Stomach burning can be due to acidity. Cold milk is good for you as tea/ coffee may worsen. Blood in urine or haematuria as we doctors call it may be due to a bad urine infection, renal stones or other kidney ailments too. Please get a scan to get kidneys visualised, any stone. Get a detailed urine routine microscopic culture sensitivity test too.

I suggest you to go for a walk every day. Improper diet may also be the reason for laziness. Avoid eating fast food. And drink plenty of water. Try sleeping for at least 7-8 hrs not more not less.

2 days 103 degrees f not responding at all to paracetamol 500 mg 4 times over 2 days should need a routine report on your blood counts especially platelets. A peripheral smear report is also needed. If these reports show something positive then consult accordingly to your physician.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed.

I have a problem of hair fall and graying of hair. I have consulted the doctor and taking his prescription for last 6 months now my hair fall problem is solved but the problem of graying of hair is still there. Treatment for chronic autoimmune thyroiditis depends on the results of the thyroid function tests. Patients with overt hypothyroidism who have high thyroid-stimulating hormone (tsh) and low free t4 levels require treatment with levothyroxine. The dose is age dependent. Tsh levels should be monitored and the dose should be adjusted to maintain levels within the reference range. The treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism in patients with elevated tsh and normal free t4 levels is controversial. These children may enter a remission phase and may not have permanent hypothyroidism. This appears to be a minority of subjects. Can you send me the tft reports?

It seems that due to her illness feeling low. At this age sometimes even a small thing could create deeper trauma and emotional turmoil. I would suggest to take her to a counselor or a psychologist. She needs to talk to someone who can understand her situation and reassure her about her recovery. You can also suggest her to try following things. If you both can team up and so these things together it will be easier for her. And of course if will benefit you as well as you are also feeling quite a lot of stress yourself. One or other kind of stress has become part of our life these days. Due to stress we start having more negative thoughts and emotions. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day.

1. Stay away from Dust and Pollution. 2. Increase your immunity, eat plenty of Fruits and vegetables. 3. Kee Hydrated. Drink plenty of water and soups. 4. Exercise - Make it a habit to exercise or run for 45 minutes daily. This will improve your immunity. 5. Green Tea - Drink green Tea and coffee , They contain flavnoids and will.improve your immunity. 6. Multivitamin - A good multivitamin of Antioxidants will also help you avoid cold and allergies . 7. you have amoebic infection in the intestines. get treated for that, as you require to take the medicines for 5 days. reason you got infected by amoebiasis is due to ungygienic food. so avoid out side food/junk food. for some reason you had to take outside food take hot stuff. wash hands with soap before eating any thing and after visiting toilet. lessen quantity of mirch, masala etc., take easily digestible food. all these things should become your regular habit. good luck
