Six Tips For Face Washing
How you wash your face can make a difference in your appearance. Follow these tips from dermatologists to help you keep your face looking healthy.

1. Use a gentle, non-abrasive cleanser that does not contain alcohol.

2 wet your face with lukewarm water and use your fingertips to apply cleanser. Using a washcloth, mesh sponge, or anything other than your fingertips can irritate your skin.

3. Resist the temptation to scrub your skin because scrubbing irritates the skin.

4. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel.

5. Apply moisturizer if your skin is dry or itchy. Be gentle when applying any cream around your eyes so you do not pull too hard on this delicate skin.

6. Limit washing to twice a day and after sweating. Wash your face once in the morning and once at night, as well as after sweating heavily. Perspiration, especially when wearing a hat or helmet, irritates the skin. Wash your skin as soon as possible after sweating.

I m pregnant for 1 month please suggest some good food to help grow up the baby and also for me I cant get over weight and body shape destroyed?

First, dont eat for 2. That is an old concept and the main cause for weight gain and loss of shape etc. Eat healthy foods, lots of fruits and vegetables. Have milk/curds. The first 3 months you may not feel like eating much, and that is ok. Eat when hungry and what you feel like. Avoid sweets, fried foods, cakes, bakery foods etc. Have them very occasionally. Finally have happy thoughts and positive thoughts about the outcome of the pregnancy. All will be fine.

This month she did not got her periods, her date is 12 but 8 days went. She thinks that she is pregnant because last month of april 19 she had sex. So she should not get pregnant and she should get her periods soon so please suggest any medicine and when to put that medicine and how many medicine she should take? Any harmful if she takes that medicine? Or any side effect if she takes that medicine?

First do home pregnancy urine test. If negative, repeat after 7 days. If positive, then ultrasound is needed to confirm its location. The medicines can be safely used only after doctor's checkup and advice.

please maintain scalp hygeine , avoid excess of oiling on head and scalp, wash you hair minimum on every alternate days with a good hair shampoo and do apply conditioner ,take iron rich diet and also take multivitamin pills after personal consult with doctor . for menstual irregularity make a chart of its dates for 2-3 months and get back to me.

Your TSH level in borderline,almost toward hypothyroidism. Low thyroid level will affect your chances of getting pregnant. It will create hormonal imbalance in your body which will affect ovulation and implantation process. I would suggest you to bring your thyroid level to normal before thinking of planning pregnancy..

Are You Overwhelmed - Secrets To Help You Manage It!

Sometimes when a person has too much on their plate, they are left feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. Here are a few ways in which you can manage being overwhelmed and return to a place of control, contentment and relaxation.

  1. Venture out: Trying to work and get your tasks done despite your confusion and feeling of helplessness will not lead you anywhere. You need to step away to have the capacity to see your conditions from a new point of view. Move to an alternate room, get up from your work area, sit on a different couch, go out for a walk or go sit at a bistro. Venturing out from the present circumstance and changing your physical surroundings will help you gain clarity, and move you far from the overwhelming perspective. This is when you can see the solution more clearly.
  2. Vent it out: When you are occupied, it is very easy to lose any feeling and sense of priority and the panic makes everything seem urgent. In reality, there will be things that may require your consideration for a brief span. Hence, the key thing is to have clarity and gain visibility on what you are managing. Attempt a "mind download", where you record everything, with the goal that you can figure out what is obstructing your brain and its functioning.
  3. Requesting help and allowing help: You would be surprised at what number of individuals will offer assistance. Usually, our limited thinking is because we become a problem for ourselves as we disallow others to help us. Sometimes we also think they will say no, thus we do not ask for help. Simply try it out. Request help, and get ready to be surprised at the generosity you might get from others.
  4. Phase out noise: When we feel overwhelmed, it feels soothing to do something to loosen up and relax, such as watching the TV, listening to music, watching the news or playing a game. What we overlook during this time is that the additional data that comes in clutters our mind that further tangles our already overwhelmed senses.
  5. Make continuous improvements: Concentrate on one area at a time. Question yourself: what kind of change would be good for you? Concentrate on little, easy-to-do portions, not an instant upgrade. Say, your employment. Experiment with ten minutes of a sustaining pace. Appreciate how that feels. At that point expand on it. Check whether your well being moves forward. Try to feel positive energy in the bargain.

Treat the sentiment of overwhelming nervousness as a companion, for it is an indicator telling us that we have to slow down. It tells us to readjust our centre of focus and prioritise something else that makes us feel positive and better.

I had sex sex on 20th march, 3 4 days back of my cycle. Still now didn't get my period. Can I go for pregnancy test now? Will it give the correct result now 27th?

Sex just before 3-4 days of menses r unlikely to make you pregnant. You can can check for pregnancy test only after 18-21 days of sex only if you don't get menses by that time. 7 days rule does not apply to you as sex was just before menses.

What does a pregnant lady do while solar eclipse whether she can go out or stay inside the room?

There is no such relation that have been found with solar eclipse. Usually relatives and family members will advice you to stay inside home to prevent complications. Solar eclipse last for very short duration. You do not want all the family members to get angry at both of you for going out during solar eclipse. Stay at home and make everyone happy.
