We recommend a proper planned diets for diabetics. You need to maintain the gi (glycemic index of your food to maintain the glucose levels in your blood. Please have small meals in your day (place at 2 hourly gap) take more of complex cards like roasted grains. Balance the sugar of your fruits by combining it with salads and soups. Take multigrain chapatti to reduce the gluten in your diet. Drink plenty of water and include some, cinnamon in your dairy preparation for maintaining the lactose of milk.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove pimple spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight. Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10. Believe in yourself.

Hello and welcome. You should take light food. Avoid oily spicy foods. Take Syrup of antacid like Digene gel 2 times a day. If persists see a doctor. Take care!

Hi! 1. Avoid eating and drinking a lot of high carb foods (white flour/bread/cookies, sugar empty calorie 'junk' foods, sugar filled drinks and juices) 2. Eat and drink dairy products in moderation only. Minimize fatty dairy products like ice cream and cheese, instead switch to using only moderate amounts of cultured whole milk dairy 4. Eat tons of fresh fruits and veggies that provide safe sources of antioxidants, zinc, selenium, vitamin A and fiber-all of which appear to help acne. Some of these nutrients are dangerous if taken as supplements because they're easy to overdose on; don't use supplements to compensate for a poor diet.

I saw advertising about IME9 tablets on TV, how effective is it? I am known case of rheumatoid Arthritis and DM taking tab meantime 500 half twice, but not checked my super level since 3-4 months. Tab IME 9 is advised for DM.

In a known case of diabetic we need to control sugar levels with medication, aerobic exercise and following a diabetic diet and keep a record through a glucometer and follow up with reports.

Hi lybrate-user. Cavities should be treated in the initial stage only to prevent further damage to the tooth. But though its already a year you hav a cavity, it might hav gone lillte deeper. You first need a xray to know the extent of damage and then go for filling procedure, either normal or root canal. Or if completely destroyed and cannot be saved then extraction. Thank you.

It is because of the loosing of the cementum of the teeth..teeth has become sensitive.. You may use homoeoapthic toothpaste Heklalava by Wheezal.. You may also massage your gums with Turmeric (haldi) and a little amount of salt twice a day... and start vitamin C supplement.. And also can take homoeoapthic medicine by proper consultation...
