Hello, is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 month. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter. *****in spite of taking these medicines, if there is no improvement, probable cause could be psyhcological, will have to rule out****

Actually it depends upon what kind of pus collection has happened, if it is small, then antibiotics are ok but if pus collection is more, then it is better you get it drained followed by antibiotic administration. Dear Doctor, My mother is 65 years old. Her weight is 67Kg. From last two three years she is suffering from swelling on feet. Also she has a problem of arthritis. Due to arthritis even in summer she cant sleep below the fan. Please guide for her better health ?

Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Management for Back Pain:-Along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. This may require some medicines or some correction in your posture or reducing weight or improving your lifestyle. At the same time, there is a need to work on the local muscle strengthening. Back muscles need to be strengthened so that they can bear the weight of the upper body. For this exercises of the back muscles are very helpful. Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight. Hi, for permanent solution you need to know a root cause of problem. Back pain and hip pain both increasewen you sit for long time and when you lie down for sleep can be due to wrong posture to disc pathology or simple tight muscle. As information given is insufficient to dignose please see an orthopedician or physiotherapist or consult me online to rule out the cause of your pain. Till den you can have hot or cold pack to decrease a pain. Avoid sitting for long hours sply in frwd bending position. Sleep on firm not hard mattress. Avoid sudden twisting movement at your back specially when you are standing. Avoid high impact sports like football or cricket. Thanks and get well soon.

I am 46 years old. I have sciatica pain. It is nagging pain on my buttock area. Back of the thigh and back of knee and also radiates to the bottom side of my right foot. All this pain killers only give you temporary pain relief and not advisable more than stipulated period because of their adverse reactions my opinion is to consult neuro physiotherapist and can take ift & vacuum therapy physiotherapy treatment for 12 days of 15 minutes duration each followed by spinal extension exercise once pain subsides usr only firm hard and even mattress for sleep

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. In case it continues consult a acupuncture/acupressure dr. In your place. Also take calcium tablets for a limited period 2 months reduce the salt very much and test again for the uric acid after 15 days.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. I am 23 year old female no matter how hard I try my parents is always treating me as a servant and not caring for my physical and emotional pain. I ave been suffering from leg pain for 8 years which usually occurs when i'm week and the pain is intense but haven't taken me to consult a doctor. A good way to diffuse general body pains: 1.take a long hot bath in water in which a few cups of Epsom salts have been added. 2.If you suspect your body and pains are due to stress-get plenty of sleep and try to reduce or eliminate the cause of your stress. 3.Meditation, deep breathing and yoga.

Hello, you can use Volini spray or Moov cream for the back ache but make sure that the spray or cream does not touch the baby's skin. The child's skin will be sensitive and may cause irritation. You can try simple measures like exercises and physiotherapy if you are not relieved.

You heel pain may be due to spur in your heel bone. Please use cushioned heel support or sole inside your shoe while walking. But to avoid severing of spur you need physiotherapy treatment for few days. Let not your pain stop your healthy life. May pain vanish soon.

Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
