I pill can prevent pregnancy in 99% cases if taken timely. But repeated use of I pill has serious side effects. So, better to use regular contraceptive.

Hi, Lengths ranging between eight and 20 days are considered moderately irregular. Variation of 21 days or more is considered very irregular. Alternatively, a single menstruation period may be defined as irregular if it is shorter than 21 days or longer than 36 days. It mostly due to stress, improper diet so I would like to advice you start proper balanced diet in regular interval, start yoga and meditation early morning. It will help you to resolve your problem.

Hi, While doing intercourse about one hour passes but I do not ejaculate. We are planning for a baby but ejaculation ...
Hello Lybrate user, Delayed ejaculation is a relatively rare sexual dysfunction which can have both medical and psychological causes. It can be a potential source of psychological stress for both the individual and their partners. Physical causes of delayed ejaculation include: Medication side effects - delayed ejaculation may be an adverse effect of antidepressants (especially SSRIs - selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors), anti-anxiety drugs, blood pressure drugs (antihypertensive agents), painkillers, and other medications Alcohol or the use of certain recreational drugs (whether legal or illegal) Nerve damage (neurological causes) - stroke, spinal cord injury, surgery, multiple sclerosis, and severe diabetes can all lead to abnormal ejaculatory function Increasing age can decrease the sensitivity of the penis to sexual stimulation. Some of the psychological factors thought to be behind cases of delayed ejaculation include: Early life history including abuse, difficulties bonding, neglect by parents, negative sexual upbringing Unexpressed anger Unwillingness to enjoy pleasure Religious belief, perhaps that sexual activity is a sin Fear of, for instance, semen or female genitalia, or of somehow hurting or defiling a partner through ejaculation Fear of pregnancy Issues of lost confidence or performance anxiety - for example, anxiety about body image that interrupts the process of sexual stimulation. Treatment for delayed ejaculation depends on the cause. For instance, if SSRIs are the issue, an alternative drug may be prescribed. You should visit to doctor personally and consult accordingly.

The True Cause Of Pain: How The Spine Is Connected To Internal Organs

The True Cause Of Pain: How The Spine Is Connected To Internal Organs

Spine problems often cause pain in the most random body parts. Then you start treating other diseases, but, of course, there is no effect.

This is why it is highly important to pay attention to the spine.

If you feel back pain, you can tell which part of the spine is affected by noticing anomalies, thus pointing problems related to a certain organ.

This infographic will help you learn how organs are skillfully linked the spine:

70% of headache occur from the spine.

Tinnitus, difficulty when swallowing, vision problems – all this can be a consequence of intervertebral disc dysfunction.

If you feel tingling or pain in your hands, check your spine in the neck area.

Problems with chest part of the spine can cause pain in the area of the heart, stomach and intestines.

Problems with the lumbar spine can be manifested as pain in the hips, thighs, reducing sensitivity in the legs, as well as walking.

Accordingly, treatment and strengthening the spine can help you get rid of the problems with other organs.

I am 30, female, happily married since April 2013. I am a working woman and also my husband is. We love each other. We are planning for a baby. But unable to conceive. I had a leproscope Gald Bladder operation when i was 14. In the same operation my excess appendix was also got removed. So, my question is - am i not physically fit to conceive and do I need a checkup? If so, in which medical section?

Doctor of Medicine, F.C.P.S.(Mid. & Gynae)
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
If 1. your periods are regular, 2. your husband's semen report is normal, & 3. your frequency of intercourse is 10-12 times a month, you should have conceived by now. Since you have not conceived it is advisable to see an Infertility specialist to look for the cause and further guidance. Your gall-bladder operation is not the cause but the appendicitis may have caused some problem whidh needs to be looked into.
