Skin rashes can occur from a variety of factors, including infections, heat, allergens, immune system disorders and medications. One of the most common skin disorders that causes a rash is atopic dermatitis, also known as eczema. Atopic dermatitis is an ongoing (chronic) condition that causes itchy, inflamed skin. its only due to hyperacidity or gas in common language. if you are constipated get it treated, take plenty of water for the indigestion problem and have regular walk/jogging or yoga for getting relief from the indigestion. take small frequent meals to avoid overloading the stomach. give a gap of atleast two hours before your dinner and bedtime. if this forum we can not prescribe medicines so if you can comeback in private consult i will be able to give a proper prescription or else you can consult local doctors for the same. good luck

Hello, you should follow the below guidelines:- fruits are high in vitamin c and antioxidants which improve sperm quality and count. Oral thrush is a fungal infection which occurs due to dry mouth, uncontrolled diabetes and weak immune system with debilitating disease or patient on corticosteroids. You may need fluconazole & renal safety dosage of amphotericin B (IV drugs to be used only with the advice of oral & maxillofacial surgeons). Kindly consult an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need Candid ointment until then. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash.

Take all the precautions to prevent yourself from Sun. Wear a broad rimmed hat or cover your face with a stole or dupatta whenever you step out in the sun. apply a broad spectrum non comedogenic sunscreen 3 times in a day even if you are indoors on it is cloudy outside.

Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Excess sleep can be due to anaemia, hypothyroidism or general weakness and a blood test is needed and you may contact me personally by lybrate site for further advice 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: you should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Your fever may be due to change of weather. You take homoeo medicine belladonna 30 (6 to 8 pills) --3 times (hourly) in the morning and arsenicum iode 30---3 times (hourly) in the evening for 4 days. Dear sir I am 46 years old and very recently I have gone for surgery of urethra strictures-two places and after that I am taking medicine urimax-0.4 and martifur tab. One each daily after dinner. Please advise me for not tobe suffering from urine infection and care for strictures not to occur again. Hello sir. My BP was 169/122. Heart Beat was 106. I also have fear, shortness of breathing, racing thoughts (sometimes), sleepiness, frequent dreams, nervousness, Head Heaviness. Unable to clam down. Always having fear of what is happening with me? I have consulted neurologist .and he prescribed me Valkem OD 250 (2 tab) per day and. Rexipra 5 mg one at morning. He Also advised me for a cardiac checkup. After cardiac check up ECG AND ECHO are ok. Doctor prescribed me TAZLOC BETA50 one at morning. Medication started 15 days ago.
