If they are raised moles, you can try using mole removal cream. You may go for laser mole removal. If they are black heads (as you said) you need to give steam to open pores, scrub them and gently remove them. They are less likely to be black heads if you keep your skin clean.

Your daily needs is 1750 calories to maintain weight. To reduce, you need to take about 1300 calories per day. This will help you reduce about 2 kgs a month. In 5-6 months you can lose about 10 kgs.

Your question is right and there are many other which may not know. Time is not fixed for this. All men/women are different in their sexuality and health. You need to go with sexologist to get guidance for improvement. If you value your sexual health and want to enjoy quality sex in marriage then understanding and learning about sexuality is needed. As we all believe that what we know by hearsay or porn watching is great but in fact what we all know and understand is only penetration and that's not quality sex.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Hi Lybrate-user, I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in proteins and carbs and also a good fat diet will help you increase your muscle mass and will increase your weight simultaneously in a healthy way. Include foods like animal proteins like- chicken, eggs, fish, meat; plant proteins like- soy milk, soybean, pulses, tofu, milk, paneer good fats like- nuts, cheese. Keep yourself hydrated all day also will help you digest proteins fast. You also need to exercise to increase your muscle mass, so at least 30 mins of exercise is necessary per day. Good luck!

She is suffering from mental problem and she is taking quel sr50 and other one. She was consulted to two physiatrist but she didn't get well even after taking medicine. She remain well for some period bt she change without any reason. She roam around here and there n sometimes says something .I assume it's just because that she couldn't control her mind .she think too much .I guess this might be the reason of mental problem. Is there a meditation center for such patient where she can control her mind and get well.

Dear Jigmet, I think we need to review the diagnosis and medicines. Quetiapine 50 mg is a low dose of medication. Also, we do not have information regarding the other medicine. Also, the information provided here seems to suggest a definite problem but to wxactly pin point the details, we need a detailed interview. Meditation will certainly be a useful adjunct to medicines, but the two are not interchangeable and both need to be done properly. I suggest a review of the medicines and diagnosis for this reason. Dear Lybrate user. Don't panic. A woman's sexual desire naturally fluctuates over the years. Highs and lows commonly coincide with the beginning or end of a relationship or with major life changes, such as pregnancy, menopause or illness. Hello doctor. I am 33 years old. I am working in retail since last 9 years. My job is to stand 10 to 12 hours a day. From past 2 years I am having very bad pain on both my heels of my foot. I can not stand for more then 1 hour. My pains are unbearable. I have tried some medicine but nothing worked out for me. Morning when I wake up from my sleep, I can not just stand and walk. I have to sit and wait for sometime and then walk. I have even done my uric acid test, its normal. Please help me, I use to have alterday tablets but now I have stop taking it. I have even tried wearing doctor soles inside my shoes but that too was of no use, my pains are still there. I have now resigned from my job of sales from past 2 months and now I am sitting at home but it is still paining. Recently I bought dyna par plus spray for my foot, guess what, the pain is still not leaving my foot. I will be very happy and grateful if someone can help me. Thank you.

It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.
