This is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer it leads to neck pain and thereby it leads to shoulder pain. We suggest neck mobilization exercises that would reduce the stress falling on the shoulder. We also suggest patients to do shoulder mobilization exercises ie. General shoulder movements/neck movements which will help you to improve the blood circulation You shall also do hot water fermentation that would improve the blood circulation to the painful area and thereby the pain should be reduced. While you sleep elevate your affected shoulder and sleep and make sure that to maintain the supine position (lay on your back).

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

3 Ways To Supplement Your Natural Penis Enlargement Program To Maximize Your Gains

If you have done any research on penis enlargement at all before stumbling upon this article, you already know that the only safe and proven way to make permanent gains in your penis size is by using natural enlargement methods that involve just your hands. If you didn't know that already, you can either take my word for it or start reading testimonials from thousands of men around the world, all of whom tried every enlargement method under the sun, from pills to pumps to creepy gadgets, gaining nothing but humiliation and frustration until they discovered natural penis enlargement.

Bottom line, it works, and it can work for you, too, if you get on a natural penis enlargement program and stick with it. And if you're like me, you don't just want to achieve normal gains in a normal amount of time. You want to gain as much size as possible in the shortest time possible. So here are three ways you can supplement your natural enlargement program for faster, more significant size gains.

Follow a Paleo diet. Paleo is short for Paleolithic, an era in our Earth's history when the only way to survive was to be a hunter-gatherer, and a good one. Many of the diseases that are so common nowadays were unheard of then, such as heart disease, diabetes, and most cancers. This was because the food they ate -- almost exclusively meats, green vegetables, fresh fruits, and nuts -- contained none of the toxins, carcinogens, and phyto-estrogens that we now shovel into our mouths, and thus into our bodies, with impunity. The more natural diet our ancestors followed helped optimize hormone levels and engender an ideal body composition.

That's great, you're thinking, but how does this relate to penis enlargement? Simple. Many of the simple sugars and processed foods we eat today work to lower testosterone and increase estrogen in our bodies. This results in a lowered sex drive and reduced sexual performance. It also causes the frequency as well as the intensity of nocturnal erections to decrease dramatically.

Just like our muscles repair and rebuild from our gym workouts mostly when we sleep, that is when we make gains in penis size from our enlargement workouts. And it is those nocturnal erections that help expand the tissue chambers after we work them out and make them longer and thicker. You want to have these erections, and you want to have a lot of them. That is why it is crucial to stick to a diet that promotes optimal penis health.

Take up High Intensity Interval Training. If you're like I was for years, your gym workouts are probably pretty vanilla, and your routine probably sounds something like this: Chest and triceps on Monday. Back and biceps on Tuesday. Legs Wednesday, shoulders Thursday, and for cardio, jump on the stairclimber for about 25 minutes after each workout.

While this is better than sitting on the couch eating Doritos after work, there is a workout methodology that is better for your whole body -- including that one part you're trying to grow.

It's called high intensity interval training. It involves shorter but much more intense workouts. Instead of resting for several minutes between sets, in a HIIT workout, you're always moving. You may do 10 reps on the bench press, then during the following two minutes when you otherwise might be sitting on the bench checking your Facebook, you jump rope for a minute then do a minute of burpees, before returning to the bench.

This type of training not only ups testosterone, but it improves circulation and blood flow, helping your erections become bigger and more powerful.

Try Edging. Edging is a pretty simple concept. You do it when you masturbate. Instead of bringing yourself all the way to climax, you hang on the "edge" for as long as you can. This is when your penis is most engorged with blood, and staying in this state for as long as you can will help expand and build the tissue chambers that you work out with your natural routine. If "blue balls" are a problem, go ahead and allow yourself to ejaculate -- but not until you've "edged" for at least 20 minutes.

How The 7 Chakras Influence Our Endocrinal System.

No matter how life started in our universe, ancient knowledge and modern quantum biology agree on this essential principle: matter does not generate mind or consciousness but quite the other way around. Consciousness manifests the physical form or matter. Life is a very personal experience to each one of us. Yet we all share its fundamental building blocks: our core energy centers, called chakras in Sanskrit. The word chakra means wheel or vortex. They are the junction points between matter and the mind, between our body and our consciousness.

They are seven main chakras, intersections of vital forces, swirling, expanding and contracting, as a column of 3D spheres of energy extending, in the middle of our body, from the base of our spine to the crown of our head. Chakras are the master programs running our emotional and physical lives, each one of them expressing different characteristics essentials to our growth and well being. Unsurprisingly the seven chakras interact with our body through the endocrine system (a seven gland system) which is one of the body’s main control mechanisms

. The following description provides more detail about the chakras, their location, the related glands and the characteristics they govern.

Crown chakra (Sahasrara, color violet): top of the head, pineal gland, spirituality and divine awareness.

Third eye chakra (Ajna, color indigo): between eyebrows, pituitary gland, intuition.

Throat chakra (Vishuddhi, color blue): throat area, thyroid, communication and self-expression.

Heart chakra (Anahata, color green): heart area, thymus, compassion, love, and healing.

Solar plexus chakra (Manipura, color yellow): navel area, pancreas, self will, self esteem, courage, and personal power.

Sacral chakra (Swadhisthana, color orange): genital area, ovaries, creativity, emotion and sensuality.

Root chakra (Muladhara, color red): base of the spine, gonads, safety and survival, sense of belonging.

When the flow of the subtle energy in one or more of the chakras becomes blocked, it affects our endocrine system, which produces the hormones that stimulate or inhibit physiological processes. And we may develop physical and mental illnesses. So when we look at it this way, we realize that a change in our consciousness does affect our physical body.

Biostress Imagery can attune, unblock and balance your chakras, providing emotional, physical and spiritual healing which ultimately leads to a stress-free total health.

Maximum safety from pills starts only 10 days after the first dose. The 10th day of her cycle is close to ovulation date, so risk for pregnancy remains. From next cycle she must use pills continuously from d2 and full protection can be assured.
