Immediately you have to go to the hospital as bleeding with pain at 7 months is not good for both mother and baby. Consider this message as very urgent and go to the hospital, where they will do ultrasound asap after initial examination.

Generally Most couples conceive within six cycles with timed intercourse. For some it’s quicker, and some longer. There are many factors that affect a couple's chance of conceiving like age, general health, reproductive health and how often you have sex. Women fertility decreases with the age advances. You should have sex at least 2-3 times each week. You can improve your chances by monitoring your ovulation, then being sure to have sex during your most fertile period. Start eating more healthily and working out, Both partners should cut out smoking. If you’re both healthy and haven’t gotten pregnant after a year of regular, unprotected sex, there might not be anything wrong, but it’s time to consult with a fertility doctor.

Amazing Benefits of Female Masturbation

Amazing Benefits of Female Masturbation

Amazing benefits of female masturbation

Improves strength

Female masturbation works more like exercise and an orgasm is an amazing workout for your pelvic floor. When you reach close to orgasm, your clitoris engorges due to increasing blood flow. This causes your heart rate and respiration to increase and create a similar effect that exercise creates in different situations.

Improves sleep quality

Masturbation will help put up a fight against insomnia through hormonal release. Your body releases dopamine, the feel-good hormone, in anticipation of an orgasm. After the climax, your body releases a calming hormone called oxytocin. The combination of both will help you have a good sleep.

Improves general health

Regular female masturbation is good for your cardiovascular health. It also reduces the risk of developing type-2 diabetes.

Helps cure a urinary tract infection

A UTI can be extremely painful and irritating, and sometimes, it's not enough to drink cranberry juice to resolve the issue. You can take steps to avoid getting any utis in the first place, and regular masturbation is something you can trust.

Improves sex

Through masturbation, you get to know your body better and guide your partner during an actual vaginal intercourse.

No STDs or pregnancy

The biggest benefit of masturbation is that you don't have to worry about getting pregnant as a result of an adventurous sex encounter with someone. You can please yourself through masturbation without getting pregnant or getting any sexually transmitted diseases.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. You can leave your penis 24 hoirs inside vagina. No problems. Nothing will happen. Penis slight curvature is normal. You don't worry about it. Curved penis gives more rubbing pleasure within vagina rather straight penis. I suggest online sex education. Take care.

Your private parts are stretched after delivery. I advise you to do kegel exercises daily. You can learn these from internet. This will strength your pelvic floor muscles and tighten your vagina.

For irregular periods, whether early, or delayed, you need to undego once checkup by any gynaec, for few tests, if every thing comes normal, then you need not worry, just sufficient to take well nutritious food, following few health tips, iron rich food. But t/t depends on the diagnosis.

But I am not feeling child movement.
How can I feel and what can I do?
Babies movement is usually felt beyond 20 weeks pregnancy. So you do not have to worry presently. Wait for some time. Some patients may take another 2-3 weeks to perceive these movements.

U r protected for the whole month if you take the tablets regularly. If you miss 1 tablet during the cycle—Take the missed tablet as soon as you remember. Take the next tablet at the usual time. You may take 2 tablets in one day. Then continue your regular dosing schedule. If you miss 2 tablets in a row, Take 2 tablets on the day that you remember and 2 tablets the next day. Then continue taking 1 tablet a day. Also use another birth control method until you begin a new cycle.

How To Tackle PCOS Naturally

MBBS, DGO
Gynaecologist, Pune
How To Tackle PCOS Naturally

Women with pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome), are researched to be at a greater risk for heart diseases, obesity, diabetes and infertility.

A few dietary guidelines to combat pcos

Try to select lower glycemic index foods such as whole grains (jowar, bajra, whole wheat, green vegetables, etc) as they will cause a slower rise in blood sugar levels. For example, oat flakes or wheat daliah (10 gm fiber/1/2 cup) has a lower glycemic index than cornflakes (1 gm fiber/1/2 cup. Simply put, add fiber in your diet by selecting wheat breads over white breads, wheat rotis over rice or maida naans, fresh fruits over fruit juices.

Do cut down your carbohydrate levels so low that you induce ketosis. Try to space the carbohydrates evenly through the day and eat small and frequent meals rather than 3 large meals.

Restrict intake of those carbohydrates that trigger more hunger or cravings (i. E. Refined sugar, sweets, candies or chocolates which triggers craving for some people). Choose dates or honey to meet your sugar cravings.

Suggested vitamin/ mineral supplements: taking calcium 1000 mg - 1500 mg (take two - three 500 mg pills a day as prescribed but be sure to space them out as you can only absorb 500 mg at a time). You may also add a multivitamin with minerals like folic acid, especially so, if you are trying to get pregnant.

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day as a high fiber carbohydrate intake can cause dehydration.

For heart health, limit foods high in saturated and trans-fats (i. E, whole milk and products, butter, red meat, fried foods, rich desserts, etc.). Select mainly monounsaturated fats (i. E. Olive oil, canola oil, nuts) and omega 3 fats -fatty fish (such as bangda, rohu, sardines, and surmai), flaxseed, and nuts as these fats are heart friendly. Exercise on a regular basis to lose weight and improve insulin response.
