Its unbelievable but true! you can lose weight even as you sleep if you strictly follow these lifestyle changes.

1. Eat small frequent meals every 2 hours during the day: your body needs energy for metabolic functions. Your body may crave for sweet and junk food, but have that in portions like cheese, butter, chocolate of your finger tip size, chicken/fish of your palm size is absolutely okay to have once a week, either you can substitute your cravings with healthy food like a date or a piece of dark chocolate for sweet cravings.
There are certain foods that burn fat while you sleep.

A. Whole grains - including whole grains (whole wheat, barley, brown rice, quinoa, wheat germ etc), legumes (lentils, chickpeas, beans etc), dairy foods, spicy foods, green tea, and citrus fruits, in your daily diets.
B. Have citrus foods daily - citrus fruits which includes vitamin c plays a role in body's fat burning process.
C. Consume green tea - it boosts your metabolism as it is rich in antioxidants.
D. Spicy foods - spices are known to improve metabolism. If you've had a tasty dinner, sleep without worry that your body will be losing calories while you sleep.

2. Sleep well: how long you sleep and how well you sleep, are both equally important for your body. Minimum 8 hours of sound sleep is very important.

3. Resistance training: for your hormones to function properly and for your body to burn fat
Weight or resistance training is a must if you want to keep your metabolism high. When you lift weights, you increase the amount of calories your body burns. Hours after you lifted weight, your body continues burning the fat.

Please tell me better solution.
It causes reverse deterioration of dhatus causing loss of libido, erection problems, premature ejaculation, closeness in penis even while erect. Solution is avoid excessive masturbation. Also replenish dhatus and make penile vessels strong by our penis enlargement package. Pre mature treatment package will prevent I voluntarily and early ejaculation while doing sex.

Hi lybrate-user you do maintain these (1) regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc (2) eat more foods more often (3) drink milk or milk shake (4) use weight gainer nutritional supplement (5) eat more vegetables, fruits, lean meat, fish, egg. Cottage cheese etc (6) add cream, butter with food (7) banana 2-3 pcs (8) no water before or during meals (9) drink 3 lit water/day (10) no smoking and alcohol (11) avoid fast foods and junk foods, processed foods (12) take quality sleep (13) stay stress free. These will help you.

As I have read regarding the benefits of beer , one doubt has struck in my mind. Beer is considered to be a alcoholic beverage which in over doses may produce unnecessary actions on the body and the person is unconscious of what he is doing? So how can you promote beer as a energy supplement rich in B complex? I don't have the habit of drinking and I have finally fixed in my mind to not to drink any alcoholic beverages in my life. Im addicted to smoke weed? And now I wanna quite with smoking immediately. So what should I do?

Stopping weed is like any other habit like smoking and has to be done immediately, promptly, and abruptly. When quitting, you must take one day at a time. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning and the high you get from the weed. In fact these conditions can exist all through the day unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking weed to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. Though there are contravening information percolating from researchers of various kinds expounding about its benefits. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation, even though you are into weed. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers of weed and cigarettes for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here?s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a refill, it is not the end of the world ? you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.
