Medicine usually don't have such side effects. You can do this, do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning to be mentally strong. About 30 times. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.

Hello- Ejaculate/semen (the stuff that comes out when a man ejaculates) is made up of a lot of different things. One of its components is sperm. In a normal male ejaculate, there are anywhere between 20 and 400 million sperm. All you need to get pregnant is one. What normally happens after intercourse, is that a lot of the ejaculate does leak out. Some of it, however, remains in the back of the vagina (in the posterior fornix) and an even smaller amount makes its way up through the cervix, into the uterus and down the fallopian tubes. It is here, in the fallopian tubes, that the sperm and egg meet. So, the bottom line is that you don't need to lie in bed with your legs up after intercourse to get pregnant and the fact that semen is leaking out afterwards, doesn't decrease your chances of conceiving.

Nirodh or condoms are completely safe and effective for contraception. If you want you and your wife may consult a gynecologist and start oral contraceptive tablets for your wife to increase the efficacy of contraception.

5 Easy Ways To Give Yourself a Relaxing Massage

5 Easy Ways To Give Yourself a Relaxing Massage
5 Easy ways to give yourself a relaxing massage

Getting a relaxing massage can do wonders to your overall well-being and health. Whether you want to reduce stress or simply obtain respite from aches and pains, these DIY massage techniques can help you out.

1. Massage your feet with a tennis or rubber ball
To massage your feet after a hard day’s work, all you need is a small rubber ball or a tennis ball. Place the ball of your choosing under your foot and move it backwards and forwards using gentle pressure. Repeat as needed.

2. Reduce muscle stiffness with a neck massage
If you are one of those people who sit in front of a computer all day long, you can try this massage to help loosen up the muscles of your back and neck.
Begin by dropping your shoulders, making sure they are not in a hunched position. The next step is to slowly bring your chin close to your chest and stretch your neck as much as possible. Follow this step with a pressure point application on the point where your shoulders and neck meet by using only two fingertips. Release the position once you feel your muscle is relaxing.

Lastly, in a very slow and gentle manner, roll your shoulders forward and backward. Repeat as many a time as you deem necessary.

3. Opt for a head/scalp massage to rejuvenate yourself
This massage is perfect for your head or scalp and you can do it anytime, anywhere. To give yourself this relaxing massage, you need to use the heels of your palms. Place them near your temples and follow this up by giving a gentle push to the scalp in an upward manner. Hold the pose for a few seconds before releasing. Finally, repeat the motion across the entire scalp or head section.

4. Treat your headache with a face massage
When you feel like you may be coming down with a headache, this massage can help in providing you with instant relief. Using only the tips of your fingers, draw small circles along your cheekbones, hairline, eyebrows and jaws. Follow this up with a gentle rubbing of your earlobes and ears by only using your fingertips.

5. Give the muscles of your back a rest with a back massage
To relieve your lower back from the stiffness that usually arises from sitting too long, this easy to do massage is all you need. According to your preference, you can either place a tennis ball between your back and a straight hard surface (wall) or simply place it on the floor and lie on it. While putting pressure on the ball, move it around your lower back so as to release any kind of muscle stiffness you may be feeling. Do this only for a few minutes and do not overdo it as that could worsen the pain.

Whether it’s your head, knees, feet or shoulders, there’s always an easy and relaxing massage that you can give yourself to de-stress and relax.

Hello- Pregnancy requires a lot of Hemoglobin in blood for mother and her child sufficient enough to progress the pregnancy without complication. Hemoglobin needs liver for its production in the body so a pregnancy will definitely impose extra load on liver and may not be good for the mother or her child. So do not opt for pregnancy now, give liver a chances since liver is the only organ in the body which has the regeneration capacity of its own. Once the condition is favorable you can opt for the pregnancy.

PCOS

What do we mean by Polycystic Ovaries?

Ans: Poly means many (multiple) and cysts are fluid-filled areas. Thus, a woman with polycystic ovaries will have a higher number of follicles (immature eggs which look like small cysts) in her ovaries. Because of more follicles growing in her ovaries, these appear larger in size on ultrasound. It is like to accommodate more number of students in a classroom, we need a larger room.

Polycystic ovaries are very common affecting 20 in 100 (20%) of women.

Having polycystic looking ovaries on ultrasound does not mean you have a polycystic ovary syndrome. Only around 6 or 7 in 100 (6 - 7%) of women with polycystic ovaries have PCOS and we need to look at other symptoms and hormones to diagnose this condition.

Few days after intercourse , I am facing problem with white discharge . White discharge is coming very thick . Do am pregnant or is it a kind of infection ? Please help me with this.

BHMS, DEMS

Hello .If you’re seeing white or creamy discharge, don’t panic. In most cases, this type of discharge is perfectly normal – especially if it’s odorless. Let’s take a closer look at the three most common types of white discharge to help you determine if your case is normal, or if it’s time to consult me .1. White milky discharge . 2. Thick white discharge . 3 excessive discharge (brown color) 1.White Milky Discharge Creamy white discharge is perfectly normal, and can be an indication of a few things. Many women experience this type of discharge during ovulation. If the discharge is stretchy and thick, it’s likely just a sign that you’re ovulating. In some cases, however, creamy discharge can be an early sign of pregnancy. For some women, this is the first sign they notice, and it’s referred to as leucorrhea. This type of discharge is either completely odorless or carries a very mild odor. 2.Yeast infections typically produce a white discharge that’s thick like cottage cheese. You may also experience itching and burning. 3.Most women experience thick, creamy white discharge in the early stages of their pregnancy. Do UPT TEST .IF UPT TEST IS NEGATIVE CONSULT ME . Homeopathic treatment will give best result .

Pros And Cons Of Patanjali Danth Kanthi

Pros And Cons Of Patanjali Danth Kanthi

Hello Lybrate Users,

I am posting on this topic as many of users have been asking on the same issue.

Pros

1. It has nice taste.

2. Freshness lasts longer.

3. Has good antibacterial property of neem and turmeric.

4. Its soothing action on the cavities and gums.

5. Minimum side effects.

Cons:

1. It cannot be an alternative to dental treatment as it cannot reverse progression of disease of gums or cavities.

2. As it soothens (obtundant) effect of clove oil on regular basis misguides the pain response which would end up in the end stages of the disease finally results increased cost of dental treatment in late stages of the disease or the tooth should be removed if caries or periodontal progression goes beyond to save the tooth.

3. The turmeric might cause tooth discolouration in long run.

As far as to my knowledge is concern use it just if you want to give a try but I will never recommend on a daily basis.

She's not get properly periods every time & get much pain if she's not in period.
So can you suggest please how could...
At the clinic we answer questions all the time about irregular periods. A textbook period happens every 24-29 days, but in truth what is “regular” covers a wide range. Cycles between 23-35 days are very common. A woman may get her period only one to four times a year. Or she might have periods that occur 2-3 times in a month and involve spotting or extremely heavy flow. Alternatively, she may have heavy episodes of bleeding every 2-3 months. Irregular periods are simply what is irregular for you. • Significant weight gain or loss • Overexercise • Poor nutrition (or a diet too high in carbohydrates) • Smoking • Drug use • Caffeine • Excessive alcohol use (interfering with how the liver metabolizes estrogen and progesterone) • Eating disorders • Increased stress • Polycystic ovarian syndrome/Estrogen dominance • Uterine abnormalities (fibroids/cysts/polyps/endometriosis) • Hormonal imbalances related to perimenopause Home remedies Sesame Seeds and Jaggery Sesame seeds are useful in regulating menstrual cycles as they help balance your hormones. They are loaded with lignans that help bind excess hormones. Plus, they contain essential fatty acids that promote optimal hormone production. Jaggery, too, helps regulate menstrual cycles due to its warming effects. 1.Dry roast a handful of sesame seeds. 2.Grind them along with one teaspoon of jaggery into a fine powder. 3.Take one teaspoon of this powder daily on an empty stomach in the luteal phase, or second half of your menstrual cycle (two weeks before your period starts), for a few months. Simply eating a piece of jaggery, also known as gur, will also help regulate menstruation. Note: Do not use this remedy during your periods.

You are planning for pregnancy for next year. For healthy sperms and eggs, take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take milk and milk products daily. Avoid non veg and eggs always. Don't take cigarette or alcohol or tambaku. Follow this and be happy.

Post pregnancy there will be back, hip pain and it will be more common if it is C-section delivery and hence try to avoid sitting very low on floor and try to sit on the chair and avoid more bending of the back up till at least 6 months post pregnancy. There will also be belly fat accumulated after pregnancy and this can be maintained by regular minimal exercise and resorting to other stuff like managing diet and taking green tea, try them you will find a difference.

This is a common compliant. Women in this age undergo changes in breast due to hormonal changes. This discharge usually changes with the menstrual cycle. If it is persisting/bloody discharge would need further evaluation with mammography/ultrasound .Or else it is self limiting.
