Dreamfall or nightfall is not abnormal but no doubt it is irrating or embarrsing some time. Nightfall is overflow of extra semen from body. And physiological need of body to use the manfactured semen three solution you can choose any one 1. Forget it and do not worry about it bcs it normal physiological action of body 2. Hello, this may be because of fatigue and fatigue is caused by Anaemia, lack of nutrition, eating too little and lack of sleep. So increase your diet, eat fruits and green vegetables and take sound sleep of 8 hours and set a fix daily routine. Do exercise daily for one hour including yoga and Pranayam.

You can do Masturbation 2 times a week, more than this is harmful. Daily Masturbation is definitely harmful for future married life. Excessive masturbation can cause problems in bearing child. It can cause erectile dysfunction,Early Ejaculation ,sperms count and size problem of penis and body weakness and memory problem also in the long run.

For fever measure your temperature and tell me reading avoid exertion take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (if no drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days I need to take proper history for further treatment.

Sciatica is a symptom. It consists of leg pain, which might feel like a bad leg cramp, or it can be excruciating, shooting pain that makes standing or sitting nearly impossible.

The pain might be worse when you sit, sneeze, or cough. Sciatica can occur suddenly or it can develop gradually.

Symptoms:

  • Pain in the rear or leg that is worse when sitting
  • Burning or tingling down the leg
  • Weakness, numbness, or difficulty moving the leg or foot
  • A constant pain on one side of the rear
  • A shooting pain that makes it difficult to stand up

Sciatica usually affects only one side of the lower body. Often, the pain extends from the lower back all the way through the back of the thigh and down through the leg. Depending on where the sciatic nerve is affected, the pain may also extend to the foot or toes.

For some people, the pain from sciatica can be severe and debilitating might include the inability to bend your knee or move your foot and toes.. For others, the sciatica pain might be infrequent and irritating, but has the potential to get worse.

Causes of Sciatic Pain:

  • Slipped Disc: In majority of cases sciatica is caused by a herniated or "slipped" disc. This is when one of the discs that sit between the bones of the spine (the vertebrae) is damaged and presses on the nerves.
  • Spondylolisthesis (a condition in which one vertebra slips forward over another one)
  • Other causes include spinal stenosis (narrowing of the nerve passages in the spine), a spinal injury or infection, or a growth within the spine (such as a tumor).
  • Other things that may make your back pain worse include being overweight, not exercising regularly, wearing high heels, or sleeping on a mattress that is too soft.
  • Piriformis Syndrome: It is referred as neuritis of branches of the sciatic nerve caused by pressure of an injured or irritated piriformis muscle. Symptoms associated with piriformis syndrome typically consist of buttock pain that radiates into the hip, posterior aspect of the thigh, and the proximal portion of the lower leg.
  • Piriformis syndrome typically does not result in neurological deficits such as decreased deep tendon reflexes and myotomal weakness.


Diagnosis:
Sciatica is diagnosed with a medical history and physical exam. Sometimes X-rays and other tests such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are done to help find the cause of the sciatica.

  • X-ray- to look for fractures in the spine
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or computed tomography (CT) scan - to create images of the structures of the back
  • Nerve conduction velocity studies/electromyography - to examine how well electrical impulses travel through the sciatic nerve
  • Myelogram using dye injected between the vertebrae - to determine if a vertebra or disc is causing the pain

Treatment:
Primary treatment consists of self-care and non-surgical strategies. The aim is to correct the underlying problem, restore function and prevent re-occurrence.

  • Self-Care: Sciatica may resolve with rest, ice or heat, massage, pain relievers and gentle stretches. Muscle inflammation and pain can be reduced by application of an icepack for 20 minutes several times a day during the initial 2-3 days. Thereafter a hot pad may be applied to relax muscles. If the self-care exercises aren’t working within the first couple of days you must consult your doctor.
  • Medication: Over the counter Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) can bring pain relief. Muscle relaxants may be prescribed for spasms.
  • Physiotherapy: A normal schedule is recommended physical therapy can help you return to full activity as soon as possible and prevent re-injury. Physiotherapists will show you proper lifting techniques / postures, walking techniques, exercises to stretch and strengthen your back muscles.
  • Massage, ultrasound, diathermy, heat and traction may also be recommended for some time.

Penis size can only be increased if there is low testosterone. Size of penis varies from 3.5 inches to 5.5 inches on erection. If penis is within this range on erection, then don't worry. If penis is smaller, then he can do hormone tests. In pornographic films they show big penis by injecting drugs etc. Which is harmful, so most people have wrong ideas about penis size. In fat people one inch or more of penis is hidden under belly fat, so exercise helps. It has no relation with masturbation.

1. Take balanced diet with proper combination of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Avoid diet high in saturated fats like red meat, whole milk, butter, cheese, cream, ice cream etc which hampers memory and concentration. Take complex carbohydrates like whole wheat bread, brown rice, oat meal, high fiber cereals, lentils, whole beans etc. Avoid processed foods like pasta, potato etc 2. Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits and drink green tea since they contain anti oxidants which enhance memory 3. Go for regular physical exercise like brisk walking, jogging, cycling etc for 30-45 minutes daily 4. Take some mental exercise like doing cross word puzzle, problem solving exercise, playing chess etc 5. Develop some new hobby and skill like learning music, dancing, playing new game etc 6. Take adequate rest. 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 7. Avoid alcoholic beverages, caffeinated drink, smoking and consumption of tobacco etc. 8. Develop healthy relationship with friends, relatives, family members for good emotional health 9. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation, severe physical and mental exertion 10. Focus on one task at a time rather than focusing on multiple task 11. Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, increase concentration and enhancing memory.

Lybrate-userji, it appears you have t1 diabetes, (if the age is 14 years), in that case only drug that can be used to control blood glucose is insulin injection. No other drugs are given for t1 diabetes patients. You need to increase the dose of insulin injections both in the morning and night.

Exercises For Sciatica

The sciatic nerve is one of the largest nerves in the body. It goes from the lower back all the way down to the base of the leg. When there is a disorder associated with the sciatic nerve, it is known as Sciatica. 

Sciatica, however, does not necessarily need a surgery or a very elaborate procedure to fix the problem. Most commonly, it is treated simply by practicing a number of simple exercises. Here are some of the most common exercises prescribed to treat Sciatica:

  1. Reclining Pigeon Pose: There are three main forms of the pigeon pose. These are sitting, reclining and then forwarding. It is recommended that if you have very recently started your treatment for Sciatica, then certainly you should go for the reclining pose. In this pose, you are supposed to hold your left leg in the air at a right angle to your back. Then, hold your ankle against the knee. Finally, repeat this stretch with the right leg as well.
  2. Knee to Opposite Shoulder: In this stretch, the starting position is on your back side. You have to have your legs out and feet upwards. From this position, try to bring your right leg towards your left shoulder. Hold this for 30 seconds and then release and relax. Repeat this activity three times and repeat the whole procedure with your other leg. Only take your leg as far as it goes.
  3. Sitting Spinal Stretch: At the start of this exercise, sit on the ground with your legs going straight outwards and your feet flexed in the upward direction. Pull your left knee and put it on the outside of your right knee. Finally, place your right elbow on the left knee, so that your body turns to the left. Hold for 30 seconds and then relax. Repeat the procedure with the other knee.
  4. Standing Hamstring Stretch: Put your foot on an elevated surface such that it is above the floor, but not above hip level. Flex your toes forward such that your feet and legs are nearly in a straight line. Bend as far towards the foot as possible. However, do not stretch so far that you feel pain. Finally, repeat this procedure on the other side after release.
