My skin is oily type so in that washing my face with clean and clear face wash is good? Can this face wash make my skin attractive and glowing.

Clean and Clear face wash is very harsh on the skin. Instead, use a mild cleanser like Tea tree Face wash and Toner twice a day. Also Drink Green tea 2-3 times a day. It is high in antioxidants which fight free radicals and prevent damage to the skin from the inside. Eat fruits and vegetables high in Vitamin C and drink a lot of water throughout the day.

I actually had a treatment of acne over an year ago but since 2 days I keep getting white pus pimples on my face (moustache area and beard area). I have tried aloe vera gel but it's not very effective. Can you help me with this?

Hello, I am 21 years old. Skin problems hai. Tan hoti hai skin meri bahot. Esse pehle bhi maine bahot baar skin treatment le hai but kuch fayda nahi hua. Pimples bhi bahot hai skin pe. Achi se whitening skin cream suggest karo night mai use kar saku. Please reply me as soon as possible.

The best way to get your skin glowing is to increase oxygen circulation in your body with the help of exercises, yoga. Taking break between hectic work schedule and splashing your face with cold water 2-3 times a day is helpful. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Have a balanced diet, eat more iron and zinc containing foods like dates, nuts and dry fruits. Include Skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are important nutrients for great skin. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.

Hello Mohit! Kindly inform me about your dietary habits. To cure Acne you need to take more of fresh fruits, increase water intake and take lots of vegetables. You have to avoid junk food, deep fried food and also excessive spicy food as that leads to free radical damage. You should also use some good face cleaning solutions to keep the skin clean and hydrated.

For fair skin : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .

Sugar is used as a natural exfoliant for skin. It is one of the best home remedies to get rid of stretch marks. Take a tablespoon of sugar. Add some drops of almond oil and lemon juice in it. Stir it well and apply directly on the stretch marks. Rub it for 8-10 minutes and then, take a shower. Continue to use it for one month or so, until the stretch marks gets fade out.

Follow these methods to get rid from dark ness due to sun: * take one teaspoon of lemon juice with 1/2 teaspoon of glycerine on tanned areas and leave for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. * you can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on face for 5 minutes and then clean with water. You can apply pulp of tomatoes on skin and leave on for 20 minuteon and then rinse with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on face. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of besan apply it for 10 minutes and rinse with water. It remove darkness on face.

Hi, check if you have dandruff. If yes, get treated for it. I can advice medications for it. Take a diet important for healthy hair. Detailed diet advice: 1. As hair is made of protein, ensuring you have enough protein in your diet is crucial for making hair strong and healthy. If you are not consuming enough protein in your diet, your hair is likely to become dry, brittle and weak. Extremely low protein diets may result in hair loss. Choose chicken, turkey, fish, dairy products and eggs as excellent sources of protein along with vegetarian sources such as legumes and nuts. 2. Iron is an especially important mineral for hair and too little iron (anaemia) is a major cause of hair loss. The hair follicle and root are fed by a nutrient rich blood supply. Animal products such as red meat, chicken and fish provide iron with a high bioavailability, meaning the iron is readily available to the body. Vegetarians can raise their iron stores by including lentils, spinach and other leafy green vegetables. 3. Vitamin c aids the absorption of iron so foods high in vitamin c are good to eat in conjunction with iron-rich foods. Vitamin c is also an antioxidant so is used readily by the body. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. 4. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in the cells that line the scalp and also provide the oils that keep your scalp and hair hydrated. Look out for oily fish such as salmon, herring, sardines, trout and mackerel and plant sources including avocado, pumpkin seeds and walnuts. 5. Vitamin a is needed by the body to make sebum. Sebum is an oily substance created by our hairs sebaceous glands and provides a natural conditioner for a healthy scalp. Without sebum we may experience an itchy scalp and dry hair. Include animal products and orange/yellow coloured vegetables which are high in beta-carotene (which makes vitamin a) such as carrots, pumpkins and sweet potatoes. This advice in very important for people with dry skin. 6. Scalp protection involves other important minerals, notably zinc and selenium. A lack of zinc can lead to hair loss and a dry, flaky scalp. Fortified cereals and wholegrains are a good source of zinc along with oysters, beef and eggs. 7. Biotin is a water-soluble b vitamin. Too little biotin can cause brittle hair and may lead to hair loss. Include biotin rich foods such as wholegrains, liver, egg yolk, soy flour and yeast. If you have dry skin type, you have to apply hair oil daily and use shampoo of a well known brand for dry skin. Take 7 to 8 hours of sleep. If these things don't help, medications can be used to help increase hair density. If this does not help too, there are other options also.

I have few warts on my feet. Day by day number of warts increase on my feet. Now what shall I do?

Warts are viral infection and can increase in number. They are to be removed by cautery by a dermatologist since as long as they are there, they remain a source of infection. Alternatively apply salactin lotion only on the wart at night after applying vaseline petroleum jelly around it for 3 weeks. It will slowly help in wart removal.

Hi, I have pimples on my penis shaft on the bottom area and also on the backside. The ones on the bottom area are white bumps and are very small (1-2 mm). I also have some white bumps on the periphery of head of penis. These have been there for more than a year but doesn't cause irritation or anything. Should I be worried? Acne happens due to blockade of sebaceous glands. Acne treatment needs a combination of approach. Please follow this regimen. 1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face. 2. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep. 3. In early morning apply clindac gel. 4. After bath apply suncote gel. Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement.
