I had sex with my boyfriend and he word 2 condoms but it's not leaked even though i'm getting very scare of pregnancy and next day morning when I go to toilet 6 to 7 drops were bleeding i'm getting very scare please suggest me.

Unless ther was ejaculation inside the vagina, no matter how less it was, or there was a break, leak of tear in ten condom, pregnancy in the case that you mentioned is least likely. You may not worry. Just be watchful. If you missed a next scheduled period, do a urine pregnancy test.

If your period cycle is less than 35 days interval then it is normal, even if dates change but if is more than 35 days interval, then to detect the cause you need to do some blood tests and ultrasound of pelvis. After which you may need medicines if any report is abnormal.

Find out what is the cause of you becoming overweight. If it is simply because of overeatting you need to curtail your diet. Have low calory food. Do exercise. Better to consult a diatecian. However be sure that your thyroid function is normal and get an ultrasound to exclude the possibility of pcod.

Does male nursing staff has authority to treat any female patient in any manner. Either in presence of female nurse because no ladies wants that her private parts has been seen by any other male nurse even when nurse is present there. Doctors allow Male in labor and delivery room and prevent even her husband to enter through the labor room Why? Does there is any constitutional rule to stay outside while doctors along with male nursing staff treat female in more than partial naked position In examination or treatment process (other than surgical case). If we object they refuse to medicate patient wven in emergency. Do doctors have rights to refuse treat patient even in emergency. Why mLe nursing staff has been employed under gynaecologist. Do I have rights to know what is going inside operation theatre. Because under anesthesia after treatment doctors leave and male nursing staff can molestate female patient. Inside operation theatre what is actually going on we do not know. In now a days most doctors in delivery case do ce section instead of normal delivery. Just to earn money. Does female patient has right that only female can treat her. (Most imp question) please respond in brief.

It's not possible in operation theatre that only female nursing staff and female doctor present. It's pt personal choice if they want only female doctor for opd treatment. Doctors do have right to refuse treatment even in emergency and refer pt to other apex institution. It's all comes from a trust and good doctor, pt relationship. And last for your kind information. Doctor doesn't leave the pt under anaesthesia as only when pt come out of anaesthesia then only doctor leave the operation theatre.

Hello lybrate-user, it is ok to have a 35 day cycle. So long as she is getting her periods regularly, you don't have to worry. You can calculate her fertile period by following formula- shortest period minus 18= first day of fertile period and longest period minus 10=last day of fertile period.

First stop all types of drugs, allopathic, homeopathic and aurvedic for 3 months. Wait for normal regular cycles to get restored. Have adequate sleep, simple home food, and take steps to avoid mental and physical stress. If the menses regularise, then try for pregnancy from 10th to 20th day (beginning on 1st day of bleeding). If still not successful after 3 months, go for semen analysis and HSG/Laparoscopy. If menses go not regularise, few hormone tests may be required in addition.

Im 17 and I sometimes have sharp needle pains in my either right and left nipples alternatively is that a sign of breast cancer?

BHMS
Homeopath, Anand
No only pain in nipples couldn't be the symptom of cancer. Moreover you are too young. There are too many reasons for pain in nipples like hormonal disturbances, change in shape of breast, improper lingerie etc. Do not think extreme. If still not satisfied just get it examined with gynaecoligist. And for pain in nipple start homeopathic medicines which are safe. Also start applying castor oil on nipples for relief.

In winters don't decrease the intake of water. It should be 2 to 2.5 ltr. Per day.

I'm 19 years old girl. I noticed blue and purple lines looking like veins on my right breast 3 months ago. Now my right breast is growing faster than left and sometime it's paining. I'm very depressed is there anything serious?

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Very few women have completely symmetrical breasts. It is common for one breast to be slightly larger than the other. If one breast suddenly gets bigger than the other, it could signal a problem such as an infection, cyst, fibroid or even cancer. Please do a mammography and go for a physical examination to your Gynecologist.

Tips to Stay Healthy During Winter Season

Tips to stay healthy during the winter season

Are you ready for cold and flu season? if you want to avoid being sick and feeling like you have to go to the doctor to get antibiotics and other drugs, now is the time to be thinking about prevention!

To that end, here's some great tips to strengthen your body's immune system during the winter season.

Drink the optimal amount of water. With the winter season here, it's more important than ever to consume the right amount of water for your health.
Keep stress to a minimum. Studies have linked high stress levels to making a person more susceptible to catching colds and flu. Minimize your stress by working reasonable hours at your job. Aim for at least one night per week to spend with friends and family. If your stress is out of hand and you feel like you need some help, let me know.
Eat a healthy diet. Maintaining a good healthy diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables and minimal amounts of organic meats is another way to keep your body clean and in good working order. Try eating an extra piece of fruit or veggie every day too!
Exercise regularly. It is important to exercise regularly, even if only for 15 minutes a day! get out and take a short walk and enjoy the cooler weather.
Get the right amount of sleep every night. The average person needs 6-8 hours of sleep per night. If you're not getting enough sleep, your body is extremely vulnerable to illness. Sleep is very much like fuel that recharges your batteries! you've got to do it to keep the machine running.
Wash your hands regularly. Keep the bacteria and viruses off your hands and out of your mouth and eyes. Keep a bottle of hand sanitizer close-by for those instances where you can't get to soap and water.
Don't smoke. Most of you already know this, but it bears repeating because smoking significantly weakens your immune system. If you want to quit and have tried everything else, let me know. I have some nutritional recommendations that can help you quit!
Eliminate all forms of sugar. This includes not only the obvious kinds (cake, cookies and sweets, in general), but bread, pasta, rice, yogurt and commercial, store-bought fruit juices. Although all of these things are made with different types of sugars, your body still converts them to sugar, which will compromise your immune system.
