Hello, if your left ovary is normal you can try ovulation induction under gynecologist supervision for 3-4 cycles. Get a hsg test done to see if your tubes are open.

To detect the cause of your problem you need to do some blood tests and ultrasound of pelvis. After which you may need medicines if any report is abnormal. But you should first test urine for pregnancy if there is such chance.

6 Common Reasons for Pain in the Elbow

MS - Orthopaedics, Diploma In Orthopaedics (D. Ortho), MBBS
Orthopedist, Delhi
6 Common Reasons for Pain in the Elbow

Elbow pain may be caused due to a variety of reasons from injuries to fractures and ligament pulls or tears. This is most commonly experienced by people who are into sports, including those who play tennis, golf and other such sports that require intense arm movements.

So, let us look at the six most common reasons behind elbow pain:

  1. Medial Epicondylitis: This condition creates pain in the inner tendon within the elbow and is usually termed as 'golfer's elbow'. It basically occurs due to the constant swinging and throwing motion that a sports person may indulge in. When these movements are repeated on a constant basis, there is wear and tear as well as acute pain in the area. Also, an injury to the wrist can cause this pain in the elbow.
  2. Lateral Epicondylitis: This condition is commonly known as 'tennis elbow'. The affected area under this condition includes the outside tendons of the elbow. This is caused due to swinging, hitting, hammering and punching motions that are repeated too often. It is commonly experienced by cooks, artists, carpenters, automobile workers, and plumbers and people who use heavy tools.
  3. Olecranon Bursitis: This condition is also known as 'student's elbow' and usually occurs due to constant writing and gripping motion which affects the bursae. These are small fluid filled sacs that lubricate the joints even as the protection happens. The symptoms include swelling and pain. There is also risk of infection and redness in this condition.
  4. Osteoarthritis: The cartilage of the joints gets affected in this condition which is the connective tissue that exists in the joints. This condition causes wear and tear of the joints and bones which leads to pain in the various areas including the elbow. Medication and physiotherapy are good measures for treatment.
  5. Fracture: Sometimes, dislocation or fracture may lead to pain in the outstretched arm or elbow. Dislocation may take place when a bone moves from its aligned spot. The symptoms will include obvious swelling and acute pain in the elbow.
  6. Ligament Damage: Strains and sprains in the ligaments within the elbow joint can lead to this damaging condition. Torn or stretched ligaments are the most common outcomes in this kind of injury and damage.

To find out which reason may be the culprit behind your elbow pain, you will need to see a general physician or an orthopaedic specialist who will run you through a series of tests and examinations including X rays, MRI scans and others in order to ascertain the cause and treatment. A sports injury specialist can also help in diagnosis and treatment.

Why girls wanted to go for pee imideate after sex? Nd why white blood comes from vagina after 2 3 days of sex?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
It is good idea for females to empty their bladder before and after sexual intercourse because it is one way to prevent urinary tract infections (UTI). The anus is pretty darn close to the vagina. This means that fecal bacteria is also nearby, even in the cleanest of women. This situation plus sex can have an unpleasant outcome. UTI’s are usually caused by a bacteria called E. Coli which travel from her colon to the urethra and bladder. Since these three areas of her body are in close vicinity to one another, sexual intercourse facilitates the E. Coli to be transferred from the rectal area up into the urethra. Once the bacteria is situated in the urethra it multiplies, thus causing a UTI. Naturally, however any sexual activity that irritates the urethra puts pressure on the bladder, making her want to urinate. If she is having problems urinating, try drinking more water and other fluids. In order to prevent irritation to the urethra, try to avoid prolonged direct clitoral stimulation and make sure her vagina is lubricated. Rear entry positions and prolonged vigorous intercourse tends to put additional stress on her urethra. This is also why partners should not switch to vaginal intercourse right after anal sex. Emptying out your bladder before having sex flushes existing E. Coli out of your urethra. Urinating after sex prevents E. Coli from settling into female Urethera which may ultimately cause a UTI. It is not the white blood but is a natural vaginal discharge which comes out due to sexual stimulation and it is normal until and unless it is not irritating, itchy and smelly.

Pcod is very common. Also do you have period problems. If they are then they should be treated rather than surgery. Avoid fast food. Avoid sleeping during day. Take only natural diet. Do not eat late night. Take regular walk.

I am 21 years old. I am having problem with my periods, they are irregular.

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda,
I am 21 years old. I am having problem with my periods, they are irregular.
What is an irregular menstrual cycle? Having an irregular cycle means that the interval between periods varies each month. That is, sometimes they come every 28 days, sometimes every 20, sometimes every 30. Having irregular periods is very common. I see them in my practice all the time. The causes can range from something insignificant to something that requires treatment. For example, if you're a teen, your body's hormones can fluctuate and take some time until they find a balance. Therefore, it?s normal to have an irregular period during adolescence or, sometimes, for your period not to arrive in a given month. But, before we get down to business, remember that the main cause for your period not to arrive is a pregnancy. So, if your period doesn?t arrive, check to make sure it?s not actually a baby on the way. Now, let?s look at the most common causes of irregular periods: ? Eating disorders, like anorexia and bulimia ? Excessive weight gain or weight loss; extreme thinness and obesity both cause your menstrual cycle to become irregular or even to disappear ? Stress or emotional problems ? Hormonal problems, for example, when the thyroid malfunctions ? Travel ? Over-exercising: If you're an athlete and train very hard, you may stop menstruating because your body wants to survive and save energy and menstruation requires energy ? Problems with the pelvic organs (such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, for example) ? Drugs like birth-control pills can affect the frequency and / or intensity of menstruation ? Breastfeeding Aloe Vera Aloe vera helps treat menstrual irregularities naturally by regulating your hormones. 1. Extract fresh aloe vera gel from an aloe leaf. 2. Mix in one teaspoon of honey. 3. Consume it daily before having your breakfast. 4. Follow this remedy for about three months. Note: Do not use this remedy during your periods

Hello, The delay may be stress induced, so please wait for another week if pregnancy is ruled out to allow menses to start naturally else she may opt for a progesterone withdrawal.
