Sun ne ki dikkat bahut prakar ki hoti hai, kisi ko conductive loss hota hai, kisi ko sensorineural loss hota hai. Conductive loss vo hote hai jinke andar kaan bahna, kaan mein dard aur inn wajaho se sun ne mein dikkat hoti hai. Aur sensorineural loss vo hote hai jo ki kaan ke andruni bhag jisko ki hum choclea kahte hai ya kaan ki naso ki wajah se jo dikkate hoti hai usko hum sensorineural problems kahte hai. Hearing aids mainly jinko sensorineural loss hota hai unke liye upyog mein aati hai. Hearing aids koi bhi umar ka vyakti use kar sakta hai aur kisi bhi tarah ke loss mein hearing aids ka use kiya ja sakta hai. Bahut tarike ki hearing aids aati hai, depending on ki patient ki kya jaruratein hai, unka life style kaisa hai, unko kis tarah ki hearing aid chaiye jo badi size mein ho, chhoti size mein ho, jis bhi tarike ki hearing aid hoti hai saare tarike ki hearing aids aaj ki date mein available hai. Patient ki requirement ke hisab se available hai. Aaj hum discuss karenge kuch hearing aids ke type ki, jo ki aajkal bazar mein available hai. Jaise ki iss hearing aid ko CIC hearing aid kahte hai. CIC ka matlab hai completely incanal hearing aid, aur ye hearing aid kaan ke andar tak ja sakti hai jiske wajah se ye hearing aid bahut hadd tak dikhti nahi hai. Jis se jo hearing aid use kar raha hai, uske aaspaas walo ko vo hearing aid dikhti nahi hai, joki vo comfortably hearing aid use kar sakta hai. Ek toh yeh hearing aid hai, iski limitation ye hai ki jinko bahut jyada hearing loss ho vo use nahi kar sakte hai. Agar unko use karni hai toh unko ek dusre tarike ki hearing aid use karni hoti hai jisko hum kahte hai ITC hearing aid. Ye thoda bade size ki hoti hai as compared to CIC hearing aid, but ye jyada powerful hoti hai, aur jin logo ko jyada hearing loss hota hai vo ye use kar sakte hai. But CIC hearing aid mein aur ITC hearing aid mein thodi si problem hai ki iske andar apke kaan puri tarah se band ho jaate hai. Kuch log jinko kaan band hone ki wajah se problem hoti hai, jaise ki kaan mein awaz gunjna, kaan mein bharipan lagna ya uncomfortable feel hona ye sab cheeje jo mahsoos hoti hai unke liye hum suggest karte hai BTE hearing aids. RIC hearing aid matlab receiver in canal hearing aids. Receiver in canal hearing aids aaj ki date mein sabse unnat hearing aid mani jaati hai aur ye pahn na bhi bahut aasan hota hai. Iski visibility bhi utni nahi hoti hai jitni ek regular BTE hearing aid ki hoti hai. Toh ye har tarike ke patients ko suit karti hai. Aur iski sabse achchi khasiyat ye hai ki iske nadar jo kaan ke andar hissa jaata hai vo itna bada nahi hota ki kisi bhi patient ko problem kare, obstruct kare ya uski wajah se kisiko bharipan lage. Toh ye pahnne ke hisab se bhi bahut comfortable hearing aid hai. Aur agar hum sunai ki baat karein toh ye almost 90% hearing loss ko cover karti hai, jo ki 100 ya 105 db hearing loss hote hai, unke liye ye hearing aid suitable hai. Agar kisi patient ko uss se bhi jyada hearing loss hai toh uss case mein hum unko ek BTE hearing aid ke liye suggest karte hai. Ye BTE hearing aids aaj ki date mein sabse jyada powerful hearing aids mein se count hoti hai. Super power hearing aids mein bhi BTE hearing aids ka hi use hota hai. But iske saath problem unko hoti hai jinko hota hai ki hearing aid dikhni nahi chahiye but ye hearing aid thodi bahut visible hoti hai, iske saath hume iss tarah ka ye nob use karna padta hai, jo ki kaan mein fit hota hai, toh thodi visible hoti hai aur ye unhi ke liye suitable hai jinko bahut jyada hearing loss hai ya unn logo ke liye jinko badi hearing aids ki jarurat hai. Untreated hearing loss is associated with lower quality of life, depression, social isolation, unemployment, lower earning at work, lower confidence and self-esteem. Symptoms of hearing loss may include difficulty understanding the everyday conversation, turning up the volume of radio or TV, asking for repetition, avoidance of social situation, difficulty in communicating in a noisy environment, buzzing or ringing in the ears, feeling of not being able to hear clearly. Hearing loss not only occurs in adults, but it may also occur in children. Children with hearing loss may have these symptoms like delay in speaking, not responding to own name, does not turn to loud sound, difficulty in the following instruction, asking for repetition, unclear speech, some ear discharge. Now about causes, so the common cause is age. There can be some hearing loss due to medication. If you have a family history of hearing loss then there are very huge chances of your hearing loss.
