Hi you may need psychotherapy along with medication. Start mindfulness breathing exercise: The primary goal of mindful breathing is simply a calm, nonjudging awareness, allowing thoughts and feelings to come and go without getting caught up in them.  Sit comfortably, with your eyes closed and your spine reasonably straight. Bring your attention to your breathing. Imagine that you have a balloon in your tummy. Every time you breathe in, the balloon inflates. Each time you breathe out, the balloon deflates. Notice the sensations in your abdomen as the balloon inflates and deflates. Your abdomen rising with the in-breath, and falling with the out-breath. Thoughts will come into your mind, and that’s okay, because that’s just what the human mind does. Simply notice those thoughts, then bring your attention back to your breathing.  Likewise, you can notice sounds, physical feelings, and emotions, and again, just bring your attention back to your breathing. You don’t have to follow those thoughts or feelings, don’t judge yourself for having them, or analyse them in any way. It’s okay for the thoughts to be there. Just notice those thoughts, and let them drift on by, bringing your attention back to your breathing. Whenever you notice that your attention has drifted off and is becoming caught up in thoughts or feelings, simply note that the attention has drifted, and then gently bring the attention back to your breathing. It's okay and natural for thoughts to enter into your awareness, and for your attention to follow them. No matter how many times this happens, just keep bringing your attention back to your breathing.

Yes she as constipation problem. She just 2years 5 months. She stands and make potty in the dipper. She never sits I the potty she gets scared to sit. She ask us to go out from the room and ask to switch off the fan. She doesn't take any fruits anything which is new for her she just spit it out. She sleeps in the morning gets up very late I. Have to fed her milk in btw.

Hi…1) take 100 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, 2) eat 10-20 black currants and 1/2 tsf of jaggery during meals, 3) take 10 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 10 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, 4) take 1/4 tsf of lavanbhaskar churna before meals, gives you good result, THANKS.

Homoeopathic medicine r-65 (dr reckeweg) drink 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily although homoeopathic treatment for psoriasis is purely symptomatic but you can start with the above medicines for two months and consult me thereafter.

I am having fibrodenama in my breast since 5 years.Its size not yet increased till now i met some doctors starting some told to do a minor surgery in a one day period another gyenic-doctor told after marriage and delivery also i can wait for that surgery. Now i am married and i have a child.Again i went to a doctor she told no need of surgery as the size of FIBRODENAMA is not increased.Pls suggest is it good to leave like that

Yesterday I was suffering from irregular bowl movements means stomach was unclear even after two or three motions. After that I felt panic like high breath & high heart beat. I also felt like local anesthesia at my face and mouth muscles. I couldn't sleep whole night. It has happened time and again sometimes more and sometimes a little whenever I suffered from this stomach problem. This time it was severe. Why my mouth muscles and heart beat behave abnormal due to this stomach issue. Pls advice.

Please try the following: Eat a very light dinner without spices, fried foods and no foods that are acidic and heavy to digest (non-veg, rajma, chole, besan bhaji etc) Chew your food slowly and make sure you drink plenty of water. Make sure you have eaten dinned at least 2 hours before sleeping and preferably by 830 pm. His will reduce the pressure on your stomach and digestion before you sleep. During the day, make sure you are drinking plenty of water. This will help wash out acidity in few days. Get a lot of walking exercise and try deep breathing. These should help you. In case there is no change in health, you may have to undertake few investigations like abdominal sonography and endoscopy to determine extent of ailment. Do let us know how you feel in few days.

Something happens to my father sometimes during drinking liquid or laughing. He becomes suddenly red and unconscious even his breath stops. We have to push his heart hardly and sprinkle water to bring his breath again and make him conscious. He has visited many cario and neuro specialist but all in vain. Reports were normal. It is fainting attack due to stimulation of a specific nerve while laughing. Which last for a short period and recovers at its own. Though this may be very uncomfortable at the tine of attack but not to worry much. He can be investigated to rule out any ailment. Get BP, blood sugar, lipid profile, KFT LFT. Ecg. TMT, uric acid, thyroid profile T3 T4 tsh, intimate results on private chat for proper assessment.

Once the attack of migraine starts, take tablet suminat rapid release for quick relief. Best is to avoid factors precipitating migraine. Common ones are- cheese, chocolates, loud music, dim light, fasting, poor sleep. You will have to find out what triggers your attack. If you have frequent debilitating headache, you will have to take preventive treatment which is long-term and requires personal consultation with a psychiatrist.

Hi, do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add protein rich food in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Drink more water in a day. Avoid junk food and oily food. Stop changing shampoos too frequently. Stick to the one that has best suited you, probably something with neem, shakakai, amla. Drink plenty of water, eat healthy food. Make a combination of coconut+castor+almond+olive oils. Add vit E capsules (Evion) to it and keep. Apply it atleast twice a week. Eat the kadi patta that comes in the food. If this does not help, Consult a Homeopath.

you can take Tab. Dolo 500 mg sos. Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1, blood c/s, After tests you can take antibiotics by doctor. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Invisalign or invisible aligner are transparent plastic which you have to wear for aprox one year similarly like braces but they are totally invisible. Ask your dentist for it.

Hello Ms. Lybrate-user. The condition that you are describing is called pica. It is quite common in women in reproductive age group. Since they loose blood during periods and are not able to make up for it, gthe body signals them to eat these things like chalk, mud, cement, etc. It signals the body's deficiency of blood. You can do a blood test (cbp) and see how much her hemoglobin is- if it is less some iron tablets can be started. Also you can give her some deworming medicine- to get rid of worms in stools (quite common in indian patients). Before all this it is advisable to get a blood test done called cbp- complete blood picture.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight. Chart Of Foods For Gaining Weight Following is a list of weight gain foods. 6. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 7. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 8. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 9. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 10. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 11. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 12. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 13. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 14. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E. ________________________________________ Weight Gain Diet It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Example of weight gain diet Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not give milk mixed with ghee to your child. It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods including donut.

Phymosis is the condition. Answer to it is surgical correction by urologist or gen. Surgeon. It is required for two main reasons - 1. To clean the area behind glans (head of penis). 2. During proper sex in which vagina puts pressure on skin and if it does not go behind then it would be painful and your erection will fall. Both are important so get it done at appropiate time.
