intercourse main pain hoto hai..don't worry. if more pain occurs then you can use few lubricates i.e. glycerin . it does less friction and pain.

What are the safe days for women's having sex without condom? Is it possible to have safe sex without any pregnancy?
Yes to have a safe unprotected sex,you can have it on safe days of a womans periods but you have to be very particular about those days as a slight miscalculation leads to accident and moreover the menstrual period cycle of a woman must be regular so as to make an exact calculation.So please tell me your last 2 menstrual dates and next expected date of menses,so that I can guide you and advise you as well whether to go for safe periods method or not.

I donated blood 4 days back and since them i've been feeling extremely fatigued day after day. My hb level was 12.9. Im feeling shortness of breath just by sitting or standing. My legs feel restless. I lost 2 kgs. Im an early riser but for the past 2 days I can not seem to get out of bed. I fall into a deep sleep at least for 2 hrs. I had low bp 4 months back. Im also having my periods now.

lybrate-user, By donating blood usually nothing untioward happens. Because the lost volume (350 ml) immediately made up by taking up water from other fluid compartments in the body. Plus over a period of next three months total blood cells and hemoglobin will recover. The various symptoms complained are very unusual. Because there are healthy people who regularly donate blood every few months. If need be get your CBC done and see if there is any problem with the blood. Thanks.

Usually very long or hectic travel is to be avoided in first 3 mths and last 2 mths of pregnancy. In first 3 mths to decrease the chances of miscarriage as even a slight disturbance can cause abortion. In last 2 mths so as to reduce the chances of premature delivery where baby can be at risk due to low weight and prematurity. From 4th to 7th month travel can be safe provided pregnancy otherwise is uncomplicated, bp, wt gain of baby, sonography reports, everything is normal & there is no history of bleeding or spotting in pregnancy.

Too many contraceptives to change the date of periods, post coital pills, etc can confuse you body harmones wait for few days more and watch if you get it if not it has to be investigated like thyroid usg abdomen etc wait for a week and let me know.

excessive use of i pill have lot of adverse effects.......... which results in in menstrual irregularities............ i suggest you to use nirodh instead of using contraceptive pills that is i pill.

The obesity epidemic was unfairly blamed on the consumption of carbs. While processed junk foods, which are high in refined grains and sugar are extremely fattening and unhealthy, fiber rich foods that also contain carbs are very healthy and essential for your diet. If you consume high fiber carbs moderately, it helps you maintain a healthy weight because if you get anything lower than approximately 50% of calories from carbohydrates, you are unhealthy. Carbohydrates, which are rich in fiber can be easily digested by your body.

Mentioned below are 10 food items which are extremely rich in carbs and should be consumed during breakfast for optimum health. 

  1. Apples: Despite the different colors, flavors and sizes, apples consist of 13 to 15% carbs, as well as many vitamins and minerals. You may have symptoms of nausea and vomiting but they occur after 1.5 to 2 months of being pregnant. Moreover these symptoms need not be present always. Sime women may bot show any symptoms of pregnancy but still be pregnant It is always advisable to confirm your pregnancy or consult a gynecologist.

It is dangerous to use medicines to terminate pregnancy with medicines unless an ultrasound is done to locate it and assess how many weeks old it is. Success of the medicine will depend also on the doctors checkup and assessment. It should not be taken as an over-the-counter drug.

Pregnancy test may be false negative too. If you're sure about it, take one spoon ajwain and 5gms of gur twice daily with lukewarm water. It may help. If periods don't come in 1 week, please inform.

A woman’s body is different as compared to a man’s body, which is why attaining climax for the two genders is also dissimilar. A woman’s body needs to be caressed, fondled and loved to be turned, which will eventually lead to multiple orgasms during intercourse or masturbation.

However, multiple orgasms aren’t an easy feat to achieve and one can opt to use the following tricks to climax more than once:

  1. Build up a frame of mind: If you stick to a singular frame of mind and focus on getting just one orgasm, you are bound to get just one. Instead, think in plurality and concentrate on what makes you feel good and focus on pleasuring yourself. This kind of focus will actually make you feel aroused and more likely to have multiple orgasms.

  2. Don’t forget Kegel exercises: Kegel exercises help you in keeping your pelvic muscles in shape. Usually after having an orgasm, the muscles seem to contract, but practicing these exercises daily will allow a continuous blood flow, thus, making them strong. If the muscles are strong, you can keep going even after an orgasm which is a requisite for attaining multiple orgasms.

  3. Don’t allow the arousal level to fall to zero: It is only natural for you to slow down once you climax, but instead of completely stopping, try and put the focus back on stimulating your clitoris by engaging in oral sex or changing positions. If the embers are kept lit, you will experience another intense orgasm in sometime.

Focus on the stimulation spot: The stimulation spot varies from woman to woman. Some women feel aroused when their clitoris is stimulated whilst some feel hitting the G-spot turns them on. When you know what turns you on, maximise on the foreplay around that area using varied techniques. As the winters are approching, most of us tend to find ourselves drawn to anything that’s going to warm up our insides. Understandably, a refreshing, tall glass of water doesn’t make upto the list in terms of what we think is going to help us withstand the cold .however drinking water is just as important in Winter as it is in Summer.

With the lower temperature outside, there’s no doubt most of us can be found inside near a heater, or rugged up in 2-3 layers of clothing. While we may not be perspiring in 35 degree heat, this warm environment can still be very dehydrating for our bodies and skin.So By drinking 8 glasses of water a day,we can ensure that our bodies are well hydrated and also our skin soft and supple naturally.
but Maintaining our body temperature and keeping us cool isn’t the only purpose of drinking water. Our bodies are 60 – 80% water and we use water every time we move, eat, breath, have a bowel movement etc. Keeping up your water intake in winter is just as beneficial (and necessary) for your health and comfort as it is in the warmer months.
Light, fresh salads and juices tend to be back of mind once winter arrives as the cooler months make a lot of us crave richer foods – creamy curries, cheesy pastas and decadent chocolate treats sound familiar? With an increase of these more complex foods in our system, our bodies need water to assist with digestion. To avoid digestion problems and to truly enjoy your wintery treat, your body needs more water than what these foods can provide alone.
By not drinking enough water, your body interprets this as there being limited water available in the environment you’re in. It therefore takes action and begins to limit its abilities in order to survive. As a result, you may find it difficult to concentrate or generally perform at your usual standard. When your body is getting enough water however, you will find yourself operating at your best!
Whilst it may not be as inviting to reach for a cool glass of water when it’s cold outside, don’t think you need it any less!!!!!!

Unwanted tablet is taken within 48 hours delay in period can be due to heavy hormone in unwanted tablet. Urine test for pregnancy can be done as chances of getting pregnant during last week of cycle are there educate yourself to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
