Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

(a) sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. (b) use no pillow under the head. (c) kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days (d) do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises (e) make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take (f) do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. (g) if no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Do you feel back pain while lifting heavy weight? then you need to strengthen your back and core muscles. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief.

plz awareness of back posture is very vital. if u have sitting job, keep changing your position i.e sitting to standing. involve some physical activity in your daily schedule. Do some back exercises. Before doing back exercises take hot fermentation for 5 to 10 mins. If it is sever plz see some near by physiotherapist. Thank you.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am 35 years old suffering with severe knee pain (right &left) with swelling some times, I have shown to a doctor after he observe the x-ray report it was osteo ortharities. Can you help me in this regard?

Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: Straight ahead running puts very little stress on the ACL so you can likely get back to some running when you are comfortable and your surgeon is satisfied you are healed. It is also important that you strengthen your gluts and butt muscles to help control your leg motion and reduce your risk of damaging the ACL in the future. Your PT should be helping you with that portion of your rehabilitation. It takes at least a year for the graft to revitalize to the point where the tissue can repair itself. What that means for you is that each time you stretch the ligament before it is revitalized, you are stuck with a new longer length ligament; so the graft can become sloppy and not as effective at keeping your knee stable when you make lateral or cutting movements. The lack of stability is likely why you went through the procedure in the first place.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Causticum 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Hello Lybrate user,  Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced Stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid Cruntches or Sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to Slip Disc. Always maintain a healthy Lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: Try to avoid pain killers (Analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with Side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay Healthy. Stay Happy God bless you.

You may be having viral fever due to change of weather condition dobwarm saline gargle regularly have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. In the mean time you can have a tab paracetamol or calpol. It will be alright.

I am having pain in muscles and bones, in muscles when pressing and on bones throughout. Can be in any part of ribs, feet, calf, joints, bones leading to fingers, chest, shoulder, back and where not. Peaks while resting/sleeping. My CRP and RH Factor are Negative, Vit D - 19.4, Uric Acid- 6.2 and CPK-119. Tried many pain killers like etoshine, Repik, Ocerin. Am on Calcium 500 tabs with weekly Calcirol. The pain obstructs sleep. Has to stretch legs and apply balms to get some relief. Can you suggest some medicine?

I believe that you are having osteoporosis. You require several steps to get rid of the problem. Over and above increased milk intake and sunlight daily, you require to start general exercises, deep breathing exercises and undergo daily body and mind relaxation. If possible, undergo Dry Needling under physiotherapist.

apply volini gel on neck, do warm fomentation, in pain free period do neck exercises , by moving neck up down, left and right. avoid high pillow. take crocin pain relief one sos if headache and pain is severe. it will help. if not ok in 3 weeks then do x ray cervical spine to clear doubt about cervical spondylitis

At your age, its common to have age related bad changes in knee and back called osteoarthritis and lumbar spondylosis respectively, you need to avoid squatting down, using indian toilet and climbing stairs. For back avoid forward bending, and lifting weights.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Many viral fevers are associated with pain in the nack and muscles. These may last upto 10_15 days. Mostly pains are self limiting. Take paracetamol if severe, take rest avoid self medication.
