Love relationships that break up do this to people. He will get over it soon enough if you keep him occupied and if you let him talk about his feelings. It not likely that that girl left him for no reason. It may appear so or he may say so but every action has a reaction and vice-versa. Even if he wants to talk ill of her but to you only, let him do so. That will help him give vent to his emotions and make him feel better. If the break up is final, then he must dispose of all reminders of her and avoid the people, places, situations and occasions to get her out of his system. This is a gradual process but if you are there by his side he can do it faster and better. Do not let him talk badly about her to the public and you can ensure that he only expresses his feelings in private and moves on in life. Help him to socialize, attend functions and programs that will be a good distraction for him. If he finds it too difficult then let him meet with a counselor and deal with the pain. Eventually, he needs to have learned a lesson so that he does not repeat the same in his next relationship, which is something he should not get into in a hurry. You can use some guidelines from this information to help out of his depression: In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Homemade remedies to treat acne and pimples: you probably are under impression that it is tough to treat your acne and pimples. Try our homemade remedies and explore your beautiful skin. A diet low in calcium contributes to diminished bone density, early bone loss and an increased risk of fractures. • Physical activity. People who are physically inactive have a higher risk of osteoporosis than do their more-active counterparts. • Tobacco and alcohol use. Research suggests that tobacco use contributes to weak bones. Similarly, regularly having more than two alcoholic drinks a day increases the risk of osteoporosis, possibly because alcohol can interfere with the body's ability to absorb calcium. • Gender, size and age. You're at greater risk of osteoporosis if you're a woman, because women have less bone tissue than do men. You're also at risk if you're extremely thin (with a body mass index of 19 or less) or have a small body frame because you may have less bone mass to draw from as you age. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Belladonna 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days. 2. Kof aid syrup (bakson's) (1tbs) thrice a day for 3 days and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. Avoid cold and sour things.

The gains from steroids will start diminishing after the second week when you discontinue them. And the life of a steroid within the bloodstream varies from steroid to steroid.

Conditions causing loose motions off and on are irritable bowel syndrome, gluten intolerance, worm infestation etc. Avoid the food you r allergic or sensitive to. Eat fresh food. Avoid fermented foods, processed foods. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits. Hope this helps u.

Hello, skin lite cream contains mainly hydroquinone, that is harmful for your skin on a prolong use. So try to discontinue its use gradually. Take homoeopathic medicine arsenic alb. 30 ch, 3 drops twice daily for 10 days. Use herbal neem calendula soap. Use b & t aloe vera cream after bathing. Drink plenty of water. Revert after 10 days. Take care.

If yes, after how many time she dosent have a periods?
Hello, During pregnancy there are no periods. But if bleeding occurs then threatened miscarriage would need to be investigated.

Hi, apply rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

Suffering from dark circles under your eyes? Here are effective therapies that can do wonders!
Are dark circles under the eyes caused due to stress, or is the stress about dark circles worrying you and making them further darker?! On a serious note though, there are definite cosmetic therapies that can help you get rid of the dark circles under your eyes. Dark circles can be caused by issues ranging from thin skin in the lower eyelids to poor circulation to pigment variations, and therefore the reason should be identified properly so that the treatment can be done accordingly.

For some people, poor blood flow to the eyes can be the reason for dark circles too.

  1. These people would benefit from using double pillows so that blood does not build up under the eyes. In the morning, a cold compress (a towel soaked in cold water) can be applied to narrow the blood vessels and reduce flow.
  2. Alternately, eye creams with caffeine can be used to narrow the blood vessels.
  3. Creams with Arnica which have anti-inflammatory properties are also beneficial in reducing the under-eye darkness.
  4. Creams with green tea or grape seed oil improve capillary wall thickness and thereby promote smoother flow of blood.
  5. Diet can be modified to include flavonol-rich chocolates and omega 3 fatty acid rich foods like walnuts and salmons.

Make-up tips:

A good under-eye moisturizing cream with glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin E, vitamin K can be used. These help in constricting veins and capillaries and also improve skin hydration. A yellow or gold-based concealer that reflects light should be used followed by translucent face powder. There are also minor surgical procedures offered to reduce the effect of dark circles.   1. Laser and/or skin resurfacing: Laser can be used to trigger the superficial layers to produce more collagen and improve overall skin quality.
  2. Use of dermal fillers: Hyaluronic acid can be injected into the skin under the eye bags. Where the skin is very thin, this will make the dark circles less visible, and the effect can last up to 2 years.
  3. Grafting fat particles: The fat can be grafted from another part of the body and injected under the eyelid. This again would reduce the effect of dark circles.
  4. Cheek lift: If you are having dark circles in addition to eye puffiness and deep nasolabial folds, a cheek lift is a good option. This will produce a more permanent solution to your dark circles.
  5. Blepharoplasty: The next invasive method is the eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty. The skin of the upper and lower eyelids and the skin around the eye are treated to reduce the effect of dark circles in this procedure.

While dark circles are definitely an issue, there are ways to manage this effectively. A word of caution though, all these can be undertaken only after you engage in a detailed discussion with your dermatologist.
