis to satisfy a females you need to have only 2.5 inch long thing to satisfy a girl. Girl's 90% points are on the mouth of vagina, so she feels most sensation over there than inside.

Your body weight is much above desired. Check for blood sugar. Lipid profile. And if you have high blood pressure. More so if it is already there in your family. Diabetes is very common cause of loss of libido. Eat low calorie. Low salt food. Give away junk food. Rat salads and fruits. Go for regular walk for one hour at least. Abandon excess tea. Coffee. Cold drinks. Alcohol is a copley's no no for such problem. After doing all work ups. If you find there is no issue. Consult me with all the reports through lybrate and I shall try to help you. Don't loose heart. Discuss your problem with your wife and show her that you are concerned about her needs but you need time to know why it is happening. She will be a great help for your problem.

If cd4 count is with in normal limits than the person is asymptomatic and if the level is low than there can be lymphadenopathy and secondary infections which have their own symptoms and we start medication only if there is low cd4 count.

Ulcerative colitis This condition is usually well controlled with medical line of treatment. There may be flare ups, which may require more dosage of medicines or enema to control the symptoms. Suggest review of the medical records with a Gastroenterologist to make sure colonoscopy biopsies are confirmatory of ulcerative colitis. Some patients require surgery if medical line of treatment is not responding. The remedy is to regularly continue mesacol or medicines prescribed by a specialist. Take care.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user. There is no short cuts. First of all diet will need some modifications. 1. Take food at proper time. Never miss a breakfast. Eat food slowly. 2. Have proper regular sleep. 3. No smoking. 4. Regarding food. Please take salad. Fruits. Any thing prepared by boiling, steam cooking or pressure cooking. Ie our rice chapatti and side dishes and other home made food are ok 5. Avoid food prepared in ovens like cake biscuits. Avoid anything deep or shallow fried. 6. Too much nuts and dry fruits should be avoided. Avoid too much butter cheese. No pickles. Try replacing dinner with salad and fruit in plenty. 7. Limit coffee and tea to 2 a day. 8. Walk 45 min covering 4 km daily. Wait for 20 days to see the effect. at this age masturbation is not good . over-masturbation may have unnaturally limited your height and stun your growth potential. Over-masturbation alters your hypothalamus, pituitary, and adrenal functions. The pituitary gland is responsible for human growth hormone (HGH) production, so if you overworked the pituitary gland during your growth period (puberty), you might have developed a deficiency of HGH, which could stun your growth.

At your age and with the course you are doing there may be a lot of distractions going on that may be the cause of the problem. There may also be mental fatigue from over-studying. In that case you may need to take a useful break for a short period and then return back to your studies. In your case the subject may have reached boring proportions and so it may not find appeal to your mind. In that case the drowsiness will prevail. You could try group study to generate some interest because of the others involvement. Also, study difficult subjects in the early part of the morning when your mind is freshest and the metabolic rate; mood and energy levels are rising up to 11 am. Here are some things to do that will alleviate the situation, if you followed them meticulously. If you are under some stress, there will be difficulty remembering. So if you handled stress better, you will certainly improve. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is rested well to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. So, catch a good 8 hours of sleep every night. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out, if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. You may also meet with a counselor to take care of the stress related emotions, and then you will fare better too.
